FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
Wherein, 1 is a body; 2 is a supporting frame; 3 is a caster; 4 is a conveying belt; 5 is a disinfection chamber; 6 is a plasma module; 7 is an atomization module; 8 is a fan; 9 is a coupling catalytic plate; 10 is a control room; 11 is an article inlet; and 12 is an article outlet.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the device for disinfecting the surface of an object by combining hydration plasma and coupled catalysis comprises a body 1 and a disinfecting chamber 5 arranged above the body 1; a support frame 2 is arranged below the body 1, trundles 3 are arranged below the support frame 2, and the trundles 3 are arranged at the bottom of the support frame 2, so that the moving is convenient, and the use is more convenient; the upper surface of the body 1 is also provided with a conveying belt 4; the right side of the disinfection chamber 5 is provided with an article inlet 11, and the left side of the disinfection chamber 5 is provided with an article outlet 12; the top of disinfection room 5 is provided with the inboard and is provided with the installation pipeline, and inside fan 8, the plasma module 6 of having set gradually from top to bottom of installation pipeline, the 5 top outsides of disinfection room are provided with atomizing module 7.
As shown in fig. 1, a control room 10 is disposed below the body 1, and the control room 10 is in intelligent control connection with the conveyor belt 4 to intelligently control the conveyor belt and ensure the transportation efficiency.
As shown in figure 1, the fan 8 and the plasma module 6 are detachably mounted inside the mounting pipeline, so that the plasma module is convenient to detach and mount, and maintenance and consumable replacement at the later stage are more convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, the main body 1, the support frame 2, the sterilizing chamber 5 and the control chamber 10 are made of stainless steel, and the impeller of the fan 8 is made of metal or plastic.
As shown in fig. 1, the coupling catalyst plate 9 is made of a metal or ceramic material, and the plasma module 6 is made of a metal or glass material.
The working principle of the invention is explained as follows: articles carrying bacteria and viruses enter the device from an article inlet 11 under the action of a conveying belt 4, an atomization module 7 releases water mist or hydrogen peroxide water mist, the water mist enters a plasma module 6 under the action of a fan 8, the water mist or the hydrogen peroxide water mist is ionized into high-activity hydroxyl radicals under the action of the plasma module 6, the hydroxyl radicals do irregular Brownian motion in a disinfection chamber 5 to disperse the hydroxyl radicals in the whole disinfection chamber 5, the surfaces of the articles entering the disinfection chamber 5 are disinfected and killed, meanwhile, the water mist is ionized by the plasma module 6 and can generate part of ozone which has the function of sterilization, but the leakage of the ozone can also cause the pollution of the environment to the human body, so the generated ozone can be further catalytically decomposed through a coupling catalytic plate 9, and the hydroxyl radicals can be generated while being catalytically decomposed, and further, bacteria and viruses on the object surface are killed, so that the safety and reliability of the disinfection of the object surface are ensured. Thus, the articles discharged from the article outlet 12 are ensured to be free from bacteria and virus residue leakage, and the thoroughness, safety and economy of sterilization of the article surface in the field of imported cold chain are ensured.
