Abstract

本发明提供—种发动机尾气处理系统及其方法,包括排气管、尾气催化组件、热敏金属片Ⅰ、散热管、歧管、封堵板、尾管、热敏金属片Ⅱ和涡轮,排气管内间隙的设有尾气催化组件,而热敏金属片Ⅰ设置在相邻两尾气催化组件之间并靠近排气管的进气端,散热管与排气管的进气端连通,歧管与排气管的一端与散热管连通,另一端与排气管的主体部分连通。通过热敏金属片Ⅰ阻碍尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件使得尾气聚集,那么刚启动的车辆尾气在进入排气管时也会保持一个较高的温度,进而在汽车刚启动时尾气催化组件也在高效催化的状态,保证了尾气处理的效果,而在排气管温度过高时尾气通过散热管进入排气管,进而对排气管内部进行降温处理。

本发明涉及尾气处理领域,具体为—种发动机尾气处理系统及其方法。
背景技术
公开号为CN108561214B提供的一种发动机尾气处理系统及其方法,此现有技术通过尾气进行发电,那么在对尾气进行处理时作为氧化和还原的组件未涉及保温和散热,那么在发动机刚启动时尾气在排气管内迅速扩散导致氧化和还原组件处的温度梯度低于最适氧化和还原的温度,进而导致处理效果差的情况。
公开号为CN104863674B提供的用于汽车及发动机尾气排放的高效催化处理器,此现有技术通过主动加热的方式对排气管进行加热,使得排气管处于氧化和还原组件较为适宜的温度梯度,而主动加热组件的介入会耗费能源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供—种发动机尾气处理系统及其方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
—种发动机尾气处理系统,包括排气管、尾气催化组件、热敏金属片Ⅰ、散热管、歧管、封堵板、尾管、热敏金属片Ⅱ和涡轮,其中:
所述排气管内间隙的设有尾气催化组件,而热敏金属片Ⅰ设置在相邻两尾气催化组件之间并靠近排气管的进气端,所述散热管与排气管的进气端连通,歧管与排气管的一端与散热管连通,另一端与排气管的主体部分连通,所述封堵板活动安装在散热管的进气端,在抽出封堵板时散热管实现畅通反之则为封堵状态,所述尾管与排气管的出气端连通,所述热敏金属片Ⅱ设置在尾管内,而涡轮转动安装在尾管的端部,其中热敏金属片Ⅰ和热敏金属片Ⅱ的端面均开设有贯穿的线槽,进而热敏金属片Ⅰ和热敏金属片Ⅱ由线槽和本体之间构成的翅片部在温度达到热敏极限时翅片部分就会翘起,而涡轮与封堵板之间设有驱动组件,当涡轮转动时能够拉动封堵板向着远离散热管的方向运动,进而散热管实现畅通。
优选的,所述封堵板配合安装在散热管上的导槽内,而封堵板与散热管之间设有弹簧。
优选的,所述驱动组件由收卷轮和绳索组成,所述收卷轮与涡轮连接,而绳索卷绕在收卷轮上,另一端与封堵板连接。
优选的,所述热敏金属片Ⅰ的热敏温度与热敏金属片Ⅱ的热敏温度不同。
优选的,所述歧管与排气管连通位置设有单向阀。
—种发动机尾气处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将排气管与发动机对接;
S2,尾气进入排气管内,那么尾气催化组件对尾气进行氧化和还原反应;
S3,处理过的尾气顺着排气管排出;
优选的,所述S2在对尾气进行处理时热敏金属片Ⅰ会阻碍尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件,那么此时刚进入排气管时会聚集,进而未扩散的尾气的温度保持着较高的状态,那么尾气处于高效的清理状态,当尾气持续进入时排气管的温度就会升起,如果持续的阻碍排气管内尾气的排出就会影响发动机的正常工作,此时热敏金属片Ⅰ的翅片部弹起,进而尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件上。
优选的,所述S3所排出的尾气会经过尾管,而当排出的尾气温度过高说明排气管的温度过高,而过高的温度会导致氧化和还原反应的迟缓,此时尾管内热敏金属片Ⅱ的翅片部弹起,进而部分尾气顺着尾管排出,此时尾管端部的涡轮在尾气的作用下实现转动,进而收卷轮随之转动,转动的收卷轮继续卷绕绳索,那么绳索拉动封堵板向着远离散热管的方向运动,进而散热管实现畅通,此时从发动机排出的尾气就会进入散热管,尾气在散热管内实现降温,经过降温的尾气途径歧管并进入排气管,进而对排气管进行降温处理,使得排气管内的温度处于尾气催化组件氧化和还原适宜的梯度,当排气管内的温度下降后经过尾管的温度也会跟随下降,此时热敏金属片Ⅱ的翅片部收拢,进而通过尾管排放的尾气锐减,那么涡轮所产生的驱动轮小于弹簧对封堵板的拉力,进而封堵板重新进入散热管内并对其进行封堵。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过热敏金属片Ⅰ阻碍尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件使得尾气聚集,那么刚启动的车辆尾气在进入排气管时也会保持一个较高的温度,进而在汽车刚启动时尾气催化组件也在高效催化的状态,保证了尾气处理的效果,而在排气管温度过高时尾气通过散热管进入排气管,进而对排气管内部进行降温处理,那么尾气催化组件始终处于高效催化状态。

排气管1内间隙的设有尾气催化组件2,其中尾气催化组件2为催化尾气中有害气体,使得有害气体转换为无毒无害气体,热敏金属片Ⅰ3设置在相邻两尾气催化组件2之间并靠近排气管1的进气端,散热管4与排气管1的进气端连通,歧管5与排气管1的一端与散热管4连通,另一端与排气管1的主体部分连通,封堵板6配合安装在散热管4上的导槽内,而封堵板6与散热管4之间设有弹簧61,在抽出封堵板6时散热管4实现畅通反之则为封堵状态,尾管7与排气管1的出气端连通,进而经过处理的尾气会经过排气管1和尾管7排出,热敏金属片Ⅱ8设置在尾管7内,进而热敏金属片Ⅱ8能够对尾管7起到阻碍排气的效果,而涡轮9转动安装在尾管7的端部,其中热敏金属片Ⅰ3和热敏金属片Ⅱ8 的端面均开设有贯穿的线槽,进而热敏金属片Ⅰ3和热敏金属片Ⅱ8上的线槽和本体之间构成的翅片部 31在温度达到热敏极限时翅片部分就会翘起,而涡轮9与封堵板6之间设有驱动组件,当涡轮9转动时能够拉动封堵板6向着远离散热管4的方向运动,进而散热管4实现畅通,驱动组件由收卷轮10和绳索11组成,收卷轮10与涡轮9连接,而绳索11卷绕在收卷轮10上,另一端与封堵板6连接。
作为优选的实施例,热敏金属片Ⅰ3的热敏温度与热敏金属片Ⅱ8的热敏温度不同,其中尾气催化组件2的氧化和还原高效阶段需要在固定的温度梯度,以汽油发动机为例,尾气氧化和还原的温度在 400-800度为高效阶段,因此在尾气进入排气管1时温度达到400度之后热敏金属片Ⅰ3的翅片部31 就会翘起,而在温度超过1000度时氧化和还原速度减缓,此时尾管7的温度上升,当温度梯度达到800 度以上时热敏金属片Ⅱ8的翅片部31就会翘起,进而尾气就会顺畅的从尾管7排出。
作为优选的实施例,歧管5与排气管1连通位置设有单向阀51,进而避免排气管1内的气体朝歧管5回流。
—种发动机尾气处理方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将排气管1与发动机对接;
S2,尾气进入排气管1内,那么尾气催化组件2对尾气进行氧化和还原反应,在对尾气进行处理时热敏金属片Ⅰ3会阻碍尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件2,那么此时刚进入排气管1的尾气就会聚集,进而未扩散的尾气的温度保持着较高的状态,那么尾气处于高效的清理状态,当尾气持续进入时排气管1 的温度就会迅速升起,如果持续的阻碍排气管1内尾气的排出就会影响发动机的正常工作,此时热敏金属片Ⅰ3的翅片部31弹起,进而尾气传递至下一尾气催化组件2上,在保证顺畅通气的状态下还保证了在发动机刚启动时排气管1迅速升温,进而保证尾气催化组件2在发动机刚启动时也保持高效的催化状态;
S3,处理过的尾气顺着排气管1排出,部分尾气会经过尾管7缓慢排出,而当排出的尾气温度过高说明排气管1的温度过高,而过高的温度会导致氧化和还原反应的迟缓,此时尾管7内热敏金属片Ⅱ8 的翅片部31弹起,进而部分尾气顺着尾管7顺畅的排出,此时尾管7端部的涡轮9在大量排出的尾气作用下实现转动,进而收卷轮10随之转动,转动的收卷轮10继续卷绕绳索11,那么绳索11拉动封堵板6向着远离散热管4的方向运动,进而散热管4实现畅通,此时从发动机排出的尾气就会进入散热管 4内,尾气在散热管4内实现降温,经过降温的尾气途径歧管5并进入排气管1内,进而对排气管1进行降温处理,使得排气管1内的温度处于尾气催化组件2氧化和还原适宜的梯度,当排气管1内的温度下降后经过尾管7的温度也会跟随下降,此时热敏金属片Ⅱ8的翅片部31收拢,进而通过尾管7排放的尾气量锐减,那么涡轮9所产生的驱动轮小于弹簧61对封堵板6的拉力,进而封堵板6重新进入散热管4内并对其进行封堵。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

所述排气管(1)内间隙的设有尾气催化组件(2),而热敏金属片Ⅰ(3)设置在相邻两尾气催化组件(2)之间并靠近排气管(1)的进气端,所述散热管(4)与排气管(1)的进气端连通,歧管(5)与排气管(1)的一端与散热管(4)连通,另一端与排气管(1)的主体部分连通,所述封堵板(6)活动安装在散热管(4)的进气端,在抽出封堵板(6)时散热管(4)实现畅通反之则为封堵状态,所述尾管(7)与排气管(1)的出气端连通,所述热敏金属片Ⅱ(8)设置在尾管(7)内,而涡轮(9)转动安装在尾管(7)的端部,其中热敏金属片Ⅰ(3)和热敏金属片Ⅱ(8)的端面均开设有贯穿的线槽,进而热敏金属片Ⅰ(3)和热敏金属片Ⅱ(8)由线槽和本体之间构成的翅片部(31)在温度达到热敏极限时翅片部分就会翘起,而涡轮(9)与封堵板(6)之间设有驱动组件,当涡轮(9)转动时能够拉动封堵板(6)向着远离散热管(4)的方向运动,进而散热管(4)实现畅通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的—种发动机尾气处理系统,其特征在于:所述封堵板(6)配合安装在散热管(4)上的导槽内,而封堵板(6)与散热管(4)之间设有弹簧(61)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的—种发动机尾气处理系统,其特征在于:所述驱动组件由收卷轮(10)和绳索(11)组成,所述收卷轮(10)与涡轮(9)连接,而绳索(11)卷绕在收卷轮(10)上,另一端与封堵板(6)连接。
