Background
In the process of municipal engineering asphalt concrete pavement construction, in order to ensure construction quality, the temperature of the asphalt mixture is generally not lower than 150 ℃, the asphalt mixture is discharged into a hopper of a paver by a material conveying vehicle, the asphalt mixture can be subjected to pyrolysis oxidation at such high temperature, a large amount of asphalt smoke is generated when the asphalt mixture enters the hopper of the paver, the environment is polluted, and uncomfortable reactions such as dizziness, head swelling, nausea or cough and the like can be caused to constructors, especially when asphalt is paved under the burning sun.
At present, conventionally used asphalt pavers have no treatment device or technical means for collecting asphalt smoke in the process of receiving and paving.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing a flue gas collecting and treating system for an asphalt paver.

the flue gas collection and treatment system for the asphalt paver comprises a curtain supporting component, wherein the curtain supporting component is used for fixedly installing a flexible curtain, the flexible curtain forms a cavity, and a hopper of the asphalt paver is positioned in the cavity; the transparent window is arranged on the flexible curtain, so that the visual field of a driver of the asphalt paver is not influenced; the curtain supporting component is arranged on the roof of the asphalt paver through the turnover mechanism; the device is fixedly arranged at the rear part of the asphalt spreader, and is communicated with the cavity through a ventilation pipeline and used for collecting and purifying smoke.

Further, the vent pipe is a high-temperature-resistant hose and is detachably and fixedly connected with the roof of the asphalt paver through a pipe clamp.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the device has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost, is suitable for the flue gas collection treatment of the asphalt paver, overcomes the defect that no flue gas collection treatment exists on the asphalt paver in the prior art, reduces the environmental pollution caused by the flue gas generated by the high-temperature asphalt mixture to a certain extent by collecting and purifying the asphalt flue gas, and effectively improves the working environment of constructors.

The flue gas collecting and treating system for the asphalt paver comprises a curtain supporting component 2, wherein the curtain supporting component 2 is used for fixedly installing a flexible curtain 1, the flexible curtain 1 comprises a left curtain 101, a front curtain 102, a top curtain 103 and a right curtain 104, the flexible curtain 1 encloses a cavity, and a hopper of the asphalt paver is positioned in the cavity; in order not to influence the visual field of the driver of the asphalt spreader, a person skilled in the art can set a transparent window on the flexible curtain 1, in this embodiment, the material of the flexible curtain 1 is selected to be a transparent flexible material, so that no additional window is needed; the curtain supporting component 2 is arranged on the roof 99 of the asphalt paver through a turnover mechanism; the device also comprises a smoke pumping device 4, the smoke pumping device 4 is fixedly arranged at the rear part of the asphalt paver through a mounting bracket 3, the smoke pumping device 4 is communicated with the cavity through a vent pipe 5, the vent pipe 5 is a high-temperature-resistant hose, the vent pipe 5 is detachably and fixedly connected with the roof 99 of the asphalt paver through a pipe clamp 7, and the vent pipe 5 can be detached and replaced according to actual use conditions. ; the smoke pumping device 4 is used for collecting and purifying smoke, the smoke pumping device 4 is an existing product, the EMB double-motor technology is adopted for rapidly pumping and exhausting the collected smoke, the noise can be reduced to 28 dB, the rated power is 90W, the air quantity reaches 24m 3/min, and the smoke pumping device is stable, silent, energy-saving and power-saving. The smoke of the pump exhaust is discharged after passing through a high-pressure ionization area, static collection and multiple activated carbon purification and filtration. An asphalt oil collecting device (not shown) is arranged to discharge and recycle the accumulated asphalt oil. The power supply of the smoke pumping device 4 adopts a 24V power supply of the paver, and is converted into a 220V output power supply after passing through an inverter, so as to supply power for the smoke pumping device 4.
The curtain supporting component 2 is a U-shaped component, the U-shaped component comprises a left rod, a front rod and a right rod which are integrally connected, and a reinforcing support 11 is arranged between the left rod and the right rod of the curtain supporting component 2.
The turnover mechanism comprises a shaft 16, an ear piece 10, an electric hoist 17, a limit bracket 8 and a limit post 12, wherein two ends of the shaft 16 are respectively and fixedly connected with the tail ends of a left rod and a right rod of the curtain supporting component 2, at least 2 bearings 6 with seats are mounted on the shaft 16 in a matched manner, and the bearings 6 with seats are fixed on a roof 99 of the asphalt paver; the ear piece 10 is fixedly connected with the shaft 16, the ear piece 10 and the curtain supporting component 2 are arranged in an L shape, and when the curtain supporting component 2 is in a horizontal state, the ear piece 10 is in a vertical state; the top of the ear piece 10 is fixedly provided with a sheep eye screw 13, a first end of a steel wire rope 15 is fixedly connected with the sheep eye screw 13, and a second end of the steel wire rope 15 is connected with a reel of an electric hoist 17; the electric winch 17, the limit bracket 8 and the limit post 12 are fixedly arranged on the roof 99 of the asphalt paver, and the electric winch 17 is used for winding and unwinding the steel wire rope 15; the limiting bracket 8 is positioned at the front part of the ear piece 10, the limiting bracket 8 is fixedly provided with a collision block 9, and when the curtain supporting component 2 is in a horizontal state, the ear piece 10 is contacted with the collision block 9 for horizontally limiting the curtain supporting component 2; the spacing post 12 is located the rear portion of ear piece 10, and cup joints compression spring 14 on the spacing post 12, and compression spring 14's top is higher than spacing post 12's top, and when propping curtain component 2 to be vertical state, ear piece 10 and compression spring 14 contact and compress compression spring 14 for prop curtain component 2's vertical spacing.
Use of the present embodiment:
(1) When the asphalt spreader needs to be discharged into a hopper of the asphalt spreader, the electric winch 17 is enabled to act, the steel wire rope 15 is wound, and the curtain supporting member 2 is slowly rotated to be in a vertical state from a horizontal state under the pulling of the steel wire rope 15; the flexible curtain 1 moves to the rear of the asphalt spreader hopper along with the curtain supporting member 2, so that the dump truck is not prevented from unloading into the asphalt spreader hopper, and at the moment, the compression spring 14 is in a compressed state.
(2) When the discharging is finished in the hopper of the asphalt paver, the electric winch 17 is enabled to act, the steel wire rope 15 is gradually released, the compression spring 14 rebounds to push the curtain supporting member 2, the curtain supporting member 2 naturally rotates downwards under the common weight of the curtain supporting member and the flexible curtain 1, when the ear piece 10 touches the collision block 9, the curtain supporting member 2 is in a horizontal state, and the smoke pumping device 4 pumps smoke in a cavity surrounded by the flexible curtain 1 through the ventilation pipeline 5.
