The classification, recycling and reusing device for construction waste according to claim 3, wherein the unidirectional rotation component comprises a pawl (14) hinged to the inner wall of one side of the toothed ring (4), the other end of the pawl (14) is engaged with the outer gear ring, a leg is fixedly arranged on one side of the pawl (14), and the other end of the leg is in abutting contact with the inner wall of the toothed ring (4).
