The upper surface of the connecting part is provided with a plurality of vertical pressing plates 14, the pressing plates 14 are annularly arranged on the side wall of the concave table 11, a rectangular notch 141 is formed in the end part, close to the concave table 11, of the pressing plate 14, and the rectangular notch 141 is abutted to the net cage; the plate surface of the pressing plate 14 is provided with a plurality of lightening holes 142.
It is worth to explain that, when the main floating body 1 drives the net cage to sink, and when the gravity of the net cage is smaller than the buoyancy of the net cage, the net cage can float and is separated from the main floating body 1 under the action of the buoyancy. In order to reduce the occurrence of the situation, a vertical pressing plate 14 is arranged on the upper surface of the main floating body 1, and a rectangular notch 141 on the pressing plate 14 is pressed against the top of the net cage, so that when the net cage sinks, the pressing plate 14 can constantly press the net cage, and the situation that the net cage floats upwards is reduced.
In this embodiment, the shape of the pressing plate 14 may be one of a square shape, a semicircular shape and a triangular shape, preferably, the pressing plate 14 is triangular, so that not only the net cage can be pressed, but also the weight of the main floating body 1 can be reduced, and the situation that the main floating body 1 cannot float on the water surface is avoided.
The lightening holes 142 can effectively reduce the weight of the main floating body 1, and further reduce the condition that the main floating body 1 is too heavy and can not float on the water surface.
A method of installing a towing pontoon according to any one of claims 4 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step one, the main floating body 1 sinks to the bottom of a net cage, the second grooves 31 are attached to pile legs of the net cage, and the concave table 11 is attached to the bottom of the net cage;
step two, the auxiliary box 2 sinks, the third groove 32 is attached to the pile leg of the net cage, the auxiliary box 2 is embedded with the first groove 12 to drive the connecting piece 21, and the auxiliary box 2 is connected with the main floating body 1;
and step three, the pull rod 4 sinks, and two ends of the pull rod 4 are respectively fixed with the mounting seats 15 of the two main floating bodies 1 to form the floating box for towing.
The main floating body 1 sucks ballast water, and when the sum of the gravity of the main floating body 1 and the ballast water is larger than the buoyancy of the main floating body 1, the main floating body 1 sinks to the bottom of the net cage, and the concave platform 11 is attached to the bottom of the net cage. At this moment, the auxiliary box 2 sinks to the first groove 12 of the main floating body 1 through self weight, the second groove 31 of the auxiliary box 2 is attached to the pile leg of the net cage, the connecting piece 21 is driven, and the connecting piece 21 can connect the auxiliary box 2 and the main floating body 1, so that the auxiliary box 2 and the main floating body 1 can form a complete limiting groove 3, and the net cage is preliminarily fixed on the floating box device.
At this moment, when two main bodies 1 fix the both sides of box with a net respectively, pull rod 4 sinks between two main bodies 1 through the dead weight, drive pull rod 4 for the both ends of pull rod 4 contact with the mount pad 15 of two main bodies 1 respectively, and the user can fix first ring flange 152 and second ring flange 41 through bolt and nut, thereby accomplishes the installation of flotation tank.
A method of dismantling a towing pontoon for installing a towing pontoon according to any one of claims 6-8, comprising the steps of:
step one, the connection between the pull rod 4 and the main floating body 1 is released, and a drag chain pulls the first drag ring 42 to move the pull rod 4 to the water surface;
step two, driving the connecting piece 21, separating the auxiliary tank 2 from the main floating body 1, pulling a second towing ring 22 by a towing chain, and moving the auxiliary tank 2 to the water surface;
and step three, pulling the lug plate 16 by a drag chain, separating the main floating body 1 from the net cage, and moving the main floating body 1 to the water surface.
When a user needs to tow, the user firstly adopts a torque force executive to connect the pull rod 4 with the main floating body 1, then installs the drag chain on the first drag ring 42, and moves the first drag ring 42 and the pull rod 4 to the water surface; then the connecting piece is driven to separate the auxiliary tank 2 from the main floating body 1, and the second drag ring 22 and the auxiliary tank 2 are dragged to the water surface by utilizing the drag chain; and finally, fixing the drag chain with the ear plate 16, separating the net cage from the main floating body 1 in a horizontal dragging mode, and then discharging ballast water in the main floating body 1, so that the gravity of the main floating body 1 is smaller than the buoyancy of the main floating body 1, and the main floating body 1 floats on the water surface.
Other constructions and operations of a towing pontoon according to an embodiment of the invention, its method of installation, removal, etc. are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. The buoyancy tank for towing is characterized by comprising two main floating bodies, an auxiliary tank and pull rods, wherein the two main floating bodies are symmetrically arranged, mounting seats are arranged at the front end and the rear end of each main floating body and are positioned on the inner side wall of each main floating body, the pull rods are detachably mounted between the two main floating bodies through the mounting seats, and a mounting cavity for mounting a net cage is defined by the two main floating bodies and the two pull rods;
a concave platform for installing the net cage is arranged at the top of the main floating body, the opening of the concave platform faces upwards, the outer side edge of the concave platform is flush with the surface of the main floating body, and the inner side edge of the concave platform is flush with the bottom of the concave platform;
the main floating body comprises a connecting part and a plurality of floating boxes, wherein the connecting part is positioned at the front end and the rear end of the main floating body, and the plurality of floating boxes are detachably connected between the connecting part in parallel; the auxiliary box is detachably arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting part, and the connecting part and the auxiliary box together enclose a limiting groove for fixing the net cage;
the pull rod sequentially comprises a left rod, an adjusting component and a right rod from left to right; the adjusting component is used for adjusting the length of the left rod and the right rod.

The buoyancy tank for towing according to claim 1, wherein the mounting seat comprises a cylinder, a first flange and a plurality of supporting plates, the cylinder is horizontally mounted on the inner side wall of the connecting part, the supporting plates are triangular, one side edge of each supporting plate is fixedly connected with the side wall of the cylinder, the other side edge of each supporting plate is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the connecting part, and the supporting plates are annularly arranged on the outer side of the cylinder;
and second flange plates are arranged at two ends of the pull rod and are fixedly connected with the first flange plates.
3. The buoyant hull for towing according to claim 2, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a left cushion, a two-way cylinder, a right cushion and a seal box;
the left end of the bidirectional oil cylinder is connected with the left rod through the left cushion pad, the right end of the bidirectional oil cylinder is connected with the right rod through the right cushion pad, the sealing box covers the bidirectional oil cylinder, the left cushion pad and the outer side of the right cushion pad, the left rod slides out of the sealing box, and the right rod slides out of the sealing box.
4. The buoyant box for towing according to claim 3, wherein the sub-box is detachably connected to the connecting part by a connecting member;
a first groove with a horizontal opening is formed in the inner side wall of the connecting part, the first groove vertically penetrates through the connecting part, the auxiliary box is installed inside the first groove, and the outer wall of the installed auxiliary box is flush with the inner side wall of the connecting part;
the inner wall of the first groove is inwards provided with a second groove in a concave manner, the opening direction of the second groove is consistent with that of the first groove, the second groove is communicated with the first groove, and the second groove vertically penetrates through the connecting part;
one side of the auxiliary box, which is close to the first groove, is provided with a third groove in an inward concave manner, the opening direction of the third groove faces the second groove, and the third groove vertically penetrates through the auxiliary box;
the third groove and the second groove form the limiting groove in a surrounding mode.
5. The towing pontoon according to claim 4, wherein a pin hole is formed in an inner side wall of the connecting portion, the connecting member is provided on a side of the sub-tank close to the first groove, and the connecting member is fitted in the pin hole;
the connecting piece comprises a guide sleeve, a bolt, an oil cylinder and a mounting frame;
the mounting rack is horizontally arranged inside the auxiliary box, a guide sleeve is arranged at the end part of the mounting rack, one end of the guide sleeve, which is far away from the mounting rack, is connected with the bolt in a sliding manner, and the bolt is in sliding fit with the pin hole;
the one end of hydro-cylinder with mounting bracket fixed connection, the other end of hydro-cylinder with bolt fixed connection, the hydro-cylinder with the inner wall sliding connection of uide bushing, the hydro-cylinder is parallel to each other with the uide bushing, the hydro-cylinder is used for the drive stretch out and the shrink of bolt.
6. The towing pontoon of claim 5, wherein the main pontoon is provided with an ear plate at one end, the pull rod is provided with a first towing ring, and the side of the secondary tank remote from the first groove is provided with a second towing ring.

step one, the main floating body sinks to the bottom of a net cage, the second groove is attached to a pile leg of the net cage, and the concave platform is attached to the bottom of the net cage;
step two, the auxiliary box sinks, the third groove is attached to the pile leg of the net cage, the auxiliary box is embedded with the first groove to drive the connecting piece, and the auxiliary box is connected with the main floating body;
and step three, the pull rod sinks, and two ends of the pull rod are respectively fixed with the mounting seats of the two main floating bodies to form the floating box for towing.
10. A method of disassembling a towing pontoon according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
step one, the connection between the pull rod and the main floating body is released, and a drag chain pulls the first drag ring to move the pull rod to the water surface;
driving the connecting piece, separating the auxiliary box from the main floating body, pulling a second towing ring by a towing chain, and moving the auxiliary box to the water surface;
pulling the lug plate by a drag chain, separating the main floating body from the net cage, and moving the main floating body to the water surface.
