Claims (8)

1. The sterilization, disinfection and dust removal breathing system comprises a breathing air inlet module (1), a control module (2), a sterilization and dust removal module (3) and a breathing air outlet module (4), and is characterized in that the breathing air inlet module (1) is electrically connected with the control module (2), and the control module (2) is electrically connected with the breathing air outlet module (4);
the breathing air inlet module (1) is used for sucking external air, sterilizing and disinfecting the external air into sterile clean air through the sterilizing and dedusting module (3), and conveying the sterile clean air into the fully-closed respirator mask through a breathing air inlet independent pipeline for use;
the control module (2) is used for controlling the operation of a fan motor in the sterilization, disinfection and purification device and controlling the anion transmitter, the temperature and humidity induction control sensor, the voice control sensor and the like;
the sterilization and dust removal module (3) is used for carrying out comprehensive sterilization and disinfection treatment on sucked air, ensuring that the gas in the breathing mask is sterile clean air, and simultaneously carrying out sterilization and disinfection on discharged gas to enable the gas to be recycled;
breathe out gas module (4) and be used for giving vent to anger the exhaust carbon dioxide gas with breathing and carry the bacterium air through breathing in independent double-barrelled disinfection purifier that disinfects once more, utilize degerming dust removal module (3) to disinfect the disinfection, the recycle reaches the purpose of disinfecting, pollution isolation, protection self and all ring edge border safety.

The sterilization, disinfection and dust removal respiratory system of claim 1, wherein the control module (2) is electrically connected with the sterilization and dust removal module (3), and the sterilization and dust removal module (3) is electrically connected with the breath air outlet module (4).

The sterilization, disinfection and dust removal respiratory system of claim 1, wherein the control module (2) comprises a singlechip module (21), a fan motor driving module (22), a negative ion generating module (23), a temperature and humidity sensing control module (24), a timing interruption module (25), a voice control module (26) and a display module (27);
the fan motor driving module (22) is used for controlling the fan motor to operate, so that outside air is sucked and then sterilized, and simultaneously, the respiratory exhaust gas is controlled to reenter the sterilization and disinfection purification device for sterilization and disinfection treatment;
the negative ion generating module (23) is used for controlling the negative ion generator to generate negative ions and improving the air quality;
the temperature and humidity sensing control module (24) is used for automatically sensing the temperature and humidity of the gas, and when the temperature and humidity of the gas do not reach the standard, the humidifier is triggered to enable the temperature and humidity of the gas to reach the standard;
the timed interruption module (25) is used for controlling the working time of the sterilization, disinfection and purification device and can be automatically closed at regular time;
the voice control module (26) is used for automatically identifying and controlling voice and controlling the sterilization and disinfection purification device through voice signals;
the display module (27) is used for displaying the temperature and humidity of gas in the sterilization, disinfection and purification device, the concentration of PM2.5 and the timing time.

The sterilization, disinfection, dust removal and respiration system of claim 3, wherein the single chip microcomputer module (21) is electrically connected with the fan motor driving module (22), and the single chip microcomputer module (21) is in signal connection with the voice control module (26).

The sterilization, disinfection, dust removal and respiration system of claim 3, wherein the single chip microcomputer module (21) is electrically connected with the anion generation module (23), and the temperature and humidity sensing control module (24) and the timing interruption module (25) are in signal connection with the display module (27).

The sterilization, disinfection and dust removal respiratory system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilization and dust removal module (3) comprises a primary effect dust removal module (31), a coarse effect activated carbon filter module (32), an electrostatic dust collection module (33), a sterilized cotton sterilization module (34), a sub-high efficiency filter material filter module (35), a multifunctional composite material purification module (36) and a round hole electrostatic sterilization cabin group module (37);
the primary dust removal module (31) filters large-particle dust by using a filter plate, and can adsorb and decompose formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC and the like;
the coarse-effect activated carbon filtering module (32) is used for rapidly adsorbing peculiar smell in the air and decomposing formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and the like;
the electrostatic dust collection module (33) can adopt a high-voltage electrostatic field to charge the particulate matters in the air, and then the charged particulate matters are collected by a dust collection plate to remove the content of the particulate matters in the air;
the sterilizing cotton sterilizing module (34) can sterilize and disinfect the passing gas by using a sterilizing cotton sheet;
the sub-high-efficiency filter material filtering module (35) is used for forming a PSDT nanofiber membrane through an electrostatic spinning process, and can realize the purification efficiency of inactivating 99.93% of coronavirus and the bacteriostasis rate of more than 99.999%;
the multifunctional composite material purification module (36) is used for disinfecting and purifying the passing gas by using a plurality of composite sterilization materials;
the round hole electrostatic sterilization cabin group module (37) is used for forming a stable corona area, synchronously forming ion wind, and rapidly sterilizing, disinfecting, dedusting and purifying air along with the circulation of breathing air.
7. The sterilization, disinfection, dust removal and respiration system of claim 6, wherein the control module (2) is electrically connected with the electrostatic dust collection module (33).
8. The sterilization, disinfection and dust removal respiratory system of claim 6, wherein the control module (2) is electrically connected with the circular hole electrostatic sterilization cabin group module (37).
