本申请实施例提供一种功率分配方法以及装置。所述方法包括:终端设备确定边链路发送是否优先于上行发送,其中所述边链路发送包括第二上行物理信道承载的边链路信息的发送和/或边链路物理信道/信号的发送,所述上行发送包括所述第二上行物理信道承载的上行信息的发送和/或第一上行物理信道/信号的发送;以及在所述边链路发送优先于所述上行发送的情况下,优先为所述第二上行物理信道和/或所述边链路物理信道/信号分配功率。
