The multi-stage baffle holding ring adopted by the steam turbine plays a role of a baffle sleeve or an inner cylinder, and the baffle holding ring is often composed of multi-stage whole-circle rings, and long pins are adopted to be positioned step by step between the stages of holding rings. Except the first-stage holding ring, the other holding rings at all stages can ensure that the positioning pin moves in a limited space in a series manner in the long-term operation process, and the pin can still play a role in interstage positioning even when the pin is in a limiting position.
The front part of the primary holding ring is a steam inlet chamber of the steam turbine, and a large space is generally reserved in design, so that a plurality of positioning pins of the primary holding ring are loosened and even completely thrown off during long-term operation, and when the situation occurs, the positioning between the primary holding ring and the secondary holding ring cannot be ensured, and the accident probability of the steam turbine is greatly increased.
