s1, mixing polyoxyethylene stearate, sodium dithiocarbamate, ethoxy lauryl betaine, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyvinyl alcohol and alkyl sodium sulfate at the mixing speed of 170r/min to obtain a first mixture;
s2, mixing silicon dioxide, polytetrafluoroethylene, sorbitan monooleate and trimethoxy silane at the mixing speed of 170r/min for 17min to prepare a second mixture;
s3, mixing the first mixture and the second mixture at the mixing speed of 210r/min for 37min to obtain a third mixture;
and S4, immersing the cleaning cloth substrate into the third mixture for 7h, and taking out and drying to obtain the special antistatic cleaning cloth for the laboratory.

The invention provides a special anti-static cleaning cloth for a laboratory, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the cleaning cloth comprises a cleaning cloth base body and an anti-static corrosion-resistant material, wherein the anti-static corrosion-resistant material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of polyoxyethylene stearate, 15 parts of sodium dithiocarbamate, 5 parts of ethoxy lauryl tyramine, 5 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts of alkyl sodium sulfate, 5 parts of silicon dioxide, 1 part of polytetrafluoroethylene, 1 part of sorbitan monooleate and 1 part of trimethoxy silane;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing polyoxyethylene stearate, sodium dithiocarbamate, ethoxy lauryl betaine, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyvinyl alcohol and alkyl sodium sulfate at a mixing speed of 200r/min to obtain a first mixture;
s2, mixing silicon dioxide, polytetrafluoroethylene, sorbitan monooleate and trimethoxy silane at a mixing speed of 200r/min for 20min to obtain a second mixture;
s3, mixing the first mixture and the second mixture at a mixing speed of 230r/min for 40min to obtain a third mixture;
and S4, soaking the cleaning cloth substrate into the third mixture for 10 hours, and then taking out and drying to obtain the special anti-static cleaning cloth for the laboratory.
For the anti-static cleaning cloth special for the laboratory prepared in the first to third examples, compared with the conventional cleaning cloth, the experimental data are shown in the following table:

From the above table, the anti-static cleaning cloth for laboratory use provided by the invention has significantly improved anti-static and anti-corrosion properties, and the second embodiment is the best embodiment.

The antistatic cleaning cloth special for laboratories according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic corrosion-resistant material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 31-39 parts of polyoxyethylene stearate, 11-14 parts of sodium dithiocarbamate, 2-4 parts of ethoxy lauryl amine, 2-4 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 2-4 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 2-4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 6-9 parts of alkyl sodium sulfate, 2-4 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.6-0.9 part of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.6-0.9 part of sorbitan monooleate and 0.6-0.9 part of trimethoxy silane.

The antistatic cleaning cloth special for laboratories according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic corrosion-resistant material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of polyoxyethylene stearate, 12 parts of sodium dithiocarbamate, 3 parts of ethoxy lauryl tyramine, 3 parts of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 7 parts of alkyl sodium sulfate, 3 parts of silicon dioxide, 0.7 part of polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.7 part of sorbitan monooleate and 0.7 part of trimethoxy silane.

s1, mixing polyoxyethylene stearate, sodium dithiocarbamate, ethoxy lauryl betaine, dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyvinyl alcohol and alkyl sodium sulfate to prepare a first mixture;
s2, mixing silicon dioxide, polytetrafluoroethylene, sorbitan monooleate and trimethoxy silane to prepare a second mixture;
s3, mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
and S4, soaking the cleaning cloth substrate into the third mixture, and then taking out and drying to obtain the special antistatic cleaning cloth for the laboratory.

6. The antistatic cleaning cloth for laboratory use as claimed in claim 4, wherein in S2, the silica, polytetrafluoroethylene, sorbitan monooleate and trimethoxysilane are mixed at a mixing speed of 150-.
7. The antistatic cleaning cloth for laboratory use as claimed in claim 4, wherein in S3, the first mixture and the second mixture are mixed at a mixing speed of 200-230r/min for 35-40min to obtain the third mixture.
8. The antistatic cleaning cloth for the laboratory use according to claim 4, wherein in the step S4, the cleaning cloth substrate is immersed in the third mixture for 5-10h, and then is taken out and dried to obtain the antistatic cleaning cloth for the laboratory use.
