Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种电感及其制作方法、电压转换电路以及电子设备,涉及电子技术领域,用于减小Buck开关电路的布板面积。电感包括第一薄膜磁芯、第二薄膜磁芯、线圈。第二薄膜磁芯嵌入第一薄膜磁芯内。第二薄膜磁芯具有顶面和底面,以及贯穿顶面和底面的通孔。通孔的孔壁上覆盖有导电层。线圈嵌入第一薄膜磁芯内。线圈包括第一线圈部分和第二线圈部分。其中,第一线圈部分呈螺旋状环绕于第二薄膜磁芯的顶面。第二线圈部分呈螺旋状环绕于第二薄膜磁芯的底面,且第二线圈部分的第一端通过通孔与第一线圈部分第一端耦接。第一薄膜磁芯的相对磁导率小于第二薄膜磁芯的相对磁导率。
