Abstract

The insulating structural panel 1 is formed of a binder, generally Porland cement concrete, and reinforced with reinforcing fibers, generally steel reinforcing fibers. After vibrating the concrete layer (2) reinforced with reinforcing fibers, a piece of insulation (3), usually a polystyrene support at the panel end, supports the structural sections (4, 5) and a cover strip (7) Place it in The additional reinforcing rod 8 may also be located at the above-mentioned place. The panel is completed by pouring concrete reinforced with reinforcing fibers into the mold. This allows the insulating material to be inserted between the concrete layers and to complete the structure at each end of the panel. Panels manufactured by the above and ground methods can be used to build typhoons and public buildings. When building, the panels are erected vertically, supported by a pad located below them. Panels can be erected with their corners facing each other, or they can be set apart to create doors or windows. The erected panels are fixed by reinforced concrete layers, the tops are joined by structural members, and the structural members are also fixed to the roof structure.
