Claims (1)

1. The hydraulic forming equipment for metal powder core production comprises a fixed base (1) and a fixed frame (14), wherein the fixed frame (14) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the fixed base (1), a lifting pressing plate (5) for extruding powder is movably arranged on the inner side of the fixed frame (14), and the hydraulic forming equipment is characterized in that a second material pushing box (4) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the fixed base (1), a second material pushing box (9) for collecting finished products is fixedly arranged at the front end of the fixed base (1), a first material pushing box (7) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of one side of the fixed base (1), a first material box (2) for collecting raw materials is arranged at the other side of the fixed base (1), a lower box body (22) is movably arranged at the lower part of the first material box (2), a shaping substrate (3) for shaping is spliced and a material pushing column (12) for pushing the material is movably arranged at the lower part of the shaping substrate (3).
A plurality of groups of material pressing rods (13) are spliced and installed on the outer surface of the lower end of the lifting pressing plate (5), the lifting pressing plate (5) and the material pressing rods (13) are fixedly spliced through threaded sleeves (19), and positioning rings (18) are arranged at the end parts of the material pressing rods (13);
two groups of electric push rods (15) are arranged on the inner sides of the first material pushing box (7) and the second material pushing box (4), an arc push plate (16) is arranged at the end part of each electric push rod (15), the outer surface of the side edge of each arc push plate (16) is of an arc structure, and the arc push plates (16) and the electric push rods (15) are movably connected through a rotary clamping seat (17);
a plurality of groups of shaping grooves (11) are formed in the inner side of the shaping substrate (3) in a penetrating manner, clamping grooves are formed in two ends of the shaping substrate (3), and the shaping substrate (3) and the fixed base (1) are in butt joint through the clamping grooves;
the second hydraulic rod is started to jack up the material jack-up column through the lifting supporting plate, so that the material jack-up column ejects powder in the shaping tank, meanwhile, the lifting adjustment of the material jack-up column is utilized to control the depth in the shaping tank, the material jack-up column can be suitable for processing operations of metal powder cores with different thicknesses, a user can push the shaped powder into the second material box for collection through the electric push rod in the second material push box after the material jack-up column ejects the extruded powder out of the shaping substrate, and the electric push rod drives the arc push plate;
the lower part of the jacking column (12) is provided with a lifting supporting plate (10), the jacking column (12) and the lifting supporting plate (10) are in butt joint through threads, and the lower part of the lifting supporting plate (10) is provided with two groups of second hydraulic rods (8);
the fixing frame (14) is movably connected with the lifting pressing plate (5) through a first hydraulic rod (6), and four groups of lifting guide posts (20) are arranged between the fixing frame (14) and the lifting pressing plate (5);
the bottom of the fixed base (1) is of a hollow structure, and the end parts of the second feed box (9) are provided with buckles;
the first material box (2) is movably connected with the lower box body (22) through a telescopic sleeve box (23), limiting clamping strips (27) are fixedly arranged on the outer surfaces of two ends of the telescopic sleeve box (23), four groups of fixing bolts (21) are fixedly arranged at the end part of the lower box body (22), the lower box body (22) is fixedly connected with the fixing base (1) in a butt joint mode through the fixing bolts (21), and four groups of hanging buckles (26) for fixing packaging bags are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the first material box (2);
a side rotating folded plate (28) is movably arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the first material box (2), two groups of fixing clamps (25) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the first material box (2), and push-pull buckles (24) are movably arranged on the inner side of the fixing clamps (25);
through setting up the shaping base plate, pushing the stock column and pressing the stock rod, when this metal powder core production uses the hydraulic forming equipment, the user utilizes the draw-in groove at shaping base plate both ends to take off shaping base plate from the fixed base, installs the shaping base plate that has corresponding shaping groove, cooperates the change of shaping base plate simultaneously, and the user utilizes the helicitic texture, through rotating pushing the stock column and pressing the stock rod, make pushing the stock column and pressing the stock rod and taking off from lifting pallet and lifting clamp plate respectively, change pushing the stock column and pressing the stock rod of corresponding size, make pushing the stock column and pressing the stock rod and can accomplish the swage and pushing the stock operation of different specification metal powder cores;
when a user pushes redundant powder into a first material box (2) through an arc push plate (16) to collect, the user hangs four corners of a packaging bag at a hanging buckle (26) through opening a side rotary plate (28), the hanging buckle (26) is utilized to fix the packaging bag, when the user pushes the redundant powder to move through the arc push plate (16), the redundant powder is discharged into the packaging bag of the first material box (2), meanwhile, the user pushes a push-pull buckle (24), the push-pull buckle (24) is pushed into a fixing clamp (25), the fixing base (1) and the first material box (2) are loosened, the user presses the first material box (2) downwards, the first material box (2) is enabled to move downwards by utilizing a telescopic sleeve box (23), the packaging bag filled with the powder stretches out of the first material box (2), and the user can transfer the packaging bag conveniently.
