A residue-free wheaten food machine comprises a stirring barrel, a barrel cover capable of covering the stirring barrel, a stirrer arranged in the stirring barrel and a stirring motor in transmission connection with the stirrer; the stirrer comprises a stirring rod vertically arranged in the stirring barrel and stirring teeth fixed on the stirring rod, and the stirring teeth are arranged close to the barrel bottom of the stirring barrel; the method is characterized in that:
a material port is arranged on the barrel cover, and the stirring barrel is provided with a dough kneading state in which the material port is positioned above the stirrer and a dough discharging state in which the material port is positioned below the stirrer;
the stirrer also comprises dough pushing teeth fixed on the stirring rod, the dough pushing teeth are arranged close to the barrel cover, and the dough in the stirring barrel is pushed to the material opening in a reverse rotation mode in a dough discharging state.
2. The residue-free pasta machine according to claim 1, wherein the number of the whisking teeth is at least 2, a plurality of whisking teeth are arranged in a staggered manner around the circumference of the whisking bar, and a plurality of whisking teeth are fixed at different height positions of the whisking bar.
3. The residue-free pasta machine according to claim 1, wherein the stirring bar comprises a stirring cup body and a drive shaft disposed at the first end of the stirring cup body, the drive shaft being drivingly connected to the stirring motor.

The machine for forming pasta with no residue of claim 3, wherein the rotating shaft at the second end of the blender cup body is provided with a rotating groove on the inside surface of the lid, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the rotating groove when the lid is closed on the blender jar.
5. The machine for producing pasta with no residue of claim 1, wherein a base is provided on the bottom of the mixing drum, the mixing drum is detachably fixed on the base, and the mixing motor is mounted in the base.
6. The machine of claim 1, wherein the agitator is driven by the agitator motor to rotate forward when the agitator is in the dough-mixing state and to rotate backward when the agitator is in the dough-discharging state.

The machine for producing pasta according to any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a base disposed below the mixing drum, a dough-extruding cylinder mounted on the base, a dough-extruding rod disposed in the dough-extruding chamber of the dough-extruding cylinder, a dough-extruding motor for driving the dough-extruding rod, and a forming die mounted on the dough-discharging end of the dough-extruding cylinder; the end of the dough extruding cylinder, which is far away from the dough outlet end, is provided with a dough inlet, and the material port is communicated with the dough inlet only when the stirring barrel is in a dough outlet state.

The non-residue pasta machine according to claim 7, wherein the rear end of the pasta squeezing rod is in transmission connection with the pasta squeezing motor, the front end of the pasta squeezing rod is located in the noodle outlet end of the pasta squeezing barrel, and the diameter of the front end of the pasta squeezing rod is larger than that of the rear end of the pasta squeezing rod; the noodle extruding rod is provided with a plurality of threads, and the thread pitch of the adjacent threads gradually decreases from the rear tail end of the noodle extruding rod to the front tail end of the noodle extruding rod.
9. The machine for preparing pasta according to claim 7, wherein the noodle-squeezing motor is not activated when the mixing tank is in the dough-mixing state, and the noodle-squeezing rod is driven to rotate by the noodle-squeezing motor when the mixing tank is in the dough-discharging state.
