Abstract
本申请公开了一种清爽保湿凝胶,制备原料以重量百分比计包括:降温组合物1‑10%,润肤剂5‑15%,保湿剂0.3‑1.2%,防腐剂0.05‑0.15%,香精0.01‑0.1%,去离子水补充余量。本发明通过采用加入降温组合物的技术方案,可以在为肌肤补水保湿的同时,给肌肤带来冰爽的感受,可以降低皮肤表面温度2℃,并且降温效果可以持续20min以上,并且通过采用泛醇和透明质酸钠的保湿剂组合,并搭配降温组合物,可以为肌肤带来良好的保湿效果,并兼具有肌肤锁水的功能,保湿效果持续时间较长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清爽保湿凝胶及其制备方法,涉及A61K,主要涉及梳妆用的配置品领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于外貌的重视程度也越来越高,人们越来越认识到水分对于皮肤的重要性,皮肤细胞中的水分越充足,呈现出的肌肤效果越好。目前市面上保湿类的化妆品只能起到短暂的保湿效果,对于长时间的保湿,效果并不理想,本发明所述清爽保湿凝胶具有保湿效果好,保湿时间长的功效,并且在护肤的同时还能降低肌肤表面温度,为肌肤带来凉意且持续较长的时间。
中国发明专利CN201711088933.0公开了一种含彩蜡的柔肤啫喱,通过加入多种皮肤调理剂和保湿剂,使其具有良好的保湿柔肤效果和皮肤修复效果,但是所述啫喱为悬浮液中间含有悬浮蜡片,在实际应用过程中可能存在稳定性不好,皮肤不易吸收的问题。中国发明专利CN201810764253.4公开了一种具有美白,保湿功效的面膜,通过加入多种植物提取物可以深入肌肤底层,保持皮肤表面水分调节肌肤水油平衡,达到肌肤保湿的效果,但是保湿效果持续时间较短,肌肤锁水功效欠佳。
发明内容
为了延长凝胶的保湿时间,在保湿的同时还具有较长的降温效果,本发明的第一个方面提供了一种清爽保湿凝胶,制备原料以重量百分比计包括:降温组合物1-10%,润肤剂5-15%,保湿剂0.3-1.2%,防腐剂0.05-0.15%,香精0.01-0.1%,去离子水补充余量。
作为一种优选的实施方式,制备原料以重量百分比计包括:降温组合物1-5%,润肤剂6-10%,保湿剂0.5-1%,防腐剂0.08-0.12%,香精0.01-0.05%,去离子水补充余量。
作为一种优选的实施方式,制备原料以重量百分比计包括:降温组合物3.5%,润肤剂8%,保湿剂0.6%,防腐剂0.1%,香精0.02%,去离子水补充余量。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述降温组合物包括丙烯酸共聚物,羧甲基淀粉钠和磷酯乳化剂。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述降温组合物包括丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,羧甲基淀粉钠和卵磷酯。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸共聚物,羧甲基淀粉钠和磷酯乳化剂的重量比为1:(0.5-3):(0.1-0.5)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸共聚物,羧甲基淀粉钠和磷酯乳化剂的重量比为1:1.67:0.25。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述润肤剂选自椰子油、甘油、月桂酸己酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、月桂醇、油醇、辛基十二烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二辛基环己烷中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷在25℃下的粘度为1000-5000mPa.s。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷在25℃下的粘度为1000mPa.s。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述润肤剂为甘油和聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述甘油和聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量比为1:(1-2)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述甘油和聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量比为1:1.67。
申请人在实验过程中发现,采用25℃下粘度为1000mPa.s的聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油作为润肤剂,可以使保湿凝胶与皮肤接触后,容易推开,在肌肤表面分散成膜,不会出现泛白的现象。并且25℃下粘度为1000mPa.s的聚二甲基硅氧烷具有较好的凝胶成型率,与肌肤接触后赋予肌肤干爽的触摸手感。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述保湿剂选自糖类保湿剂、多元醇类保湿剂、泛醇、氨基酸、乳酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述糖类保湿剂选自甲基葡萄糖、海藻糖、银耳多糖、透明质酸钠、芦荟多糖、花粉多糖中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述保湿剂为泛醇和透明质酸钠的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述透明质酸钠和泛醇的重量比为1:(2-8)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述透明质酸钠和泛醇的重量比为1:(4-6)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述透明质酸钠和泛醇的重量比为1:5。
申请人在试验过程中发现保湿剂采用透明质酸钠和泛醇的组合,重量比为1:5时,可以提高产品的保湿效果,延长肌肤的保湿时间,使肌肤具有冰凉舒适的感觉。猜测可能的原因是:透明质酸钠与肌肤接触后可以在皮肤表面迅速成膜,形成的皮肤表面膜具有一定的吸湿性,能够增加皮肤表面的水分补充,并且当产品与肌肤接触后,降温组合物对皮肤的表面降温作用使毛孔关闭,可以实现锁水的功能,进一步增加对肌肤的保湿效果。并且在小分子的透明质酸与泛醇的协同作用下可以透过皮肤的角质层,进入真皮层,增加皮肤细胞中的透明质酸含量,促进血液微循环,有利于皮肤对其他营养物质的吸收。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防腐剂选自苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、苯甲酸、水杨酸、硼酸、山梨酸中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防腐剂为水杨酸。
本申请中不对香精的种类进行特殊限定,可选自花香香精、果香香精、药香香精、海洋香精中的一种。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种清爽保湿凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先将丙烯酸共聚物,磷酯乳化剂和润肤剂混合搅拌15-30min,然后加入去离子水中,升温至65-70℃,保温搅拌25-35min;
(2)调节转速为3000-4000rpm均质8-10min,开启冷却水,搅拌降温至45-50℃,加入保湿剂和羧甲基淀粉钠;
(3)继续降温至40-45℃,加入防腐剂和香精,调节转速为2000-3000rpm均质3-5min,即得。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述清爽保湿凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先将丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,卵磷酯和甘油混合搅拌20-25min,然后加入去离子水中,升温至65-70℃,保温搅拌30min;
(2)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷调节转速为3000rpm均质10min,开启冷却水,搅拌降温至50℃,加入泛醇,透明质酸钠和羧甲基淀粉钠;
(3)继续降温至40℃,加入防腐剂和香精,调节转速为2000rpm均质3-5min,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述清爽保湿凝胶,通过采用加入降温组合物的技术方案,可以在为肌肤补水保湿的同时,给肌肤带来冰爽的感受,可以降低皮肤表面温度2℃,并且降温效果可以持续20min以上。
(2)本发明所述清爽保湿凝胶,通过采用泛醇和透明质酸钠的保湿剂组合,并搭配降温组合物,可以为肌肤带来良好的保湿效果,并兼具有肌肤锁水的功能,保湿效果持续时间较长。
(3)本发明所述清爽保湿凝胶,通过采用甘油和25℃下粘度为1000-5000mPa.s的聚二甲基硅氧烷的润肤剂组合,可以为肌肤带来润滑的抚摸手感,并且保持肌肤干爽不油腻。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据上述本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例1
一种清爽保湿凝胶,制备原料以重量百分比计包括:降温组合物3.5%,润肤剂8%,保湿剂0.6%,防腐剂0.1%,香精0.02%,去离子水补充余量。
所述降温组合物中丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,羧甲基淀粉钠和卵磷酯的重量比为1:1.67:0.25,购自中山中研化妆品有限公司。
所述润肤剂为甘油和聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合,重量比为1:1.67。
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷在25℃下的粘度为1000mPa.s,购自陶氏道康宁,型号为PMX-200。
所述保湿剂为泛醇和透明质酸钠的组合,重量比为1:5。
所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的组合,重量比为6:1。
所述香精为茶香香精,购自广州宝士迪香精香料有限公司。
一种清爽保湿凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预先将丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,卵磷酯和甘油混合搅拌25min,然后加入去离子水中,升温至70℃,保温搅拌30min;
(2)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷调节转速为3000rpm均质10min,开启冷却水,搅拌降温至50℃,加入泛醇,透明质酸钠和羧甲基淀粉钠;
(3)继续降温至40℃,加入防腐剂和香精,调节转速为2000rpm均质5min,即得。
实施例2
一种清爽保湿凝胶,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠替换为丙烯酰胺二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物,羧甲基淀粉钠替换为乙醇,还加入了0.2%的薄荷醇。
实施例3
一种清爽保湿凝胶,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于保湿剂为泛醇和透明质酸钠的组合,重量比为1:2。
实施例4
一种清爽保湿凝胶,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于保湿剂为透明质酸钠。性能测试:
1.降温效果测试:
环境条件:温度20-22℃,湿度40-60%;测试人数:10人。
测试方法:测试人员将手臂内侧的肌肤清洗干净,然后将肌肤表面擦干,测试手臂内侧肌肤的初始温度,测试样品按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2的用量单次涂抹于25cm2的相同位置的肌肤表面,分别在2min,20min用红外温度计进行体表温度测试。
将实施例1-2制备得到的产品依据上述方法进行测试,结果见于表1。

结论:实施例1平均降低皮肤温度1.6度,并且效果可以持续20min,20min后还维持了降低0.6度的效果。实施2在2min降低了皮肤温度1度,20min后降温效果完全消失。
2.保湿效果测试:
环境条件:温度20-22℃,湿度40-60%。
测试方法:测试人员将手臂内侧的肌肤清洗干净,然后将肌肤表面擦干,测试手臂内侧肌肤的初始湿度,测试样品按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2的用量单次涂抹于25cm2的相同位置的肌肤表面,分别在30min,2h后用皮肤水分测试仪Derma-Expert MC760进行体表水分测试。
将实施例1-4制备得到的产品依据上述方法进行测试,结果见于表2。

1.一种清爽保湿凝胶,其特征在于,制备原料以重量百分比计为:降温组合物3.5%,润肤剂8%,保湿剂0.6%,防腐剂0.1%,香精0.02%,去离子水补充余量;
所述降温组合物中丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,羧甲基淀粉钠和卵磷酯的重量比为1:1.67:0.25;
所述润肤剂为甘油和聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合,重量比为1:1.67;
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷在25℃下的粘度为1000mPa.s;
所述保湿剂为泛醇和透明质酸钠的组合,重量比为1:5;
所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的组合,重量比为6:1;
所述香精为茶香香精,购自广州宝士迪香精香料有限公司;
