Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in some alternative embodiments, the liquid level sensor 5 may include a first sensor 501, a second sensor 502 and a third sensor 503 which are arranged at intervals from bottom to top. That is to say, realize more accurate level measurement through a plurality of sensors of upper and lower interval arrangement, in this embodiment, the interval between two adjacent sensors equals, and the interval between per two sensors is 15cm, can set up more sensors in other embodiments in order to further improve level measurement's precision, better control flowmeter 2's flow, and the interval between each sensor also can set up according to actual conditions.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in some alternative embodiments, the enema device may further include an alarm device 11, the alarm device 11 may be electrically connected to the liquid level sensor 5, and the alarm device 11 may broadcast a voice and/or send an alarm signal to the medical care interaction platform. That is to say, can let the current palirrhea condition of timely understanding of patient through alarm device 11 with level sensor 5 electric connection, when the refluence volume is little, the patient is reminded to the language and many activities, when the refluence volume is big, remind patient and doctor to communicate and close flowmeter 2, stop the transport of laxative, when the hospital is installed and is doctorsed and nurses mutual platform, can feed back alarm information to doctorsed and nurses mutual platform, remind the palirrhea degree of current patient stomach of medical personnel, so that operate on next step.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10, an enema method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of: s1: loading the laxative into the pouch 1 and inserting the bottom end of the nasogastric tube 3 through the nasal cavity of the patient into the stomach of the patient; s2: the flow meter 2 is adjusted to ensure that the laxative in the medicine bag 1 flows to the stomach of the patient through the nasogastric tube 3; s3: and reading the data of the liquid level sensor 5, judging whether liquid flows back to the sleeve 4 or not, and if so, adjusting the flowmeter 2 and slowing down the flow rate of the laxative. That is to say, lead the laxative to patient's stomach by patient's nasal cavity through nasogastric tube 3, avoid the patient to taste the taste of the difficult drinking of laxative, alleviateed the misery that a large amount of drinks the laxative and cause, through reading level sensor 5's data, accurate judgement is present whether the stomach of patient has taken place the palirrhea to and the palirrhea degree, through the velocity of flow of flowmeter 2 control laxative transport, avoid still carrying the palirrhea condition emergence of laxative aggravation patient's stomach fast when patient's stomach is palirrhea.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10, in some alternative embodiments, the liquid level sensor 5 includes a first sensor 501, a second sensor 502 and a third sensor 503 which are arranged at intervals from bottom to top, and step S3: reading the data of the liquid level sensor 5, judging whether liquid flows back to the casing 4, if so, adjusting the flowmeter 2, slowing down the flow rate of the laxative, and can comprise the following steps: judging the backflow height of the liquid according to the data of the first sensor 501, the second sensor 502 and the third sensor 503; if the level of the reflux liquid is below the first sensor 501, the flow meter 2 is adjusted to deliver the purgative at a first flow rate; if the level of the reflux liquid is above the first sensor 501 and below the second sensor 502, the flow meter 2 is adjusted to deliver purgative fluid at a second flow rate, which is lower than the first flow rate; if the level of the reflux liquid is above the second sensor 502 and below the third sensor 503, the flow meter 2 is adjusted to deliver the purgative at a third flow rate, which is lower than the second flow rate; if the level of the reflux liquid is higher than the third sensor 503, the flow meter 2 is adjusted to stop the delivery of the purgative. That is, the control of the reverse flow is achieved by controlling the flow rate of the flow meter 2 in stages. Wherein when the liquid level is higher than first sensor 501 and be less than second sensor 502, can also report through 11 languages of alarm device and remind the patient to walk about, in order to alleviate palirrhea influence, when palirrhea liquid level is higher than second sensor 502 and be less than third sensor 503, 11 voice broadcast of accessible alarm device lets the patient accelerate walking step, and transmit alarm signal to the interactive platform of doctorsing and nurses, inform medical personnel, carry out relevant processing, supplementary patient gets rid of flatulence in the stomach or excretes, avoid because the patient judges to make mistakes and leads to the medical negligence to take place. When the level of regurgitated fluid is above the highest third sensor 503, indicating that regurgitation is too severe, the delivery of the liquid must be suspended and the purgative may continue to be delivered when the patient's stomach is no longer regurgitated. Meanwhile, medical staff are informed to properly treat the regurgitation of the stomach of the patient.
The enema device and the enema method provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following principle:
utilize nasogastric tube 3 to pass through the nasal cavity with the laxative and lead patient's stomach, the uncomfortable taste of laxative has been avoided the patient to taste, can satisfy the enema of the patient who is unwilling to take the laxative orally, the comfort of patient enema has been improved, wherein locate the nasogastric tube 3 through the communicating sleeve pipe 4 cover with the atmosphere outside, can be with the palirrhea to the sleeve pipe 4 of stomach liquid, compare and connect a breather pipe in addition, the mode of cover establishing can reduce the volume of stretching into the nasal cavity, alleviate the foreign body sensation when the patient uses, and the space in patient's stomach occupies also littleer, reduce the degree of difficulty of adjustment nasogastric tube 3. The height of the current reflux liquid level can be detected by the liquid level sensor 5, the conveying flow rate of the cathartic can be adjusted by the flow meter 2 electrically connected with the liquid level sensor 5, and the phenomenon that the stomach of the patient is too seriously refluxed due to too fast flow rate is avoided. Physical discomfort due to reflux is avoided.
