The sensing module 1 is used for acquiring dynamic data of the ship in real time, and comprises data such as the distance from other objects, the navigational speed, the acceleration, the draft, the inclination angle, the immersion depth inside the ship body, the collision strength and the like in the navigation process. The control module 2 compares the safety standard reference data built in the controller based on the dynamic data of the ships and boats monitored and calculated in real time in the surrounding environment, and calculates and judges the on/off of the safety device. The safety protection module 3 opens the safety protection device through the judgment and decision of the control module 2, and protects the safety of personnel, property and ships.
The sensing module 1 comprises a plurality of sensors such as a water immersion sensor 11, a distance sensor, a speed sensor, an acceleration sensor, a pressure sensor, an inclination angle sensor and a collision strength sensor. The immersion sensor 11 is arranged at a specific position in the cabin, such as a hull partition plate, a side inner plate and a cabin bottom plate, and is used for measuring the immersion depth of the boat; measuring the distance between the boat and other objects through a distance sensor; measuring the real-time speed and acceleration of the boat by a speed sensor and an acceleration sensor; measuring the draft and the inclination angle of the boat by using pressure and inclination sensors; the intensity of the collision is measured by a collision intensity sensor. In order to enhance the monitoring sensitivity, various sensors can be arranged at specific positions around the boat, so that the real-time monitoring is facilitated.
The control module 2 comprises a PLC controller, a transmitter, an electromagnetic valve, a relay, a manual trigger switch 25 and an alarm lamp 26, wherein the PLC controller is connected with the induction module 1 and is used for automatically judging signals transmitted by the induction module 1, collecting, analyzing, judging and processing the signals and determining whether safety accidents occur or not; the transmitter is used for converting the transmission signal of the induction module 1 and transmitting the transmission signal to the PLC; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the compressed gas bottle 34 and used for controlling the compressed gas bottle 34; the relay is used in a circuit and plays the roles of automatic adjustment, circuit conversion and the like; the manual trigger switch 25 and the warning lamp 26 are installed on the deck at the front of the boat to facilitate the driver or passenger to turn on, and manually trigger the present safety device to inflate the airbag 33 according to the weather environment, the navigation data on the instrument panel of the boat, or the observation of the warning lamp 26. The warning lamp 26 is arranged on a dashboard or a position which is easy to be observed by a driver or a passenger, the built-in operating system of the boat is connected, if the warning lamp flickers or is long-lighted, the boat is indicated to be in danger, and the driver or the passenger judges whether the safety device is turned on or not through the manual trigger switch 25. If the navigation environment is complex, the alarm lamp flickers or is long bright, and the PLC controller is lost or is delayed in reaction, the driver or the passenger can manually trigger the safety device switch, the manual switch is fixedly arranged at the position where the driver or the passenger can conveniently open, the manual switch can be connected into the control circuit through the relay, and the safety device is manually opened to inflate the air bag 33.
The safety device is provided with a circuit adapter which is used for connecting the control module 2 into a built-in operating system of the boat, so that the device is automatically controlled, and the boat safety device can be stably triggered in danger.
The safety protection module 3 comprises a base plate 31, a protective sleeve 32, an air bag 33, a compressed air cylinder 34 and a triggering device 35. The bottom plate 31 is fixedly arranged above a waterline of the hull plate, is distributed on the two sides of the bow and the hull in a strip shape and is used for installing devices such as a protective sleeve 32, an air bag 33 and the like, and the bottom plate 31 is installed on the hull plate in a quick-detachable mode such as clamping jaws, buckles or keys and the like and can also be fixed on the hull plate in a welding mode and the like; the protective sleeve 32 is mounted on the bottom plate 31 and used for protecting the safety of the airbag 33 in an unused state, as shown in fig. 1, the protective sleeve 32 can be easily discarded, so that the airbag 33 can be conveniently extruded after being inflated and expanded, the protective sleeve 32 can be flicked, the protective sleeve 32 can be fixed through an electric device such as a buckle, and active discarding can be realized before the airbag 33 is expanded; the air bags 33 are fixedly arranged in the protective sleeve 32 and are distributed on the bottom plate 31 in a strip shape, the air bags 33 are arranged on the bottom plate 31 in a screw, buckle or clamp mode and the like, and therefore damage of ships and boats due to collision is prevented or stability and sinking resistance of the ships and boats are improved; the compressed gas cylinder 34 is electrically connected with the triggering device 35, and the triggering device 35 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve to open the compressed gas cylinder 24, release gas to inflate the air bag, so that the air bag is expanded, and additional buoyancy is provided for the boat. The compressed gas cylinder 34 is provided on the base plate 31 to place various types of gas, as shown in fig. 3, for different accident situations, generated by the control module 2. The bottom plate 31 and the hull plate may be connected by a bolt, a buckle, or the like in a manner that is not easily detachable, or may be connected by welding, gluing, or the like. The air bags 33 are distributed on the bow and the side of the ship body in a belt shape, can be taken as a whole, and can also be divided into three sections at the two sides of the bow and the side of the ship; a plurality of air chambers are arranged in the air bag 33, so that more uniform buoyancy can be generated, the air bag 33 is inflated from a plurality of compressed air cylinders, the air bag is rapidly expanded, the reserve buoyancy of the boat is increased, and the boat is difficult to damage and lose efficacy; the air bag 33 is used for protecting ships and boats from accidents such as collision, overturning and the like, and needs to be properly increased in waterproofness, floatability, crashworthiness and tensile strength, and special fabric nylon or other novel materials can be adopted.
The compressed gas bottle 34 selects gas in different accident situations through the control module 2, opens the electromagnetic valve to release the compressed gas, and can also utilize thermal effect reaction to generate nitrogen gas to be quickly filled into the air bag. The compressed gas cylinder 34 is detachably connected by a screw, a key, a buckle or an electric mechanism; when the compressed gas cylinder 34 is updated in daily maintenance or the gas is used up, the fixing device can be manually or electrically loosened, the compressed gas cylinder 34 is discarded, and the weight of the ship body is reduced.
The safety protection module 3 opens the air bag 33 based on the judgment of the control module 2, judges the condition of an accident, determines the type or content of inflation gas released by the compressed gas cylinder 34, the PLC controller transmits the current to the protective sleeve 32 and the trigger device 35, and the trigger device 35 controls the electromagnetic valve to open the compressed gas cylinder 34 to release proper gas; meanwhile, the protective sleeve 32 is thrown away actively after receiving signals, or the protective sleeve 32 is bounced off after the air bag 33 is inflated, so that the boat is protected from accidents such as collision, damage, overturning and the like after the air bag 33 is inflated, and the safety of personnel, property and the boat is protected, as shown in fig. 2.

The device selects the type or content of inflation gas released by the compressed gas cylinder 34 according to four conditions of collision, damage, overturn and water immersion; the gas requirement of the collision accident is high; the overturn direction is judged according to the overturn accident, and the requirements of the inflating speed of the air bags 33 in different directions are different; the floatability of the inflation gas is highly required by the accidents of breakage and water immersion.
The modules of the invention can adopt an easy-to-detach installation mode, can be installed on a small and medium-sized boat and added in the using process of the boat, and can also embed a protective sleeve and an air bag into the boat body in the design and construction stage of the boat for integral construction; and the three modules are relatively independent, so that the later-stage technology can be changed and innovated conveniently, and meanwhile, the boat safety device can be accessed into a boat operation system through a circuit, so that the real-time safety state of a boat can be reflected to a boat driver conveniently, and the air bag can be automatically identified and opened in time when an accident happens.
