Abstract

本申请提供了一种建立RRC连接的方法和装置。该方法包括:终端设备可以以第二用户身份根据第一用户身份的第一RRC消息中包括的配置信息建立第二用户身份的RRC连接,避免终端设备需要以第二用户身份重新发起随机接入,重新独立建立RRC连接,也能避免终端设备以第二用户身份发起随机接入导致失败的情况,有利于提高随机接入的成功率,甚至终端设备不用以第二用户身份发起随机接入直接继承第一用户身份的RRC连接,也能够避免随机接入带来的资源开销,从而有利于提高传输性能。
