Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a method and a system for washing clothes and a washing machine, which can accurately determine the material of the clothes to be washed, have low misjudgment rate, optimize the washing mode, and realize the balance of reducing the damage of the clothes and ensuring the cleanness of the clothes.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a process flow chart of a clothes washing method provided by the present invention.
The clothing material washing method comprises the following steps:
s11: determining the weight of the clothes to be washed in the drying process and the weight of the clothes after water absorption;
s12: determining the material of the laundry material based on the weight during drying and the weight after water absorption;
s13: and determining a washing mode based on the material of the clothes to be washed, and washing the clothes to be washed based on the determined washing mode.
Specifically, the cloth materials can be roughly classified into cotton materials, wool materials, flax, chemical fibers and silk according to the material, and the water absorption rates of the cloth materials with different materials are different, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the water absorption rates of the cloth materials with different materials provided by the present invention, it can be seen that the water absorption rates of the cotton materials, the wool materials, the flax, the chemical fibers and the silk are sequentially reduced. The material of the clothing can be determined by the water absorption property of the clothing, which may be a water absorption rate or a water absorption amount, and the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
In addition, the washing modes of the clothes made of different materials are different, for example, the cotton materials have good high-temperature resistance and strong alkali resistance, can be washed by detergent, and is suitable for washing a small amount of clothes for multiple times during rinsing; for flax, the cohesion is poor, and the flax is lighter than cotton in washing; for silk, the silk can be soaked once before washing, but the soaking time is not suitable to be too long. Therefore, in order to reduce damage to the cloth, ensure the balance of the cleanness of the cloth and improve the washing effect, washing modes suitable for the cloth made of various materials can be preset. The washing mode comprises one or more of soaking time, washing intensity, detergent adding amount, rinsing times, spin-drying intensity and water temperature.
Specifically, in practical application, the relationship between the material of each cloth and the water absorption characteristic and the washing mode can be preset, and subsequently, when the cloth to be washed is washed, the weight of the cloth to be washed in the drying process and the weight of the cloth to be washed after sufficient water absorption can be determined, wherein the sufficient water absorption refers to water saturation, then the water absorption characteristic of the cloth to be washed can be obtained based on the weight of the cloth to be washed in the drying process and the weight of the cloth to be washed after sufficient water absorption, and then the material of the cloth to be washed can be determined based on the water absorption characteristic of the cloth to be washed. After the material of the cloth to be washed is determined, the washing mode corresponding to the material of the cloth to be washed is determined, so that the cloth to be washed can be washed based on the determined washing mode.
Therefore, by adopting the method, the material to be washed can be accurately determined according to the weight of the material to be washed during drying and the weight after water absorption, and then the corresponding washing mode of the material is determined, so that the misjudgment rate is low, the washing mode is optimized, the damage to the cloth is reduced, and the clean balance of the cloth is ensured.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment:
as a preferred embodiment, determining the weight of the laundry material when dry and the weight after water absorption comprises:
determining the initial weight of the clothes to be washed put into a washing drum of the washing machine as the weight of the clothes to be washed when the clothes are dried;
controlling water inlet in the washing cylinder;
controlling the washing drum to discharge excessive moisture;
and determining the weight of the clothes to be washed after water absorption.
Specifically, after the laundry material is placed in a washing drum of the washing machine, the initial weight of the laundry material in the washing drum of the washing machine can be detected, the initial weight is the weight of the laundry material when the laundry material is dried, then water inlet in the washing drum is controlled so that the laundry material absorbs water, after the laundry material fully absorbs water, the washing drum is controlled to remove redundant water, then the weight of the laundry material after water absorption is detected, the weight of the laundry material when the laundry material is dried and the weight after water absorption can be automatically obtained through the method, and the calculation method is simple and reliable.
As a preferred embodiment, determining an initial weight of the laundry material put into the washing tub of the washing machine comprises:
after receiving a washing instruction of the washing machine, controlling a motor in the washing machine to drive a washing drum to rotate;
acquiring a current first feedback rotating speed of a motor;
and determining the initial weight of the clothes to be washed put into the washing drum of the washing machine based on the corresponding relation between the first feedback rotating speed and the preset rotating speed weight.
Considering that the rotating speed of a washing drum in the washing machine is related to the weight of the laundry material in the washing drum, the lighter the laundry material is, the smaller the shaft torque of a motor driving the washing drum to rotate is, and the higher the rotating speed of the washing drum is; conversely, the larger the torque of the motor shaft, the lower the rotation speed of the washing drum.
Based on the principle, in the application, after receiving the washing instruction, the processor of the washing machine outputs a target rotating speed instruction to control the motor to drive the washing drum to rotate, and detects a first feedback rotating speed fed back by the motor, wherein the first feedback rotating speed refers to the current actual rotating speed of the motor, and then the initial weight of the clothes to be washed placed in the washing drum of the washing machine can be determined based on the corresponding relation between the first feedback rotating speed and the preset rotating speed weight. Therefore, the heavier the laundry material is, the larger the difference between the first feedback rotating speed and the target rotating speed is. In addition, the initial weight can be converted from analog quantity to digital quantity, and the initial weight of the digital quantity is stored in a register.
In practical applications, since the target rotation speed is fixed, the initial weight of the laundry placed in the washing tub of the washing machine can be directly determined based on the first feedback rotation speed and the preset rotation speed weight corresponding relationship. Of course, the initial weight of the laundry placed in the washing tub of the washing machine may also be determined based on the difference between the target rotation speed and the first feedback rotation speed.
Therefore, the initial weight of the laundry material put into the washing drum of the washing machine is obtained through the first feedback rotating speed of the washing machine driving the washing drum to rotate, the obtaining mode is simple, the precision is high, and the precision of the obtained initial weight of the laundry material is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, determining the weight of the laundry after absorbing water comprises:
after the excessive moisture of the washing drum is discharged, controlling a motor in the washing machine to drive the washing drum to rotate;
acquiring a current second feedback rotating speed of the motor;
and determining the weight of the clothes to be washed placed in the washing drum of the washing machine after water absorption based on the corresponding relation between the second feedback rotating speed and the preset rotating speed weight.
Specifically, in consideration of the relationship between the rotation speed of the washing drum in the washing machine and the weight of the laundry in the washing drum mentioned in the above embodiment, after the initial weight of the laundry in the washing drum is obtained, water enters the washing drum so that the laundry absorbs water, after the laundry absorbs water sufficiently, the washing drum is controlled to remove excess water, the target rotation speed instruction is output again to control the motor in the washing machine to drive the washing drum to rotate, the current second feedback rotation speed of the motor is obtained, and then the weight of the laundry placed in the washing drum of the washing machine after water absorption is determined based on the corresponding relationship between the second feedback rotation speed and the preset rotation speed weight. In addition, the weight after water absorption can be converted from an analog quantity to a digital quantity, and the weight after water absorption of the digital quantity can be stored in a register.
Therefore, in the application, after the laundry material fully absorbs water and the excessive water in the washing drum is removed, the weight of the laundry material put into the washing drum of the washing machine after water absorption can be obtained through the second feedback rotating speed of the washing machine driving the washing drum to rotate, the obtaining mode is simple, the precision is high, and the precision of the obtained weight of the laundry material after water absorption is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, controlling water inflow in the washing tub comprises:
and controlling a water inlet valve of the washing drum to be opened for a first preset time so as to feed water into the washing drum.
Specifically, in order to ensure sufficient water absorption of the laundry material in the washing drum, the water inlet valve of the washing drum may be controlled to be opened for a first preset time period so as to supply some more water into the washing drum. The first preset time can be determined according to the water inlet amount of the water inlet valve in unit time. It can be seen that in this way a sufficient water absorption of the laundry material in the laundry drum can be ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, the controlling of the tub to discharge the excessive moisture includes:
and controlling the water outlet valve of the washing drum to be opened for a second preset time so as to discharge the redundant water from the washing drum.
After the laundry material in the washing drum absorbs water sufficiently, in order to ensure that the weight of the laundry material after absorbing water sufficiently is obtained subsequently, the excess water in the washing drum needs to be discharged, and specifically, the water outlet valve of the washing drum can be controlled to be opened for a second preset time so that the excess water can be discharged by the washing drum. The second preset time period can be determined according to the water outlet amount of the water outlet valve in unit time. It can be seen that in this way it is ensured that the washing drum drains off excess water.
As a preferable embodiment, the material of the laundry material is determined based on the weight at the time of drying and the weight after water absorption, and includes:
calculating the difference between the weight during drying and the weight after water absorption;
and determining the material of the laundry material based on the weight difference.
Specifically, after the weight of the laundry material during drying and the weight after water absorption are obtained, the weight after water absorption is subtracted from the weight during drying to obtain a difference value, and the difference value is the water absorption capacity of the laundry material, and then the material of the laundry material can be obtained based on the preset relationship between the material of various laundry materials and the water absorption capacity.
Therefore, the material of the clothes to be washed is determined according to the water absorption capacity of the clothes to be washed, the washing mode corresponding to the material is further determined, the misjudgment rate is low, the washing mode is optimized, and the balance of reducing damage of the clothes and guaranteeing cleanness of the clothes is achieved.
As a preferable embodiment, the material of the laundry material is determined based on the weight at the time of drying and the weight after water absorption, and includes:
calculating the difference between the weight during drying and the weight after water absorption;
determining the water absorption rate of the laundry material based on the difference in weight and the weight upon drying;
and determining the material of the clothes to be washed based on the water absorption of the clothes to be washed.
Specifically, in order to improve the accuracy of determining the material quality of the laundry material, in consideration of the fact that the weight of the laundry material may be different when the laundry material is dried, in this embodiment, after the water absorption amount of the laundry material is obtained, the ratio of the water absorption amount of the laundry material to the weight when the laundry material is dried is calculated, the water absorption rate of the laundry material is obtained, and then the material quality of the laundry material is determined based on the preset relationship between the material quality and the water absorption rate of each laundry material.
Therefore, the material of the clothes to be washed is determined according to the water absorption rate of the clothes to be washed, the misjudgment rate is further reduced, the washing mode is optimized, and the balance of reducing damage of the clothes and ensuring cleanness of the clothes is realized.
As a preferred embodiment, further comprising:
and controlling a prompting device of the washing machine to prompt the material and/or the washing mode of the clothes to be washed.
Specifically, after the washing mode of the laundry material is determined, the prompting device of the washing machine can be controlled to prompt the material and/or the washing mode of the laundry material, so that a user can know the washing mode of the laundry material. The prompting device here may be a display prompting device and/or an audio prompting device, and the present application is not particularly limited herein.
