本发明的目的提供一种滚珠锁紧结构的天井滚刀。一种滚珠锁紧轴承结构天井滚刀,包括轴承结构和滚刀轮体,所述轴承结构包括滚刀轮体内孔、滚刀轴轴颈、滚柱、滚珠、轴,滚刀轮体内孔是轴承的外圈,滚刀轴轴颈是轴承的内圈,滚刀轮体内孔与滚刀轴轴颈组成轴承腔,滚柱安装在轴承腔的大小跑道里,组成滚柱轴承,滚珠安装在轴承腔的R槽里,组成滚珠轴承,滚柱轴承承受径向载荷,滚珠轴承承受轴向载荷,起锁紧作用,防止轮体轴向串动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿山设备,具体是一种滚珠锁紧轴承结构天井滚刀。
背景技术
天井钻机作为一种重要的矿山设备及水电站施工重要设备,在地下运输巷道、地质条件稳定的井筒施工中得到广泛应用,其主要是通过液压传动方式使液压马达获得回转扭矩,驱动钻具系统,带动钻杆及钻头旋转,同时,推进油缸在钻孔时施加钻头以推进力,而在扩孔时施加刀盘以反提力并作用在岩石上。天井滚刀是最重要的破岩工具,天井滚刀质量好坏反映天井钻质量的好坏。常规天井滚刀(见图1)存在轴向串动,造成金属密封早期失效,从而造成滚刀轴承失效,滚刀失效报废。
如图1,常规结构天井滚刀轴承结构由密封压盖、单浮动金属密封环、螺纹压盖、轴承套I、滚柱轴承、平面止推滚柱轴承、轴承套II、滚柱轴承、滚刀轴、单浮动金属密封环、小端密封压盖等组成,轴承套I和轴承套II与轮体内孔过盈配合,大端螺纹压盖挡住大端轴承套,轴套与轮体装配过盈量大小影响滚刀轴向力的作用下轴向移动倾向的大小,而且密封环与轴套密封面是由不同生产单位生产,密封面的镜面加工粗糙度不一致,影响镜面密封的效果,密封压盖采用螺栓固定,滚刀工作过程中产生的振动易将螺栓松动,造成密封压盖松开,从而造成浮动金属密封失效,浮动金属密封失效泥浆及岩屑进入轴承腔,轴承迅速磨损而失效,滚刀过早失效报废。常规反井滚刀轴承结构由轴承套+滚柱+轴组成,由于需要轴承套,减小了滚刀轴的承载部位直径,因此常规返井滚刀承载能力低,不适合高承载的硬岩地质钻探。
所以,为了提高天井钻的质量,如何设计一种质量优异的天井滚刀,成为我们当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种滚珠锁紧结构的天井滚刀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种滚珠锁紧轴承结构天井滚刀,包括轴承结构和滚刀轮体,所述轴承结构包括滚刀轮体内孔、滚刀轴轴颈、滚柱、滚珠、轴,滚刀轮体内孔是轴承的外圈,滚刀轴轴颈是轴承的内圈,滚刀轮体内孔与滚刀轴轴颈组成轴承腔,滚柱安装在轴承腔的大小跑道里,组成滚柱轴承,滚珠安装在轴承腔的R槽里,组成滚珠轴承,滚柱轴承承受径向载荷,滚珠轴承承受轴向载荷,起锁紧作用,防止轮体轴向串动。所述轴承腔由两端的两套浮动金属密封环密封,由于所述滚刀轮体和所述轴采用大的滚珠锁紧,没有轴承套圈,因此滚刀轮体在轴向力的作用下不会发生轴向移动,同时两端的一对浮动金属密封环由两个功能圈确保金属环的面紧密接触保证密封,大端的密封压盖与轴是一个整体,小端的密封压盖安装在轴上,由止动销、密封压盖挡圈及密封压盖挡圈保护套固定,密封压盖挡圈保护套采取间断焊固定在密封压盖上,密封压盖不会松脱,保证了密封的可靠性。
该轴承结构装配方法是:首先将滚柱安装在滚刀轮体(见图4)的大小跑道上,同时将大端的浮动金属密封环(见图5)安装在轴上,将小端密封压盖限位销(见图8)安装在滚刀轴(见图2)的止动销孔里,然后将滚刀轴小端从滚刀轮体内孔的大端往小端装配,装配到位后,再将规定数量的锁紧轴承滚珠(见图10)从滚刀轴(见图2)的工艺孔装配进轴承腔的R槽里面去,然后再将塞销(见图6)装进轴工艺销孔(见图3及图2)里去,然后用孔用卡簧(见图2)固定,塞销与工艺孔壁采用O型密封圈(见图2)密封。塞销及锁紧轴承滚珠装配好后,再装配小端的浮动金属密封环(见图2),接着安装密封压盖(见图12及图2),接着安装密封压盖挡圈(见图13及图2),然后安装密封压盖挡圈保护套(见图14及图2),同时用手工焊将密封压盖挡圈保护套外圆与密封压盖焊牢,密封压盖挡圈保护套内圆与轴焊牢,焊接采用间断焊方法。
该轴承结构天井滚刀与常规结构相比,本发明的有益效果是:(1)由于减少了轴承套,增大了轴承的尺寸,如轴径增大、滚柱轴承直径增大等,因此轴承承载力增大,常规结构滚刀承载力最大在15吨,该结构滚刀承载力达到25吨以上,因此新发明的滚珠锁紧轴承结构滚刀适用于硬岩及深井掘进的需要;(2)两端各采用一套浮动金属密封,由于密封环为一家生产,减少常规结构浮动密封副密封面为两个厂家生产表面加工精度不一致的密封效果不好的风险;(3)大端的密封压盖与滚刀轴为整体,小端密封压盖采用密封压盖止动销、密封压盖挡圈和密封压盖挡圈保护套方式定位固定,密封压盖挡圈保护套采用焊接方式与轴及压盖联结,固定方式牢靠,避免常规结构滚刀压盖采用螺栓固定振动易松动脱落而造成密封失效的风险。

1.一种滚珠锁紧轴承结构天井滚刀,包括轴承结构和滚刀轮体,其特征在于:所述轴承结构包括滚刀轮体内孔、滚刀轴轴颈、滚柱、滚珠、轴,滚刀轮体内孔是轴承的外圈,滚刀轴轴颈是轴承的内圈,滚刀轮体内孔与滚刀轴轴颈组成轴承腔,滚柱安装在轴承腔的大小跑道里,组成滚柱轴承,滚珠安装在轴承腔的R槽里,组成滚珠轴承,所述轴承腔由两端的两套浮动金属密封环密封,由于所述滚刀轮体和所述轴采用大的滚珠锁紧,没有轴承套圈,因此滚刀轮体在轴向力的作用下不会发生轴向移动,同时两端的一对浮动金属密封环由两个功能圈确保金属环的面紧密接触保证密封。

3.根据权利要求1所述的天井滚刀,其特征在于,滚珠轴承承受轴向载荷,起锁紧作用,防止轮体轴向串动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天井滚刀,其特征在于,大端的密封压盖与轴是一个整体,小端的密封压盖安装在轴上,由止动销、密封压盖挡圈及密封压盖挡圈保护套固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天井滚刀,其特征在于,密封压盖挡圈保护套采取间断焊固定在密封压盖上,密封压盖不会松脱,保证了密封的可靠性。
