As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in operation, the ironing machine for garment processing according to the present invention is configured to firstly open a shielding device at a feed inlet of an ironing chamber 1, put a garment on a hanger, then hang the garment on a hanging ring on a surface of a conveyor belt 28 by the hanger, then move the garment through the conveyor belt 28, convey the garment from left to right, send the garment into the ironing chamber 1, open a sealing door at a front end of a mixing chamber 12, put perfume into the mixing chamber 12, pull a water storage chamber 11 out of the heating chamber 10, pour clean water into the water storage chamber 11, reset the water storage chamber 11, heat the clean water in the water storage chamber 11 by a heating element 16 in the heating chamber 10, then enter steam in the water storage chamber 11 into the mixing chamber 12, mix the steam with gas emitted from the perfume in the mixing chamber 12, and spray the steam onto the garment by a plurality of sets of spray heads 15, softening clothes, then, driving the two groups of screw rods 4 through the driving box 2 to rotate simultaneously, repeatedly lifting the frame 5, stretching the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders 6 when the frame 5 descends, enabling the two groups of support plates 8 to squeeze the clothes, heating and ironing the clothes through the two groups of support plates 8, afterwards, shrinking the two groups of support plates 8 through the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders 6 when the frame 5 ascends, resetting the two groups of support plates 8, opening a shielding device positioned at a discharge port of the ironing box 1 after the clothes are ironed, feeding the ironed clothes into the drying box 21 by a conveying device, sucking air into the heating pipe 24 by opening the exhaust fan 22, heating the air in the heating pipe 24 by hot water and steam in the water storage tank 11, spraying hot air into the drying box 21 by the exhaust fan 22, drying the clothes, and then opening the third motor 34, the rotating frame 35 rotates ninety degrees, then the two groups of hot pressing and attaching molds 37 are closed together by stretching the two groups of second hydraulic cylinders 36, the edges of the two groups of plastic packaging paper are respectively melted together by the two groups of hot pressing and attaching molds 37 to form packaging bags, clothing is wrapped, then a plurality of groups of fourth motors 42 are opened, the waste shafts 39 are respectively used for rolling up the waste on the two groups of plastic packaging paper, then the two groups of cylinders 26 are contracted, the two groups of sealing doors 27 are opened, the packaged clothing is discharged by the conveying device, and water vapor generated in the softening and drying processes of the clothing is collected by the recycling device, so that the water vapor is condensed into water and is discharged back to the steam generating device.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: and (3) automatically conveying the clothes, automatically ironing the clothes, automatically drying and automatically packaging the clothes, rotatably discharging the clothes, and simultaneously carrying out centralized treatment on water vapor.
The ironing machine for clothing processing has the advantages that the installation mode, the connection mode or the setting mode of the ironing machine is a common mechanical mode, and the ironing machine can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the ironing machine can be achieved; the transmission case 2, the first motor 3, the first hydraulic cylinder 6, the pressure sensor 7, the heating plate 9, the heating element 16, the second motor 20, the exhaust fan 22, the air cylinder 26, the semiconductor refrigerating plate 31, the exhaust pump 32, the third motor 34, the second hydraulic cylinder 36, the hot press fitting die 37 and the fourth motor 42 of the ironing machine for clothing processing are purchased on the market, and a person skilled in the art only needs to install and operate according to the attached using instructions without creative labor of the person skilled in the art.

the ironing device comprises a steam generating device, a lifting device, a leveling device, two groups of shielding devices and an ironing box (1), wherein a feed inlet is formed in the left end of the ironing box (1), a discharge outlet is formed in the right end of the ironing box (1), the steam generating device is arranged at the bottom end of the ironing box (1), the lifting device is arranged in the steam generating device, the leveling device is arranged on the lifting device, the two groups of shielding devices are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the ironing box (1), the lifting device adjusts the position of the leveling device, the steam generating device softens clothes, the leveling device irons the clothes, and the two groups of shielding devices shield the feed inlet and the discharge outlet of the ironing box (1) respectively;
the lifting device comprises a transmission case (2), a first motor (3) and two groups of screw rods (4), wherein the bottom end of the transmission case (2) is connected with the top end of the ironing case (1), the bottom end of the transmission case (2) is provided with an output end, the top end of the transmission case (2) is provided with an input end, the first motor (3) is installed at the top end of the transmission case (2), the bottom end of the first motor (3) is connected with the input end of the transmission case (2), the top ends of the two groups of screw rods (4) are respectively connected with the two groups of output ends of the transmission case (2), the bottom end of the screw rod (4) extends to the inside of the ironing case (1) from the top end of the ironing case (1), the bottom end of the screw rod (4) is rotationally connected with the bottom end in the ironing case (1), and the leveling device is installed on the two groups of screw rods (4);
the leveling device comprises a frame (5), two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (6), two groups of pressure sensors (7), two groups of supporting plates (8) and two groups of heating plates (9), wherein the frame (5) is arranged on the two groups of screw rods (4) in a threaded mode, one ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (6) are respectively connected with the left end and the right end in the frame (5), one ends of the two groups of pressure sensors (7) are respectively connected with the other ends of the two groups of first hydraulic cylinders (6), the other ends of the two groups of pressure sensors (7) are respectively connected with one ends of the two groups of supporting plates (8), and the other ends of the two groups of supporting plates (8) are respectively connected with one ends of the two groups of heating plates (9);
the steam generating device comprises a heating box (10), a water storage tank (11), a mixing box (12), two groups of steam transmission hoses (13), two groups of steam storage boxes (14), a plurality of groups of spray heads (15) and a heating element (16), wherein the top end of the mixing box (12) is connected with the bottom end of an ironing box (1), the bottom end of the mixing box (12) is connected with the top end of the heating box (10), the mixing box (12) is communicated with the interior of the heating box (10), the front end of the mixing box (12) is provided with a sealing door, the bottom end of the heating element (16) is connected with the bottom end in the heating box (10), the water storage tank (11) is slidably arranged in the interior of the heating box (10), the water storage tank (11) is positioned above the heating element (16), the bottom ends of the two groups of steam transmission hoses (13) are respectively communicated with the interiors of the mixing box (12), one ends of the two groups of steam storage boxes (14) are respectively connected with the other ends of the two groups of support plates (8), the top ends of the two groups of steam transmission hoses (13) are respectively communicated with the interiors of the two groups of steam storage boxes (14), and the other ends of the spray heads (15) are respectively arranged in the two groups of steam storage boxes (14).
The drying device comprises a drying box (21), an exhaust fan (22), an air inlet hose (23), a heating pipe (24), an air outlet hose (25), two groups of air cylinders (26) and two groups of sealing doors (27), wherein the left end of the drying box (21) is connected with the right end of an ironing box (1), the left end of the drying box (21) is provided with an inlet, the right end of the drying box (21) is provided with an exhaust outlet, the bottom end of the air outlet fan (22) is connected with the bottom end in the drying box (21), the air inlet hose (23) is arranged at the left end of a heating box (10), the air outlet hose (25) is arranged at the right end of the heating box (10), the right end of the air inlet hose (23) is connected with the left end of the heating pipe (24), the left end of the air outlet hose (25) is connected with the right end of the heating pipe (24), the top end of the air outlet hose (25) is connected with the bottom end of the exhaust fan (22), the heating pipe (24) is positioned in the interior of a water storage box (11), the two groups of air cylinders (26) are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the drying box (21), and the two groups of air cylinders (26) are respectively connected with the right ends of the sealing doors (27) of the two groups of the sealing doors (27);
the packaging device comprises a third motor (34), a rotating frame (35), two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (36), two groups of hot-pressing laminating dies (37), two groups of first connecting frames (38), two groups of waste shafts (39), two groups of second connecting frames (40), two groups of raw material shafts (41) and a plurality of groups of fourth motors (42), wherein the top end of the rotating frame (35) is rotatably arranged at the top end in a drying box (21), the third motor (34) is arranged at the top end of the drying box (21), the bottom end of the third motor (34) is connected with the top end of the rotating frame (35), one end of the two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (36) is respectively connected with the front end and the rear end on the inner wall of the rotating frame (35), the other end of the two groups of second hydraulic cylinders (36) is respectively connected with one end of the two groups of the laminating dies (37), the two groups of first connecting frames (38) are respectively arranged at the top of the rotating frame (35), the two groups of waste shafts (39) are respectively rotatably arranged at the two groups of first connecting frames (38), the two groups of second connecting frames (40) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the two groups of the rotating frame (40) respectively, the two groups of second connecting frames (40) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the two groups of the first connecting frames (40) respectively, the two groups of the first connecting frames (40) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the two groups of the first connecting frames (40) are respectively, and a plurality of groups of fourth motors (42) respectively drive two groups of waste shafts (39) and two groups of raw material shafts (41), wherein the two groups of raw material shafts (41) are respectively positioned below the two groups of waste shafts (39).
