In this embodiment, the cloud mobile phone server interacts with the middle number server, and sends the corresponding detection result and/or the query result to the middle number server, so that the middle number server performs corresponding operations after the cloud mobile phone user initiates a call flow according to the detection result and/or the query result returned by the cloud mobile phone server, which will be described later.
The foregoing embodiment of the present application further provides a cloud mobile phone communication method, which is executed in a middle number server, as shown in fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a flow chart of a cloud mobile phone communication method according to a third embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
step 302, receiving a cloud mobile phone call request sent by a first cloud mobile phone client installed on the first terminal device, where the cloud mobile phone call request includes information related to a first cloud mobile phone user and a called party communication number.
The first terminal device is a terminal device with communication module hardware, for example, is provided with a SIM card, so that a call can be initiated, and the first cloud mobile phone user related information comprises a cloud mobile phone user identifier and a cloud mobile phone device identifier of the first cloud mobile phone user.
Step 304, according to the related information of the first cloud mobile phone user, obtaining an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number.
Optionally, in step 304, according to the information related to the cloud mobile phone user, an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number is obtained, including: and acquiring an intermediate communication number corresponding to and associated with the first cloud mobile phone user according to the cloud mobile phone user identification of the first cloud mobile phone user and the cloud mobile phone equipment identification.
As described above, the cloud mobile phone user and the intermediate communication number are associated in advance, the association mapping relation between the cloud mobile phone user and the intermediate communication number can be stored in the database, and the intermediate communication number corresponding to the association can be obtained by searching the database through the user identifier and the device identifier corresponding to the first cloud mobile phone user.
Step 306, the intermediate communication number is returned to the first cloud mobile phone client, so that the first cloud mobile phone client initiates a call to a called party through the intermediate communication number.
As described above, after receiving the intermediate communication number sent by the intermediate number server, the cloud mobile phone client will automatically call up the local terminal device, that is, the dial of the first terminal device, and fill the intermediate communication number, and initiate a call to the called party through the intermediate communication number based on the SIM card of the first terminal device.
The middle number technology is based on the communication capability of the mobile network of the operator, meets the hosting products of a real-name system and a real SIM card, and the middle server randomly distributes virtual mobile phone numbers for cloud mobile phone users as middle communication numbers and binds and associates the virtual mobile phone numbers with the cloud mobile phone users so as to call the cloud mobile phone users.
The first cloud mobile phone client initiates a call to the called party through the intermediate communication number, so that the first cloud mobile phone user can be prevented from being harassd by strange numbers due to the fact that the real communication number is disclosed, and privacy protection of the communication number is achieved.
Step 308, under the condition that the first cloud mobile phone client receives the call request sent by the intermediate communication number, initiating a call to the called party.
The first cloud mobile phone client calls the called party with the intermediate communication number, and the intermediate number server calls the called party through the intermediate communication number based on the called party communication number in the cloud mobile phone call request sent by the first cloud mobile phone client and received in step 302.

receiving a local communication number of the first terminal device sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;

In the above embodiment, according to the local communication number of the terminal device of the calling party that initiates the call and the real communication number that is bound when the cloud mobile phone user of the calling party registers, it may be determined whether the terminal device that initiates the cloud mobile phone call currently is the terminal device at the time of registration. If the terminal equipment is inconsistent, when the current cloud mobile phone call record is generated, the local communication number of the terminal equipment of the current call is recorded in addition to the real communication number bound by the cloud mobile phone user. In the cloud mobile phone calling process, the calling record can be queried to judge whether the opposite terminal communication number is a strange number, and the explanation is developed later.
In one embodiment, after initiating a call to the called party, further comprising:
searching a history call record of the called party communication number and the intermediate communication number;
displaying the intermediate communication number to the called party under the condition that the history call record cannot be found;
displaying the real communication number to the called party under the condition that the history call record is searched and the local communication number of the first terminal device is consistent with the real communication number;
and displaying the local communication number of the first terminal equipment to the called party under the condition that the history call record is searched and the local communication number of the first terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number.
In this embodiment, it is mainly described how the intermediate server displays the caller number to the called party. As described above, by looking up the history of calls, it is possible to know whether the called party communication number and the intermediate communication number have been previously called. In addition, besides searching the historical call record, the intermediate server can also search address book information of the first cloud mobile phone client installed on the first terminal equipment, wherein the address book information comprises contact person information and the historical call record of the first terminal equipment, and therefore whether a call is carried out before a called party communication number and the intermediate communication number can be judged.
If the intermediate number communication server cannot find the corresponding historical call record in the cloud mobile phone historical call record and the call record synchronized by the first terminal equipment according to the called party communication number and the intermediate communication number, the call is determined to be a strange call, so that the call is initiated according to the intermediate communication number, and the called party terminal equipment displays the call as the intermediate communication number incoming call.
If the corresponding historical call record is found, the call is determined to be an acquaintance call, whether the local communication number of the terminal equipment initiating the call is consistent with the real communication number bound by the cloud mobile phone user account number is further judged, if so, the call is initiated according to the real communication number correspondingly bound by the first cloud mobile phone user, and the real communication number of the first cloud mobile phone user is displayed in the terminal equipment of the called party user at the moment instead of the intermediate communication number. If the cloud mobile phone client is inconsistent, the call is initiated according to the local communication number of the terminal equipment initiating the call, and the local communication number of the terminal equipment where the cloud mobile phone client corresponding to the first cloud mobile phone user is located is displayed in the terminal equipment of the called party user at the moment, instead of the real communication number or the intermediate communication number of the first cloud mobile phone user of the calling party.
In one embodiment, if the called party is also a cloud mobile phone user who registers a cloud mobile phone, referred to herein as a second cloud mobile phone user, before initiating a call to the called party, further comprising:
sending a detection request to a cloud mobile phone server so that the cloud mobile phone server detects a second terminal device which is currently logged in by the second cloud mobile phone user;
under the condition that the second terminal equipment has a call function and the local communication number of the second terminal equipment is consistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, initiating a call to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user;
and under the condition that the local communication number of the second terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, initiating a call to the local communication number of the second terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, if the called party is a cloud mobile phone user, before the middle number server initiates the call, it needs to first determine whether the terminal device where the cloud mobile phone client that the second cloud mobile phone user is currently logged in is provided with a call function, for example, call module hardware with a SIM card, and then the call of the calling party can be answered.
The middle number server needs to send a detection request to the cloud mobile phone server, and the cloud mobile phone server detects whether the terminal equipment currently logged in by the second cloud mobile phone user has a call function or not. On the premise that the cloud mobile phone server detects that the current login terminal device has a call function, correspondingly, the cloud mobile phone server is further required to detect whether the local communication number of the terminal device is consistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user. If the detection is consistent, the terminal equipment where the communication number bound by the registered cloud mobile phone account number is used by the cloud mobile phone user is registered on the cloud mobile phone client, and therefore a call is sent to the real communication number.
And if the detection is inconsistent, the cloud mobile phone user logs in the cloud mobile phone client at other terminal equipment currently. At this time, the cloud mobile phone server initiates an instruction to the cloud mobile phone client, the cloud mobile phone client acquires the local communication number of the terminal device where the cloud mobile phone account is currently located, and transmits the local communication number to the middle number server through the Http interface, and the middle number server initiates a call to the number.
Correspondingly, on the premise that the cloud mobile phone server detects that the current login terminal equipment does not have a call function, the method further comprises the following steps:
Sending a query request to the cloud mobile phone server so that the cloud mobile phone server queries a login record of the second cloud mobile phone user in a third terminal device with a call function;
under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is consistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, a call is initiated to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user;
under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user and the distance between the third terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment does not exceed the preset call forwarding distance, initiating a call to the local communication number of the third terminal equipment;
and under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user and the distance between the third terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment exceeds the preset call forwarding distance, initiating a call to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user.
It should be noted that, if the cloud mobile phone account is not logged in any terminal device with call module hardware, such as a tablet, a PC, etc., the cloud mobile phone server queries the log-in record of the account in the terminal device equipped with the SIM card last time. If the terminal equipment is the terminal equipment where the real communication number bound by the current account number is located, the middle number server initiates a call to the real communication number; if the terminal equipment is not the terminal equipment where the real communication number bound by the current account number is located, the cloud mobile phone server initiates a request to the terminal equipment provided with the SIM card and the terminal equipment which is not provided with the SIM card and is currently logged in by the user, accesses the geographic positions of the two terminal equipment and calculates the distance between the two equipment. If the distance between the devices exceeds the call forwarding distance set by the user (for example, through Bluetooth connection, the call forwarding distance is 5-10 meters), the middle number server still initiates a call to the real communication number bound by the cloud mobile phone account; if the distance between the devices is within the call forwarding distance set by the user, the middle number server initiates a call to the communication number of the terminal device which is logged in by the cloud mobile phone account last time and is provided with the SIM card, and meanwhile, on the terminal device which is logged in by the current cloud mobile phone account and is not provided with the SIM card, the cloud mobile phone client prompts the called party user so as to inform the user that the current call will initiate the call to the communication number of the device, and the user is guided to answer the call at other devices.
When the cloud mobile phone server determines the real communication number corresponding to the call of the cloud mobile phone account, the terminal equipment logged in by the cloud mobile phone account can determine whether the terminal equipment with the call module hardware exists in the call transfer distance set by the user through Bluetooth, wiFi and the like. If the terminal equipment with the call module hardware is in the call forwarding distance set by the user, the terminal logged in by the cloud mobile phone account can further determine whether the terminal equipment with the call module hardware is the terminal equipment related to the cloud mobile phone account, such as whether the terminal equipment is the terminal equipment bound by the cloud mobile phone account or whether the terminal equipment is the terminal equipment logged in before the cloud mobile phone account.
If the terminal equipment with the call module hardware is the terminal equipment related to the cloud mobile phone account, the cloud mobile phone account can send the real communication number of the terminal equipment with the call module hardware to the intermediate number server, so that the intermediate number server can carry out real call with a calling party or a called party according to the real communication number when the cloud mobile phone account has call incoming and call outgoing.
Of course, if there are a plurality of terminal devices with call module hardware within the call forwarding distance set by the user, the cloud mobile phone server can determine whether each terminal device with call module hardware is a terminal device related to the cloud mobile phone account, and if only one terminal device with call module hardware is in the plurality of terminal devices with call module hardware, the real communication number of the terminal device can be sent to the middle number server; if a plurality of terminal devices related to the cloud mobile phone account are arranged in the plurality of terminal devices with the call module hardware, whether the terminal devices bound with the cloud mobile phone account are arranged in the plurality of terminal devices with the call module hardware can be judged, and if yes, the real communication number of the terminal devices can be sent to the middle number server; if not, the final terminal equipment can be determined according to the last time the cloud mobile phone account logs in each terminal equipment, the historical login times of the cloud mobile phone account and the like, and the real communication number of the equipment is sent to the middle number server. Optionally, the last login time of the terminal may be preferentially compared, and the terminal device that is logged in last may be selected. If the last login time of each terminal device is consistent, the terminal device with more login times can be determined to be the final terminal device by combining the account number of the login times of the cloud mobile phone account.
If there is no terminal device related to the cloud mobile phone account in the terminal device with the call module hardware within the call forwarding distance set by the user, the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account may further determine whether there is a terminal device related to the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account, specifically, the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account determines the target terminal device according to the bluetooth connection record, the WiFi connection record, the near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC) transmission record, and the like, and obtains the real communication number of the target terminal device through the corresponding bluetooth, wiFi, NFC, and the like.
When the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account obtains the real communication number of the target terminal device through Bluetooth, wiFi, NFC and the like, the authorization of the cloud mobile phone account can be obtained first, wherein two options can be displayed when the authorization is obtained: one option is to authorize acquisition of the real communication number of the target terminal device and display the related information (such as device type, etc.) and history connection record of the target terminal device; still another option is to support directly inputting the real communication number of the target terminal device, so that the cloud mobile phone account user can quickly obtain the real communication number of the target terminal device by using other modes, such as directly inquiring the target terminal device user or knowing the real communication number of the target terminal device before, and send the real communication number to the intermediate number server, at this time, the target terminal device user can be prompted, the real communication number of the target terminal device is used by the cloud mobile phone account during a period of time, if the target terminal device user does not agree, an instruction for refusing to use can be sent to the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account through the target terminal device, and then the cloud mobile phone account can inform the intermediate number server of not using the real communication number of the target terminal device during a period of time according to the instruction.
If the cloud mobile phone account user authorizes the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account to acquire the real communication number of the target terminal device, the terminal device logged in by the cloud mobile phone account can send a request to the target terminal device, and after receiving the request, the target terminal device can display whether the real communication number is authorized to be used by the cloud mobile phone account for communication within a period of time (if the communication starting time is determined according to semantic analysis of labels, memos, chat records and the like, the communication starting time can be displayed), if the cloud mobile phone account is authorized, the target terminal device can send the real communication number (the real communication number can be input by the user of the target terminal device or can be automatically acquired by the target terminal device) to the terminal device where the cloud mobile phone account is located, so that the cloud mobile phone account sends the real communication number to the middle number server. If the target terminal equipment user does not authorize the real communication number to be used by the cloud mobile phone account for conversation in a period of time, the cloud mobile phone account can send the real communication number bound by the current account to the intermediate number server, so that the intermediate number server can carry out real conversation with a calling party or a called party according to the real communication number bound by the current account when the cloud mobile phone account has conversation incoming call and conversation outgoing call.
When the cloud mobile phone account uses the real communication number of the other terminal equipment with the communication module hardware, before the cloud mobile phone account carries out real communication based on the real communication number, a stop option can be displayed on the cloud mobile phone account and the terminal equipment of the real communication number, when the stop option of any party is triggered, the cloud mobile phone account does not use the real communication number any more, and at the moment, the real communication number corresponding to the cloud mobile phone account can be redetermined according to the rules.
In one implementation manner, if the cloud mobile phone account is not logged in any terminal device with call module hardware, the cloud mobile phone account may also determine whether the probability of generating a call is greater in a period of time (the period of time may be determined according to a historical login duration of the cloud mobile phone account in the terminal device, and if there is no historical login duration, may be determined according to a default period of time, such as two hours) when logging in the terminal device.
Optionally, the method further comprises: when the second cloud mobile phone user logs in the second terminal equipment without the call function, determining the probability that the second cloud mobile phone user is called in a preset time; and under the condition that the probability of being called is large, acquiring the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user in advance for the call request.
When judging whether the probability of generating the call in a period of time is larger, firstly acquiring the label, the memo, the chat record and the like of the current cloud mobile phone account, carrying out semantic analysis on the acquired label, memo, chat record and the like, and judging whether the probability of generating the call in a period of time is larger according to the semantic analysis result and the current time. Specifically, if the probability of generating a call in a period of time is determined to be high according to the semantic analysis result, the probability of generating a call in a period of time can be directly determined to be high; if the probability of generating the call in a period of time is judged to be smaller according to the semantic analysis result, the current time can be continuously acquired, and if the current time is the time with smaller probability of generating the call, the probability of generating the call in a period of time can be determined to be smaller; if the probability of calling is not smaller at present, such as ten am, the probability of calling in a period of time can be determined to be larger.
Of course, when judging whether the current time is the time with larger call probability, the historical call time of the cloud mobile phone account can be combined to determine. For example, a cloud mobile phone account typically communicates between ten am and nine pm, and then it may be determined that the time from ten am to nine pm is when the probability of communication is high, and the time from nine pm to ten am the next day is when the probability of communication is low.
When the probability of calling in a period of time is high, because the calling needs high instantaneity, the real communication number corresponding to the communication of the cloud mobile phone account number needs to be determined in advance, and the middle number server is informed of the real communication number, so that the called party can answer the call rapidly when the call is incoming.
When the terminal equipment logged in by the cloud mobile phone account does not have a call hardware module, whether the cloud mobile phone account has a larger call probability in a period of time can be determined, if so, the real communication number corresponding to the call of the cloud mobile phone account can be determined in advance because of higher instantaneity of the call, so that the call can be answered quickly when the call is incoming. When the real communication number corresponding to the communication of the cloud mobile phone account is determined, the real communication number can be determined according to the terminal equipment related to the cloud mobile phone account and the terminal equipment related to the terminal equipment logged in by the cloud mobile phone account, so that privacy safety of a user of the cloud mobile phone account is protected, meanwhile, probability of refusing to occupy the real communication number is reduced, and success rate is improved.
If the terminal equipment with the call module hardware does not have the terminal equipment related to the cloud mobile phone account, and the terminal equipment which logs in with the cloud mobile phone account has the communication record, such as the Bluetooth communication record, the WiFi communication record and the NFC transmission record, the cloud mobile phone server can inquire the login record of the account on the terminal equipment provided with the SIM card. If the real communication number bound by the current account number is the terminal equipment, the real communication number is sent to an intermediate number server; if the terminal equipment is not the terminal equipment where the real communication number bound by the current account number is located, the cloud mobile phone server initiates a request to the terminal equipment which is not equipped with the SIM card and is currently logged in by the equipment and the user, accesses the geographic position where the two terminal equipment are located and calculates the distance between the equipment. If the distance between the devices exceeds the call forwarding distance set by the user, still transmitting the real communication number bound by the cloud mobile phone account to the middle number server; and if the distance between the devices is within the call forwarding distance set by the user, sending the communication number of the terminal device which is logged in by the cloud mobile phone account last time and is provided with the SIM card to the middle number server.
When the probability of call generation is smaller in a period of time, in order to reduce resource occupation, the real communication number corresponding to the cloud mobile phone account is not predetermined, but is determined in real time when a call is incoming when the demand exists. That is, when the probability of calling is smaller in a period of time, determining the real communication number corresponding to the cloud mobile phone account in real time; when the probability of calling in a period of time is high, the real communication number corresponding to the cloud mobile phone account is predetermined.
Next, a general description will be made of the cloud mobile phone communication method of the present application with reference to an application scenario example of fig. 4 to 5. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a mapping relationship between objects in a voice dialing call flow of a cloud mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a voice dialing call flow of a cloud mobile phone corresponding to a communication method of a cloud mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the local mobile phone 18 is a terminal device where a cloud mobile phone client corresponding to the cloud mobile phone account 16 of the cloud mobile phone user is located, where when the local mobile phone 18 is a terminal device where a real communication number bound when the account 16 is registered is located, the corresponding local communication number is the real communication number 12, and when the local mobile phone 18 is not a terminal device where a real communication number bound when the account 16 is registered is located, the corresponding local communication number is the common local number 14.
The cloud mobile phone user initiates a cloud mobile phone call to the middle number server through a cloud mobile phone client installed on the local mobile phone 18 and through a remote cloud mobile phone server, namely a cloud mobile phone 1, a cloud mobile phone 2 and a cloud mobile phone n, and the middle number server initiates a call to a called number 24 corresponding to a called party based on middle communication numbers associated by different cloud mobile phones corresponding to the user, namely a middle number 1 corresponding to the cloud mobile phone 1, a middle number 2 corresponding to the cloud mobile phone 2 and a middle number n corresponding to the cloud mobile phone n.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a cloud mobile phone call process corresponding to a cloud mobile phone client and an intermediate number server in the case that the calling party and the called party are cloud mobile phone users. As shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the following steps:
step 402: inputting a called number in a dial of the calling Fang Yun mobile phone client 100;

According to the method and the device, through the technology based on the intermediate communication number, the cloud mobile phone user can initiate the voice dialing call function at the cloud mobile phone client, so that the voice dialing communication in the cloud mobile phone system is realized, and the requirement of the user for voice dialing by using the cloud mobile phone is met.
In addition, the application judges the call type according to the history call record of the cloud mobile phone, calls the public real communication number to the acquaintance with the history call record, and simultaneously only displays the intermediate communication number when calling the stranger, thereby protecting the real communication number of the cloud mobile phone user bound with the intermediate communication number from being revealed.
When the real call number corresponding to the call of the cloud mobile phone is determined, the real call number is determined according to the terminal equipment related to the cloud mobile phone and the terminal equipment related to the terminal equipment logged in by the cloud mobile phone, so that the privacy safety of a cloud mobile phone user is protected to the greatest extent, meanwhile, the probability of refusing by the real call number user is reduced, and the success rate is improved.
When the cloud mobile phone logs in on the terminal equipment without the call module hardware, whether the cloud mobile phone has a larger call probability in a period of time is firstly determined, and if the cloud mobile phone has a larger call probability, the real call number corresponding to the call of the cloud mobile phone is determined in advance because of higher instantaneity of the call, so that the call can be quickly answered when the call is incoming. When the cloud mobile phone has no larger call probability in a period of time, the real call number corresponding to the cloud mobile phone is not predetermined to reduce the resource occupation, but is determined in real time only when a call is incoming when the need exists.
The address book information of the cloud mobile phone and the address book information of the local mobile phone are synchronized in real time through the cloud mobile phone server, and all call information of the local terminal equipment can be synchronized with the cloud server in time. For a user, a non-perceived cloud operation experience is achieved.
According to still another embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a cloud mobile phone communication system, and fig. 6 is a block diagram of the structure of the cloud mobile phone communication system according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the cloud handset communication system 1000 includes a cloud handset client 1200, a cloud handset server 1400, and an intermediate number server 1600.
The cloud mobile phone client 1200 is configured to generate a service instruction based on an operation of a cloud mobile phone user to input a called party communication number and send the service instruction to a cloud mobile phone server, so as to obtain information related to the cloud mobile phone user and the called party communication number; based on the related information of the cloud mobile phone user and the communication number of the called party, sending a cloud mobile phone call request to the intermediate number server to obtain an intermediate communication number; initiating a call to a called party according to the intermediate communication number;
the cloud mobile phone server 1400 is configured to return the information related to the cloud mobile phone user and the called party communication number in response to the service instruction;
the middle number server 1600 is configured to receive a cloud mobile phone call request sent by a cloud mobile phone client, where the cloud mobile phone call request includes information related to a cloud mobile phone user and a called party communication number; acquiring an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number according to the relevant information of the cloud mobile phone user and sending the intermediate communication number to the cloud mobile phone client; and when receiving a call request sent by the cloud mobile phone client according to the intermediate communication number, initiating a call to the called party.
The cloud mobile phone communication system of the present embodiment includes each process that the cloud mobile phone client 1200, the cloud mobile phone server 1400 and the middle number server 1600 can respectively and correspondingly implement the method embodiments of fig. 1 to 5, and for avoiding repetition, a detailed description is omitted here.
Optionally, the embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, and fig. 7 is a block diagram of the structure of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 2000 includes a memory 2200 and a processor 2400 electrically connected to the memory 2200, where the memory 2200 stores a computer program that can be executed by the processor 2400, and the computer program implements each process of any one of the foregoing cloud mobile phone communication method embodiments when executed by the processor, and achieves the same technical effects, so that repetition is avoided and no further description is given here.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements each process of any one of the cloud mobile phone communication method embodiments described above, and can achieve the same technical effect, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is provided herein. Wherein the computer readable storage medium is selected from Read-Only Memory (ROM), random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), magnetic disk or optical disk.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) comprising instructions for causing a terminal (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (6)

1. A cloud mobile phone communication method, which is characterized by being executed in an intermediate number server, comprising:
receiving a cloud mobile phone calling request sent by a first cloud mobile phone client installed on first terminal equipment, wherein the cloud mobile phone calling request comprises first cloud mobile phone user related information and a called party communication number;
acquiring an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number according to the related information of the first cloud mobile phone user;
returning the intermediate communication number to the first cloud mobile phone client so that the first cloud mobile phone client initiates a call to a called party through the intermediate communication number;
under the condition that the first cloud mobile phone client side receives a call request sent by the intermediate communication number, initiating a call to the called party;
The first cloud mobile phone user related information comprises a cloud mobile phone user identifier and a cloud mobile phone equipment identifier of the first cloud mobile phone user;
according to the related information of the cloud mobile phone user, obtaining an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number comprises the following steps:
acquiring an intermediate communication number corresponding to and associated with the first cloud mobile phone user according to the cloud mobile phone user identification of the first cloud mobile phone user and the cloud mobile phone equipment identification;
the method further comprises the steps of:
receiving a local communication number of the first terminal device sent by the first cloud mobile phone client;
after obtaining the intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number according to the related information of the first cloud mobile phone user, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a real communication number correspondingly bound to the cloud mobile phone user identification according to the cloud mobile phone user identification of the first cloud mobile phone user;
determining whether the local communication number of the first terminal device is consistent with the real communication number;
when the local communication number of the first terminal device is consistent with the real communication number, a first call record is generated, wherein the first call record comprises a cloud mobile phone user identifier, a cloud mobile phone device identifier, the intermediate communication number, the real communication number, the called party communication number and call time of the first cloud mobile phone user;
When the local communication number of the first terminal device is inconsistent with the real communication number, a second call record is generated, wherein the second call record comprises a cloud mobile phone user identifier of the first cloud mobile phone user, a cloud mobile phone device identifier, the intermediate communication number, the real communication number, the local communication number of the first terminal device, the called party communication number and call time.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after initiating a call to the called party:
searching a history call record of the called party communication number and the intermediate communication number;
displaying the intermediate communication number to the called party under the condition that the history call record cannot be found;
displaying the real communication number to the called party under the condition that the history call record is searched and the local communication number of the first terminal device is consistent with the real communication number;
and displaying the local communication number of the first terminal equipment to the called party under the condition that the history call record is searched and the local communication number of the first terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the called party is a second cloud handset user, prior to initiating a call to the called party, further comprising:
sending a detection request to a cloud mobile phone server so that the cloud mobile phone server detects a second terminal device which is currently logged in by the second cloud mobile phone user;
under the condition that the second terminal equipment has a call function and the local communication number of the second terminal equipment is consistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, initiating a call to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user;
and under the condition that the local communication number of the second terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, initiating a call to the local communication number of the second terminal equipment.
4. A method as recited in claim 3, further comprising:
under the condition that the second terminal equipment does not have a call function, sending a query request to the cloud mobile phone server so that the cloud mobile phone server queries a login record of a second cloud mobile phone user in a third terminal equipment with the call function;
Under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is consistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user, a call is initiated to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user;
under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user and the distance between the third terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment does not exceed the preset call forwarding distance, initiating a call to the local communication number of the third terminal equipment;
and under the condition that the local communication number of the third terminal equipment is inconsistent with the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user and the distance between the third terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment exceeds the preset call forwarding distance, initiating a call to the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user.
5. The method as recited in claim 4, further comprising:
when the second cloud mobile phone user logs in the second terminal equipment without the call function, determining the probability that the second cloud mobile phone user is called in a preset time;
And under the condition that the probability of being called is larger than a predetermined threshold value, acquiring the real communication number bound by the second cloud mobile phone user in advance for the call request.
6. A cloud mobile phone communication system, which implements the cloud mobile phone communication method of any one of claims 1 to 5, is characterized by comprising a cloud mobile phone client, a cloud mobile phone server and a middle number server,

the middle number server is used for receiving a cloud mobile phone calling request sent by a cloud mobile phone client, wherein the cloud mobile phone calling request comprises information related to a cloud mobile phone user and a called party communication number; acquiring an intermediate communication number for communicating with the called party communication number according to the relevant information of the cloud mobile phone user and sending the intermediate communication number to the cloud mobile phone client; and when receiving a call request sent by the cloud mobile phone client according to the intermediate communication number, initiating a call to the called party.
