the steam spraying device comprises a heating box (21), a pressure valve (22), a steam transmission pipe (23), a steam spraying pipe (24), a plurality of groups of spray heads (25) and a heating plate (26), wherein the bottom end of the heating box (21) is connected with the bottom end in the shell (4), a water inlet valve is arranged at the top of the side end of the heating box (21), the bottom end of the pressure valve (22) is connected with the top end of the heating box (21), the bottom end of the steam transmission pipe (23) is connected with the top end of the pressure valve (22), the right end of the steam transmission pipe (23) is connected with the left end of the steam spraying pipe (24), the left ends of the plurality of groups of spray heads (25) are connected with the right end of the steam spraying pipe (24), and the bottom end of the heating plate (26) is connected with the bottom end in the heating box (21);
the steam exhaust device comprises a dehumidification box (27), a second exhaust pump (28) and a plurality of groups of baffle plates (29), the right end of the dehumidification box (27) is connected with the left end of the shell (4), the dehumidification box (27) is communicated with the inside of the shell (4), the second exhaust pump (28) is installed at the left end of the dehumidification box (27), a steam suction port is formed in the right end of the second exhaust pump (28), an exhaust port is formed in the left end of the second exhaust pump (28), the steam suction port of the second exhaust pump (28) is communicated with the inside of the dehumidification box (27), and the plurality of groups of baffle plates (29) are installed in the dehumidification box (27);
the dust removal device comprises a plurality of groups of side wall plates (10), two groups of rotating shafts (11), transparent soft boards (12), a plurality of groups of baffle plates (13), a second motor (14), a dust removal box (15), a cleaning roller (16), a third motor (17), a filter box (18), a plurality of groups of filter screens (19) and a first exhaust pump (20), one end of each group of rotating shafts (11) is respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the cloth inspecting lamp (5), the other end of each group of rotating shafts (11) is respectively connected with the front end and the rear end in the shell (4), the left end and the right end of each group of rotating shafts (11) are respectively rotatably arranged on the plurality of groups of side wall plates (10), the transparent soft boards (12) are sleeved on the two groups of rotating shafts (11), one end of each group of baffle plates (13) is respectively connected with the top end and the bottom end of the cloth inspecting lamp (5), the second motor (14) is arranged at the right end of the right front side wall plate (10), the left end of the second motor (14) is connected with the right end of the front side rotating shaft (11), the top end of the cleaning roller (13) is arranged at the bottom end of the dust removal box (15), the dust removal box (15) connected with the bottom end of the cleaning roller (16), the cleaning roller (17) is arranged at the inside the third exhaust pump box (17), the filter box (18) is communicated with the interior of the dust removal box (15), a plurality of groups of filter screens (19) are arranged in the filter box (18), the first exhaust pump (20) is arranged at the front end of the filter box (18), the rear end of the first exhaust pump (20) is provided with a suction inlet, and the top end of the first exhaust pump (20) is provided with a discharge outlet.
