By adopting the measuring device of the continuous casting roller, the measuring upright column is not required to be adjusted, the measuring device can be suitable for continuous casting rollers with water receiving plates of different lengths, the problem that the measuring efficiency of the continuous casting roller is reduced due to the complex operation of a measuring tool in the prior art is effectively solved, and the accurate and efficient measurement of the continuous casting roller is realized.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the spacer 1 is provided with a key groove. Since the height of the assembled water receiving plate and the continuous casting roll (namely the height of the continuous casting roll with the water receiving plate) is measured, and the continuous casting roll with the water receiving plate needs to be fixed in order to ensure the stability of the continuous casting roll with the water receiving plate in the measuring process, a key groove is arranged on the upper surface of the cushion block 1, the shape of the key groove is matched with the mounting bottom structure of the water receiving plate, and the mounting stability of the continuous casting roll with the water receiving plate is further ensured.

after the first measuring assembly 9 is detached, the second measuring assembly 3 is arranged on the fixing assembly;
the second measuring assembly 3 moves among the N groups of rollers of the continuous casting roller, and the second measuring assembly 3 measures the height difference between the rollers and the water receiving plate;
and a second gasket is added between the seat body and the water receiving plate according to the height difference until the height difference between the roller retested by the second measuring assembly 3 and the water receiving plate reaches the requirement of the design drawing.
The height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate is measured by the second measuring component 3, which comprises:
a clearance between the water receiving plate and the upper surface of the fixed seat 2 of the fixed component is less than 0.02mm by using a feeler gauge of the second measuring component 3;
measuring the distance m between the roller surface of the roller and the top surface of the measuring upright of the second measuring component 3 by using the depth gauge of the second measuring component 3;
the height of the measuring upright column is k, and the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate is k-m.
The aforesaid increases the second gasket according to the difference in height between pedestal and water receiving plate, includes:
according to the height difference k-m between the roller and the water receiving plate, the fastening piece between the water receiving plate and the roller mounting seat is loosened, the second gasket is added or reduced between the water receiving plate and the roller mounting seat, and the size is adjusted to the design requirement size of the drawing.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the continuous casting roller is arranged on the fixing assembly to eliminate the influence of deformation of the water receiving plate on the measurement error, the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate is initially measured by the first measurement assembly 9, the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate is retested by the second measurement assembly 3, and the first gasket and the second gasket are added and removed between the seat body and the water receiving plate to enable the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate to meet the requirement of a design drawing. The measuring device provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the measuring work to be simple and efficient.

The measuring method of the continuous casting roller is characterized in that based on a measuring device of the continuous casting roller, the continuous casting roller comprises N groups of rollers, 2N mounting seats and N water receiving plates, the N water receiving plates correspond to the N groups of rollers one by one, and two mounting seats are respectively mounted at two ends of each group of rollers; the roller is arranged on a seat body of the mounting seat, and the water receiving plate is arranged below the roller; the measuring device comprises a fixing component for eliminating deformation of the water receiving plate, a first measuring component for primarily measuring the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate, and a second measuring component for secondarily measuring the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate, wherein the fixing component is used for detachably fixing the water receiving plate, the fixing component is positioned below the roller, 2N mounting seats are arranged in parallel on the fixing component, and the upper surface of the fixing component is contacted with the bottom surface of the water receiving plate; the flatness of the upper surface of the fixing component is less than 0.03mm; the mounting seats at the two ends of the continuous casting roll respectively occupy a cushion block of the fixing component, and the two mounting seats in the middle of the continuous casting roll share one cushion block; a gap is formed between every two adjacent cushion blocks, the bottom surface of the mounting seat is in contact with the upper surfaces of the cushion blocks, and the water receiving plate is located in the gap; in the height direction, a gap is formed between the water receiving plate and the fixed seat of the fixed component; the first measuring assembly is detachably arranged above the fixing assembly, spans each group of rollers along the axial direction of the N groups of rollers, and is additionally provided with a first gasket between the base body of the continuous casting roller and the water receiving plate of the continuous casting roller so that the first measuring assembly is contacted with the top surfaces of the rollers; the second measuring assembly is detachably mounted above the fixing assembly, radially spans a group of rollers along N groups of rollers, moves among the N groups of rollers, and is additionally provided with a second gasket between the seat body and the water receiving plate, so that the height difference between the roller retested by the second measuring assembly and the water receiving plate reaches the design drawing requirement; the first gasket and the second gasket are added and removed between the seat body and the water receiving plate, so that the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate meets the requirement of a design drawing; the first measuring assembly and the second measuring assembly are selected to be installed on the fixed assembly, so that the mutual interference between the initial measuring process and the retesting process is avoided;
the measuring method comprises the following steps:
placing the assembled continuous casting roll on a fixing component;
mounting a first measuring assembly on a fixing assembly, wherein a semicircular through hole of the first measuring assembly is matched with a roller of the continuous casting roller, and a first gasket is additionally arranged between each seat body of the continuous casting roller and a water receiving plate of the continuous casting roller, so that the roller is embedded into the semicircular through hole and is contacted with the wall of the semicircular through hole;
after the first measuring assembly is disassembled, the second measuring assembly is arranged on the fixing assembly;
the second measuring assembly moves among the N groups of rollers of the continuous casting roller and measures the height difference between the rollers and the water receiving plate;
adding a second gasket between the seat body and the water receiving plate according to the height difference until the height difference between the roller retested by the second measuring assembly and the water receiving plate reaches the requirement of a design drawing;
wherein: the first measuring assembly (9) comprises: the device comprises M measuring plates (91) and a mounting plate (92) for mounting the M measuring plates (91), wherein the mounting plate (92) is detachably connected with the measuring plates (91); the mounting plate (92) is fixed on the fixing seat (2) of the fixing component, the M measuring plates (91) are arranged on the mounting plate (92) in parallel, and each measuring plate (91) comprises a plate body (81) and a plurality of semicircular through holes (82) formed in the plate body (81); the plate body (81) is matched with the shape of a fan-shaped section of the continuous casting roll, and the plurality of semicircular through holes (82) are matched with the roll of the continuous casting roll; a first gasket is additionally arranged between the seat body and the water receiving plate, so that the peripheral wall of the roller is contacted with the wall of the semicircular through hole (82); x semicircular through holes (82) are formed in the plate body (81), and X is more than or equal to 3; the segment of the continuous casting roll is also provided with X groups of rolls, each group of rolls comprises an upper roll (62) and a lower roll (61), and the billet (7) passes between the upper roll (62) and the lower roll (61); the lower roller (61), the mounting seat and the water receiving plate are integrally mounted, X lower rollers (61) correspond to X semicircular through holes (82) one by one, and a first gasket is additionally arranged between the seat body and the water receiving plate to enable the lower roller (61) to be in contact with the semicircular through holes (82);

2. The method for measuring the continuous casting roll according to claim 1, wherein the second measuring assembly measures a height difference between the roll and the water receiving plate, and comprises:
a clearance between the water receiving plate and the upper surface of the fixed seat of the fixed component is less than 0.02mm by using a feeler gauge of the second measuring component;
measuring the distance m between the roller surface of the roller and the top surface of the measuring upright post of the second measuring assembly by using the measuring scale of the second measuring assembly;
the height of the measuring upright column is k, and the height difference between the roller and the water receiving plate is k-m.
3. The method for measuring the continuous casting roller according to claim 2, wherein the step of adding a second gasket between the seat body and the water receiving plate according to the height difference comprises the following steps:
according to the height difference k-m between the roller and the water receiving plate, the fastening piece between the water receiving plate and the roller mounting seat is loosened, the second gasket is added or reduced between the water receiving plate and the roller mounting seat, and the size is adjusted to the design requirement size of the drawing.
