To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a wall panel unit 10 and a method of manufacturing the same, a bathroom wall surface including the wall panel unit 10, and an integrated bathroom including the bathroom wall surface. As shown in fig. 9, the bathroom unit further includes a bathroom chassis (not shown in the drawings) erected on the structural floor of the bathroom during construction, a supporting upright 30 arranged on the periphery of the bathroom chassis during construction, a cross beam 40 connected to the upper end of the supporting upright 30 during construction, and a bathroom ceiling 50 installed on the frame spliced by the cross beam 40.
The wall panel unit 10, the bathroom chassis assembly, the support posts 30, the cross beams 40, and the top panel 50 are assembled directly in the factory in the bathroom.
Each wall panel unit 10 comprises: a base frame 12, a plurality of wall tiles 11, a back panel 13, an encapsulating pad 15, and a foaming material 14 for filling.
The base frame 12 is prefabricated in a factory, the base frame 12 is formed by tailor welding from four metal profile bars 121 bent and formed in the factory; when prefabricating in a factory, the flatness of the base frame 12 can be ensured by means of a mold. At least two relatively long metal profiles 121 of the base frame 12 are bent over to form a U-shaped portion 1211. Preferably, the metal section bar 121 is formed by bending a metal plate strip which is not easily oxidized to rust, for example, a galvanized plate strip.
The back sheet 13 is cut out of a metal sheet that does not easily rust, for example, a galvanized sheet, in a prefabrication factory. The dimensions of the back plate 13 substantially match the dimensions of the base frame 12.
The wall tiles 11 may be made of a variety of materials, such as calcium silicate board, and preferably, existing ceramic tiles are selected for the wall tiles 11.
The encapsulation pad 15 may also be made of various materials, for example, a rubber material, or foam.
Referring now to fig. 5 in conjunction with the other drawings, the manufacturing process of the wall panel unit 10 in the factory as described above is now described, and the construction of the wall panel unit 10 is thereby disclosed:
s10: a plurality of self-made or purchased wall bricks 11 are sequentially paved on a bottom die (platform) with a flat plane, and gaps among the wall bricks 11 are kept consistent; the front surfaces of all the wall bricks 11 face downwards, and the back surfaces face upwards; a membrane is provided on the inside of the adjacent wall brick 11.
S20: the package pad 15 is adhered to one side of the base frame 12 along the edge of the base frame 12.
S30: the base frame 12 is placed on the wall tile 11 with the gasket 15 on one side of the wall tile 11 such that the gasket 15 is between the wall tile 11 and the base frame 12.
S40: the cut back plate 13 is placed on the base frame 12 with the side edges of the back plate 13 substantially flush with the side edges of the base frame 12.
S50: the jig 100 having a flat lower surface and a larger area than the back plate 13 is pressed against the back plate 13, so that the package pad 15 is compressed by a certain amount, and the package pad 15 becomes thinner by the compression.
S60: the cavity is filled with the foaming material 14 (such as polyurethane) through the hole which is formed in the base frame 12 or the back plate 13 and is communicated with the cavity, after the foaming material 14 in the cavity is cured, the foaming material 14 has a large bonding effect on the wall brick 11 and the back plate 13, and then the base frame 12, the wall brick 11 and the back plate 13 form the wallboard unit 10 with an integral structure. The foamed material 14 is prevented from escaping from the gaps between the wall tiles 11 because the membrane is disposed on the back of the adjacent wall tiles 11.
In addition, the gaps between the wall tiles 11 in the wall panel unit 10 can be made at the factory, for example, by using colloidal substances to make the gaps, or by using formed strips to embed the gaps. Of course, the gap can also be treated at the construction site (bathroom finishing site).
It will be readily appreciated that the above-described wall panel units 10 need to be assembled at the construction site so that the tiled surface of the wall panel units 10 forms a bathroom wall. Therefore, the present invention further provides a clip member 20 for splicing two wall panel units 10, wherein the clip member 20 is a U-shaped 1211 member having elasticity, when the two wall panel units 10 are spliced together, the metal section bars 121 of the base frame 12 are butted, and at this time, the two side plates of the clip member 20 are simultaneously used for covering the U-shaped 1211 of the metal section bars 121, so that the two wall panel units 10 are spliced together tightly.
Preferably, the metal section bar 121 is bent to form a hook portion 1212, and the hook portion 1212 extends into the cavity, so that, after the cavity is filled with the foaming material 14 and solidified, the hook portion 1212 has a better fixing effect on the foaming material 14, which inevitably can increase the strength of the wall panel unit 10.
The construction process of obtaining a monoblock bathroom by assembling the above prefabricated parts at the construction site is briefly described as follows:
the bathroom chassis device is erected on the structural ground of a bathroom, a plurality of supporting upright posts 30 are erected vertically and assembled with a base of the bathroom chassis device, and the upper ends of the supporting upright posts 30 are connected through cross beams 40 to form a three-dimensional rectangular frame body.
The wall units 10 are sequentially assembled, and two adjacent wall units 10 forming the same wall surface are assembled by means of the buckle parts 20, so that one side with the wall bricks 11 faces outwards, and one side of the back plate 13 faces inwards. The wall panel unit 10 and the support post 30 corresponding to the wall corner of the bathroom are assembled by the above-mentioned clip member 20, so that the support post 30 is required to be bent into a U-shaped portion in a factory.
Finally, the top plate 50 is assembled so that the top plate 50 is connected to both the cross beam 40 and the upper side of the wall panel unit 10.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. through prefabricating out wallboard unit 10 in the mill for directly adopt mechanical assembly, the mode of concatenation to obtain the bathroom wall in the bathroom at the job site, and then improved bathroom fitment efficiency, hardly produce the influence to resident's indoor environment.
2. Each wall panel unit 10 has integrated a plurality of wall bricks 11 of arranging in proper order, so, just splice each wall in bathroom through several wall panel units 10 at the job site.
3. The base frame 12 in the wall panel unit 10 not only increases the strength of the entire wall panel unit 10, but also provides an assembly structure for the assembly of two adjacent wall panel units 10.
4. The interior volume of wall panel unit 10 is filled with foam 14, which not only effectively reduces the weight of wall panel unit 10, but also provides wall panel unit 10 with improved sound, heat, and moisture insulation.
5. The wall brick 11 and the back plate 13 are fixed by the bonding effect of the solidified foaming material 14, so that the fixing mode of the wall brick 11 and the back plate 13 is simplified, and the wall plate unit 10 is convenient to manufacture.
6. The wall bricks are flatly laid on the bottom die with a flat surface, and the jig 100 with the flat surface is utilized to pre-press the wall bricks 11, so that all the wall bricks 11 obtain a very flat surface, and the bathroom wall obtained after splicing has high flatness.
7. The packaging pad 15 arranged between the wall brick 11 and the base frame 12 in the wall panel unit 10 can prevent the wall brick 11 from directly contacting with the base frame 12, and further effectively prevent the wall brick 11 from generating vibration noise with the base frame 12.
8. The packing pad 15 is in a compression state with large deformation, so that the packing pad 15 has strong strength, and further the wall brick 11 on the bathroom wall surface can be prevented from being partially pressed and then retracted or dislocated.
