In the embodiment, the worm wheel 15, the worm 16, the synchronous belt, the gear and the rack 10 are arranged, so that a user can adjust the bed conveniently, the clump weight 8 can be increased or decreased when the user lies on the bed body 1, the user does not need to get off the bed to adjust the bed, the use is convenient, and unnecessary troubles are reduced.
