Abstract
本申请提供了一种通信方法、装置、设备及系统,包括:数据分析网元确定目标终端设备的业务质量分析结果,并将该业务质量分析结果发送给接入网网元;接入网网元在接收到该业务质量分析结果后,可以根据该业务质量分析结果对目标终端设备进行切换判决。可以理解,由于业务质量分析结果可以反映出目标终端设备的业务质量高低,因此,接入网网元依据该业务质量分析结果对目标终端设备进行小区切换判决,也就提高了切换判决依据的可靠性。
