Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a water-swelling reinforced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-swelling reinforced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials: 150-170 parts of asphalt, 30-35 parts of softening oil, 4-5 parts of SBS, 15-20 parts of water-swellable rubber, 10-20 parts of rubber powder and 20-30 parts of filler; the invention adopts the novel water-swellable rubber as the modifier, can modify the asphalt and simultaneously enhance the water absorption, further expands and achieves the effect of plugging.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a water-swelling reinforced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The coiled materials sold on the market at present mainly comprise SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials and self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials, and because the asphalt is solid at normal temperature, the leakage parts are difficult to be completely filled when leakage occurs in waterproof engineering, so that the hidden danger of water leakage is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials: 150-170 parts of asphalt, 30-35 parts of softening oil, 4-5 parts of SBS, 15-20 parts of water-swellable rubber, 10-20 parts of rubber powder and 20-30 parts of filler.
Further, the water-swellable rubber is prepared from the following raw materials: 100-120 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 3-4 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of graphene oxide, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of coumarone resin, 2-4 parts of an anti-aging agent, 6-8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 60-70 parts of water-absorbent resin, 50-60 parts of white carbon black, 20-25 parts of carbon black, 1-2 parts of sulfur, 0.5-1 part of DM and 0.1-0.5 part of DM promoter.
Further, the rubber content of the styrene butadiene rubber is not lower than 50%, the stearic acid is one or more of 1801,1842, the anti-aging agent is an anti-aging agent 4010, the polyethylene glycol is polyethylene glycol 4000, the water-absorbent resin is SAR, and the asphalt is one of 70# heavy traffic asphalt and 90# heavy traffic asphalt; the softening agent is at least one of base oil, aromatic oil and naphthenic oil; the SBS is one or more of 6302, 501S and 4402-1E; the rubber powder contains not less than 45% of rubber, and is 40-60 meshes; the filler is one of talcum powder, fly ash and light calcium.
A preparation method of a water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
1) adding styrene butadiene rubber, coumarone resin, polyethylene glycol and water-absorbent resin into a double-roller open mill, plasticating at 160 ℃, then sequentially adding nano zinc oxide, stearic acid and graphene oxide, plasticating at 170 ℃ for 5min, then adding sulfur, DM and DM promoter, plasticating at 140 ℃ for 10min, finally adding carbon black and white carbon black for reinforcement, and cooling for later use, wherein the material is marked as material A;
2) adding asphalt and a softening agent into a reaction kettle, heating to 150 ℃, adding the material A, stirring and dispersing for 40-60 min, then heating to 185 ℃, adding SBS, stirring for 1-2 h, adding rubber powder to fully swell after completely dissolving, finally adding a filler, and stirring uniformly to produce;
3) and (3) uniformly spraying the material B on the surface of the coiled material by using glue spraying equipment, and covering an isolating film on the material B.
Further, the spraying thickness of the material B in the step 3) is 0.2 +/-0.05 mm, and the material B needs to be rolled back when being rolled. The invention has the advantages that: the Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) which is an asphalt modifier is endowed with water-absorbing expansibility through co-vulcanization, and then asphalt is modified, so that the prepared waterproof coiled material is contacted with water when seepage occurs, the waterproof coiled material can rapidly absorb water and expand, and the modified asphalt material is brought into a seepage crack, thereby achieving the purposes of preventing water and stopping leakage.

A water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials: 150-170 parts of asphalt, 30-35 parts of softening oil, 4-5 parts of SBS, 15-20 parts of water-swellable rubber, 10-20 parts of rubber powder and 20-30 parts of filler; the water-swelling rubber is prepared from the following raw materials: 100-120 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 3-4 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of graphene oxide, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of coumarone resin, 2-4 parts of an anti-aging agent, 6-8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 60-70 parts of water-absorbent resin, 50-60 parts of white carbon black, 20-25 parts of carbon black, 1-2 parts of sulfur, 0.5-1 part of DM and 0.1-0.5 part of DM promoter. The styrene butadiene rubber contains rubber not less than 50%, the stearic acid is 1801,1842, the anti-aging agent is 4010, the polyethylene glycol is polyethylene glycol 4000, the water-absorbent resin is SAR, and the asphalt is 70# heavy-traffic asphalt or 90# heavy-traffic asphalt; the softening agent is at least one of base oil, aromatic oil and naphthenic oil; the SBS is one or more of 6302, 501S and 4402-1E; the rubber powder contains not less than 45% of rubber, and is 40-60 meshes; the filler is one of talcum powder, fly ash and light calcium.
A preparation method of a water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:

Preparing the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material: 170 parts of asphalt, 30 parts of softening oil, 4 parts of SBS, 15 parts of water-swelling rubber, 10 parts of rubber powder and 25 parts of filler, and the water-swelling enhanced modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is prepared according to the preparation method of the embodiment.
Comparative example 1
Preparation of water-swellable rubber: 0 part of styrene butadiene rubber, 3 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2 parts of graphene oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 3 parts of coumarone resin, 2 parts of an anti-aging agent, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 70 parts of water-absorbent resin, 50 parts of white carbon black, 20 parts of carbon black, 1 part of sulfur, 0.5 part of DM and 0.3 part of DM promoter. Preparing the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material: 170 parts of asphalt, 30 parts of softening oil, 4 parts of SBS, 15 parts of water-swelling rubber, 10 parts of rubber powder and 25 parts of filler.
The mixture ratio is basically the same as that of application example 1, except that the addition amount of the styrene-butadiene rubber is reduced from 100 parts to 0 part.
Comparative example 2
Preparation of water-swellable rubber: 100 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 3 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2 parts of graphene oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 3 parts of coumarone resin, 2 parts of an anti-aging agent, 6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0 part of water-absorbent resin, 50 parts of white carbon black, 20 parts of carbon black, 1 part of sulfur, 0.5 part of DM and 0.3 part of DM promoter. Preparing the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material: 170 parts of asphalt, 30 parts of softening oil, 4 parts of SBS, 15 parts of water-swelling rubber, 10 parts of rubber powder and 25 parts of filler.
The mixture ratio is basically the same as that of application example 1, except that the addition amount of the water-absorbent resin is reduced from 70 parts to 0 part.
Comparative example 3

The preparation ratio is basically the same as that of application example 1, except that the addition amount of the graphene oxide is reduced from 2 parts to 0 part.
Performance testing
