The system control method is mainly applied to a safety inspection basket returning system, and high-intelligentization and high-efficiency basket loading and conveying and basket returning and conveying are achieved through mutual matching of all units, devices/equipment.
As shown in fig. 5, the system control method may include the steps of:
s101: when the loading basket 2 is sensed on the first power transmission section 12, the first conveyor 121 is started to transport the loading basket 2 to the preset security inspection device 13. With reference to fig. 1, a first photoelectric switch may be disposed at a boundary between the first unpowered placing section 11 and the first powered conveying section 12, when a light receiving end of the first photoelectric switch is shielded by the placing basket 2, a first sensing signal is generated, and the controller may control the first conveyor 121 to start according to the first sensing signal, so as to drive the placing basket 2 located on the first conveyor 121 to move towards the preset security inspection device 13.
S102: if the basket tail of the loading basket 2 is sensed to leave the first power transmission section 12 and enter the preset safety inspection device 13 and the basket head of the subsequent loading basket 2 is sensed, the transmission action of the first conveyor 121 is stopped. Referring to fig. 1, a second photoelectric switch may be disposed at a boundary between the first power transmission section 12 and the preset security inspection device 13, a second sensing signal may be generated after a light receiving end of the second photoelectric switch receives light emitted by a light emitter of the second photoelectric switch, and the controller may control the first conveyor 121 to be turned off according to the second sensing signal, so that the subsequent basket 2 may be kept in a staying state, and wait for a time period when the current basket 2 is detected in the preset security inspection device 13 to reach a preset time period, and the subsequent basket 2 is then conveyed to the preset security inspection device 13.
S103: if the stop time period of the first conveyor 121 reaches the preset threshold, the conveying action of the first conveyor 121 is restarted to convey the subsequent loading basket 2. The timing may be performed using a timing unit of the controller, and preferably, the preset threshold may be three seconds.
S104: if it is sensed that the loading basket 2 is separated from the preset security inspection device 13, the second conveyor 141 is started to convey the loading basket 2 to the second unpowered placing section 15. Referring to fig. 1, a third photoelectric switch may be disposed at a boundary between the preset security inspection device 13 and the second power transmission section 14, and a third sensing signal may be generated when a light receiving end of the third photoelectric switch is blocked by the basket 2, and the controller may control the second conveyor 141 to be turned on according to the third sensing signal, so as to transmit the basket 2 to the second unpowered placing section 15.
S105: when a basket 2 is sensed on the basket returning conveyance section 17, the third conveyor 171 is started to convey the basket 2 to the position to be lifted. Referring to fig. 1, a fourth photoelectric switch may be disposed on the basket returning conveying section 17 below the opening/closing table 16, and when a light receiving end of the fourth photoelectric switch is shielded by the basket 2, a fourth sensing signal is generated, and the controller may control the third conveyor 171 to be opened according to the fourth sensing signal, so as to convey the basket 2 to a position to be lifted.
S106: if the basket 2 is sensed at the position to be lifted, the lifting device 18 is activated to lift the basket 2 to a predetermined height. Referring to fig. 1, a fifth photoelectric switch may be disposed at a position to be lifted, and when a light receiving end of the fifth photoelectric switch is shielded by the loading basket 2, a fifth sensing signal is generated, and the controller may control the lifting device 18 to be turned on according to the fifth sensing signal, so as to lift the loading basket 2 to a predetermined height for a passenger to take.
Compared with the traditional security inspection system, the system control method applied to the security inspection basket returning system 1 can promote the intelligentization of the loading baskets 2 and realize efficient input and output, and the basket returning conveying of the loading baskets 2, so that the steps of low efficiency and labor waste, such as manually collecting and conveying the loading baskets 2 at the security inspection tail end to the security inspection starting end, are omitted.
The control method of the safety inspection basket returning system provided by the invention also provides the following control method steps aiming at the blocking condition:
if a jam of a loading basket 2 in the preset safety inspection device 13 or a jam of a loading basket 2 on the second power feeding section 14 adjacent to the second unpowered placing section 15 is sensed, the feeding action of the first conveyor 121 is stopped. Here, the image sensor may be set to sense the blocking condition of the loading baskets 2 in the preset security inspection device 13, and the number of the loading baskets 2 entering the preset security inspection device 13 in a certain period of time and the number of the loading baskets 2 output from the preset security inspection device 13 may also be calculated, so as to obtain the blocking condition inside the preset security inspection device 13. And the blockage situation on the second power conveying section 14 close to the second unpowered placing section 15 can be judged by obtaining the time that the light receiving end of the third photoelectric switch is shielded by the loading basket 2.
In addition, in the case that the preset security inspection device 13 includes an X-ray machine and a snapshot camera, for the abnormal situation of security inspection, the following control method steps may be further included:
if the luggage in the basket 2 is judged to contain contraband according to the image information of the X-ray machine, the snapshot camera is controlled to take a snapshot when the luggage in the basket 2 is output to obtain a snapshot image, then the snapshot image is transmitted to the display screen to be displayed, and security personnel can accurately and efficiently position suspicious objects in the luggage on the opening and disassembling platform 16 according to the image displayed by the display screen.
It can be understood that the safety check basket returning system can further include more sensors, for example, more photoelectric switches are arranged to acquire more detailed information of the loading basket 2 in the current safety check basket returning system 1, and the rear controller can realize more abundant control actions and acquire more accurate information according to corresponding sensing signals.

Claims (10)

1. A security check basket return system adapted for use with one or more receptacles, comprising:
a first unpowered placement section, each of the receptacles being placed in the first unpowered placement section;
a first power conveying section including a first conveyor, each of the receptacles being moved from the first unpowered placement section to the first power conveying section;
the preset safety inspection equipment is used for sequentially and orderly conveying each container from the first power conveying section to the interior of the preset safety inspection equipment through the first conveyor;
a second power conveying section including a second conveyor by which each of the containers is sequentially and orderly transported from the preset security inspection apparatus to the second power conveying section;
a second unpowered placing section to which each of the receptacles is moved from the second powered conveying section;
the opening and disassembling platform comprises an operation platform and a display for displaying suspicious luggage, and each container is moved to the opening and disassembling platform from the second unpowered placing section;
a basket returning conveying section is arranged below the first unpowered placing section, the first powered conveying section, the preset security inspection equipment, the second powered conveying section, the second unpowered placing section and the opening and disassembling platform which are arranged in sequence, the basket returning conveying section comprises a third conveyor, and each container is conveyed to a position to be lifted through the third conveyor; and
and each container is lifted to a preset height from the position to be lifted through the lifting device.
2. The security basket return system of claim 1, wherein the lifting device comprises a continuous lifting assembly, each receptacle being sequentially and continuously lifted from the position to be lifted to the predetermined height position, the continuous lifting assembly comprising a carrier for contacting a rim and/or a bottom of a receptacle to secure the receptacle;
the carrier includes: a clamping part for clamping the basket edge of the container; or a holding part for holding the basket edge or the basket bottom of the receiver.
3. The security return basket system of claim 2, wherein said lifting means comprises a U-shaped cover plate disposed on top of said lifting means, said U-shaped cover plate opening toward said first unpowered placing section.
4. The security return basket system of claim 1, wherein the predetermined security check equipment comprises an X-ray machine and a snapshot camera disposed on an exit end side of the X-ray machine.
5. The security check basket return system of claim 1, wherein a yard scanning gun is provided at one side of said display.
6. The security basket return system of claim 1, wherein said first conveyor comprises one or more first rollers disposed side-by-side in sequence, each of said first rollers being a motorized roller; and/or
The second conveyor comprises one or more second rollers which are arranged side by side in sequence, and each second roller is a motorized roller; and/or
The third conveyor comprises one or more third rollers arranged side by side in sequence, and each third roller is a motorized roller.
7. The security check basket return system of claim 1, wherein the first unpowered placement section and/or the second unpowered placement section comprises a plurality of unpowered rollers arranged side-by-side in sequence.
8. A system control method applied to the security check basket returning system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises:
when a container is sensed on the first power conveying section, starting the first conveyor to convey the container to the preset security inspection equipment;
stopping the conveying action of the first conveyor if the basket tail of the container is sensed to leave the first power conveying section and enter the preset security inspection equipment and the basket head of the subsequent container is sensed;
if the stop duration of the first conveyor reaches a preset threshold, then starting the conveying action of the first conveyor to convey a subsequent container;
if the fact that the container leaves the preset security inspection equipment is sensed, starting the second conveyor to convey the container to the second unpowered placing section;
when a container is sensed on the basket returning conveying section, starting the third conveyor to convey the container to the position to be lifted;
and if the container is sensed at the position to be lifted, starting the lifting device to lift the container to the preset height.
9. The system control method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
and stopping the conveying action of the first conveyor if blockage of the container in the preset security inspection equipment is sensed or blockage of the container on the second power conveying section close to the second unpowered placing section is sensed.
10. The system control method according to claim 8, wherein the preset security check device includes an X-ray machine and a snapshot camera, the method further comprising:
if the luggage in the container contains contraband articles according to the image information of the X-ray machine, controlling the snapshot camera to snapshot when the luggage in the container is output to obtain a snapshot image;
and transmitting the snapshot image to the display screen for display.
