Abstract
The invention provides a plasma disinfection air shower, which comprises an air shower, a plasma generating device and an air duct, wherein the air shower is provided with a plurality of air holes; wherein, the air shower includes the door, the wind channel install in air shower lateral wall, be provided with the filter screen in the wind channel, plasma generating device is located in the wind channel. The invention has the beneficial effects that: produce the plasma of high concentration through plasma generating device, can disinfect and disinfect to the air that gets into in the wind channel, can effectively kill the germ on the filter screen simultaneously, solve the problem that germ propagates and causes secondary pollution on the high-efficient filter screen of traditional wind leaching rooms, and do not use medicine consumptive materials such as chemical reagent, economic environmental protection.

Background
Under the requirement of production quality management specifications, industries such as medicine, semiconductor, food processing and the like have strict control requirements on environmental suspended particles and microorganisms in production places and experimental places. For example, aseptic production of medicines can be realized only by relying on a dust-free workshop, suspended dust in air is controlled, and the number of living microorganisms is also controlled, so that a stable and reliable disinfection procedure is an important link for ensuring production quality. At present, in order to prevent external personnel from bringing pollutants into a clean area, most enterprises adopt a method of arranging an air shower between the clean area and a non-clean area to remove dust on the surfaces of the personnel and goods so as to achieve the purpose of purification. Most of the air shower products in the market only provide high-speed clean air flow to blow off dust carried by people, and do not have the function of sterilization. A large amount of dust and germs carried by the dust are accumulated on a filter screen in the air duct, and secondary pollution is easily caused. A small part of air shower products provide a bactericide spraying device, and a bactericide can be sprayed to the surface of a human body or an object after being atomized for disinfection treatment. The method has the defects that the method needs to continuously supply the drug consumables such as disinfectant and the like, is harmful to human bodies, has low sterilization efficiency, and needs to spend longer treatment time or occupy larger working sites during implementation because the spray sterilization link needs to be carried out after dust removal. Generally, the air shower is also provided with a sterilizing device such as an ultraviolet lamp, and because ultraviolet light and ozone excited by the ultraviolet light have great harm to human bodies, the method can only carry out static sterilization in the air shower under the unmanned condition and cannot dynamically sterilize in the presence of people.

In the embodiment, as the pathogenic bacteria carried on the surface of the human body or the article are mostly attached to the dust particles, after the dust particles enter the air shower 1, the dust particles carrying the pathogenic bacteria are separated into the air under the action of the high-speed jet air flow sprayed by the air shower nozzle, the closed air in the air shower 1 enters the air channel 3 from the air shower 1 under the action of the fan 3-1, the air passes through the first plasma generating device 2 in the air channel 3, the first plasma emitting device 2 is electrified to emit a large amount of positive and negative ions, the positive and negative ions form a high-concentration plasma inactivation area in the air channel 3, the air flow passes through the inactivation area, the pathogenic bacteria carried in the air and the pathogenic bacteria attached to the air dust are exposed under the high-concentration positive and negative ions and antibacterial groups and are rapidly killed, then the disinfected and sterilized air passes through the air shower nozzle to be sprayed in the form of the high-speed jet air flow and enters the air shower, and continuously circulates between the air shower 1 and the air duct 3, thereby realizing the effect of disinfecting and sterilizing the surface of a human body or an object. The method is simple and convenient, does not adopt chemical reagents for disinfection, does not have consumables, is green and environment-friendly, can dynamically disinfect and sterilize under the condition that people exist, can only remove bacteria and dust on the surfaces of human bodies and objects compared with a common air shower, cannot kill the bacteria, still has the risk of secondary pollution in the residual bacteria, and has better purification effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises a second plasma generating device 4; the second plasma generating device 4 is arranged on the top or the side of the air shower 1.
In the embodiment, because the second plasma generating device 4 is arranged at the top or the side of the air shower 1, when disinfection and sterilization are carried out, in the first step, air enters the air duct 3 from the air shower 1 under the action of the fan 3-1, passes through the first plasma generating device 2 in the air duct 3, the first plasma emitting device 2 is electrified to emit a large amount of positive and negative ions, the positive and negative ions form a high-concentration plasma inactivation area in the air duct 3, germs carried in the air and germs attached to air dust are exposed to high-concentration positive and negative ions and antibacterial groups and are rapidly killed, the disinfected and sterilized air enters the air shower 1 again and circulates between the air shower 1 and the air duct 3, in the second step, because germs carried on the surfaces of human bodies or articles are more attached to dust particles, and high-speed jet air flow ejected by the air shower nozzle may not completely take away all dust particles on the surfaces of the human bodies or the articles, because the second plasma generating device 4 generates a large amount of positive and negative ions which are directly released into the air shower 1 to form a second high-concentration inactivation area, germs carried on the surfaces of human bodies and objects are killed under the action of the high-concentration positive and negative ions and antibacterial groups, and the purification effect is better.
In a preferred embodiment, the air duct 3 further comprises a screen 3-2, the screen 3-2 being located within the air duct 3.
The filter screen 3-2 is for filtering the germ, the filter screen of the traditional air shower only filters the dust and the germ attached to the dust, and can not kill the germ, the germ is gathered on the filter screen 3-2 in a large amount, which easily causes the secondary pollution, and affects the purification effect inside the air shower, but in the embodiment, the first plasma generating device 2 in the air duct 3 can not only sterilize the air flowing through the air duct, and simultaneously the positive and negative ions reach the filter screen 3-2 along with the air flow to sterilize the bacteria and viruses on the filter screen 3-2, thereby avoiding the secondary pollution caused by the multiplication of a large amount of germ on the filter screen 3-2.
In a preferred embodiment, the filter screen 3-2 comprises a primary filter screen 3-2-1 and a high efficiency filter screen 3-2-2; the primary filter screen 3-2-1 is positioned at the air inlet of the air duct 3, and the high-efficiency filter screen 3-2-2 is positioned at the air outlet of the air duct 3.
In the embodiment, in order to improve the filtering effect, a double-layer filter screen is arranged in the air duct 3, the primary filter screen 3-2-1 is positioned at the air inlet of the air duct 3 to filter some impurities with larger particles to prevent the air duct 3 from being blocked, air enters the air duct 3 through primary filtering, secondary filtering is carried out through the high-efficiency filter screen 3-2-2 after being inactivated by the first plasma generating device 2, and the impurities such as germs after being inactivated are left on the high-efficiency filter screen 3-2-2 and then enter the air shower 1. The filtering effect of the embodiment is better. Meanwhile, a large amount of positive and negative ions generated by the first plasma generating device 2 can be diffused to the high-efficiency filter screen 3-2-2 at the air outlet of the air duct 3 under the action of air flow, and the germs which possibly remain on the filter screen 3-2 and are not killed are disinfected again.
In a preferred embodiment, the first plasma emission device 2 and the second plasma emission device 4 use micro-nano fiber clusters as ion releasers.
The diameters of the micro-nano fibers are different from 10 nanometers to 100 micrometers, the number of the micro-nano fibers on each micro-nano conductive fiber cluster 2-3 is 1000 plus 100000, namely, the number of the discharge tips is 1000 plus 100000, and the efficiency of generating ions under the same voltage is far higher than that of a single needle point electrode or a DBD flat electrode. A large amount of positive and negative ions are generated in the area near the discharge tip of the micro-nano conductive fiber cluster 2-3 and move towards the opposite electrode direction under the action of coulomb force to form a high-concentration plasma area which is an inactivation area, pathogenic bacteria in the air enter the area to be rapidly eliminated, and the technical scheme of the implementation mode has better sterilization and disinfection effects.
In a preferred embodiment, the first plasma emitter unit 2 and the second plasma emitter unit 4 are both operated using a high voltage power supply which is in a constant current mode.
Under the constant current mode, discharge through micro-nano fiber cluster, because emitter's both ends voltage is stable when guaranteeing enough positive and negative ion concentration, harmful accessory substance such as ozone, ultraviolet ray and nitrogen oxide can not produce, does not use poisonous consumptive material such as chemical reagent, can coexist with the people, and the dynamic disinfection under the condition that has the people to exist.
In a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises a third plasma generating device 5, wherein the third plasma generating device 5 is positioned at the air outlet of the air duct 3, and the third plasma generating device 5 is positioned at the air outlet below the high-efficiency filter screen 3-2-2.
In this embodiment, because the third plasma generating device 5 is present at the air outlet of the air duct 3, when performing sterilization, in the first step, air enters the air duct 3 from the air shower 1 under the action of the fan 3-1, passes through the first plasma generating device 2 in the air duct 3, the first plasma generating device 2 is electrified to emit a large amount of positive and negative ions, the positive and negative ions form a high-concentration plasma inactivation zone in the air duct 3, germs carried in the air and germs attached to airborne dust are exposed to high-concentration positive and negative ions and antibacterial groups and are rapidly destroyed, then the sterilized air enters the air shower 1 again and circulates between the air shower 1 and the air duct 3, in the second step, the clean air entering the air shower 1 from the air duct 3 enters the air shower 1 with the high-concentration positive and negative ions generated by the third plasma generating device 5 to sterilize the air inside the air shower 1 and the personnel inside the air shower 1 The second plasma generating device 4 and the third plasma generating device 5 are combined, so that the purifying effect is better.
