本发明公开了一种风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,由如下重量份的原料制得:水泥:35‑55份;掺合料:5‑15份;骨料45‑55份;复合膨胀剂:2‑5份;减水剂0.1‑0.4份;调凝剂:0.1‑0.4份;保水剂:0.001‑0.06份;硬脂酸盐:0.01‑0.15份;可再分散乳胶粉:0.01‑0.3份;消泡剂:0.01‑0.5份;激发调节剂:0.01‑0.5份;阻锈剂0.01‑1份;防冻剂:0.01‑2份。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料。
背景技术
随着我国对于平价风电项目开发进程加速,市场对能够适用于中、低风速地区大切变的机组需求日益增加,塔架轮毂高度呈现出向150m以上发展的趋势。钢混塔架技术的高可靠性是提升大叶轮、高轮毂风电机组发电量的有效保障技术之一。而如何保障钢混塔架的吊装速度,吊装每节混凝土预制环段之间座浆材料的选用十分关键。
风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料是以高强水泥为基本胶结材料,配以细骨料,以及高性能外加剂和其他材料组成的干混料,加水搅拌后需要具有早强、高强、微膨胀等性能,以适用于风电钢混塔架等水平缝填充材料。对其不仅要求稳定性好、早期强度高、最终强度高、抗疲劳性能高、无收缩等特点还需兼顾高空作业施工便利性。而现有技术中的浆料往往会在预应力张拉过程中出现崩裂现象或不具备优异的施工性能,材料不稳定,常常会出现触变性能等不符合钢混塔架吊装要求,造成材料大批量浪费。再者风电混塔安装工期往往会经历冬期施工,或在北方较寒冷地区,对座浆料的可适用温度也提出了极大的挑战。
因此,开发一种性能良好、可适应常温及冬季低温施工的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,确保座浆表面与塔筒面最大程度的紧密接触,保证风电机组长期安全稳定运行,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供了一种风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例采用的技术方案是:
一种风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,由如下重量份的原料制得:
水泥:35-55份;掺合料:5-15份;骨料45-55份;复合膨胀剂:2-5份;减水剂0.1-0.4份;调凝剂:0.1-0.4份;保水剂:0.001-0.06份;硬脂酸盐:0.01-0.15份;可再分散乳胶粉:0.01-0.3份;消泡剂:0.01-0.5份;激发调节剂:0.01-0.5份;阻锈剂0.01-1份;防冻剂:0.01-2份。
优选地,所述水泥为硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、高铝水泥、磷酸镁水泥中的至少一种,所述水泥强度等级为42.5、42.5R及以上。
优选地,所述掺合料为硅灰、微珠粉煤灰、矿渣粉、重钙超细粉中的至少一种,其中矿渣粉为S95以上级别的矿渣粉。掺合料的加入可以改善座浆料的和易性,最重要的是可以改善砂浆的微结构,通过改善座浆料细微颗粒的级配,使其密实堆积产生填充效应,优化了其孔结构,空隙率降低,微观结构更紧凑,收缩率降低,微裂纹减少。将上述掺合料进行级配的优化,可以改善座浆料浆体的流动度的同时减少用水量,增加其强度和耐久性。
优选地,所述骨料为河砂、金刚砂、机制砂、刚玉中的至少一种。所述骨料颗粒大小按照重量百分比为:20-40目65-80%,40-70目10-25%,70-140目0-10%。
优选地,所述复合膨胀剂包括前期膨胀剂和后期膨胀剂,所述前期膨胀剂为塑性膨胀剂,所述前期膨胀剂为含氮有机化合物、磺酰肼类化合物、亚硝基化合物中的至少一种;所述后期膨胀剂为钙矾石类膨胀剂、生石灰类膨胀剂、硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂中的至少一种。选用偶氮二甲酰胺作为前期膨胀剂,引发早期微膨胀,保证了在塑性状态的充盈度,且塑性发气系统产生氮气,避免了对钢筋的腐蚀;后期膨胀剂选用钙矾石类膨胀剂,生石灰类膨胀剂、硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂,后期膨胀对硬化状态下的收缩进行了补偿,优选地,采用电气化学的DENKA BEFORM系列钙矾石类膨胀剂,钙矾石可填充空隙,亦可提高早期强度。更优选地,钙矾石和氧化钙的比例为1:1。
优选地,所述减水剂为氨基磺酸盐类高效减水剂、三聚氰胺类高效减水剂、聚羧酸类高效减水剂中的至少一种。优选地,选用聚羧酸类高效减水剂,更优选地,采用某公司生产的325C型减水剂、某公司生产的F10型高效减水剂。
优选地,所述调凝剂包括缓凝剂和促凝剂;所述缓凝剂为酒石酸、硼酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;所述促凝剂为碳酸锂、硫酸锂、亚硝酸钙、亚硝酸钠中的至少一种。
优选地,所述保水剂为气相法白炭黑、钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、沸石、硅凝胶中的至少一种。更为优选地,选用粘度为400Pa·s的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
优选地,所述硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的至少一种。硬脂酸盐的加入,可以优化浆体硬化后水泥石的孔径分布,减少水化产物的缺陷,并在水化产物基体壁形成憎水膜,其与保水剂之间的协调作用,可以调节座浆料浆体的凝结时间和保水率,保证工作时间。
优选地,所述可再分散乳胶粉为抗皂化的可再分散醋酸乙烯或乙烯共聚胶粉。再分散乳胶粉与水接触后可以很快再分散形成乳液,并具有与初始乳液相同的性质,即水份蒸发后可以形成膜,这种膜具有高柔韧性、高耐侯性和对各种基材的高粘结性。因此。可再分散乳胶粉可以提高座浆料的柔性和可变形性、韧性以及与基材界面的粘结性。
优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂和/或聚醚消泡剂。如,采用德国明凌化学P803有机硅消泡剂。
优选地,所述激发调节剂是由含硅氧体、硅烷键合的无机高分子铝硅酸盐矿物通过耦合聚电解质类分散剂组成的共聚物质。可以激发粉煤灰的活性,能促使粉煤灰Si-O键和Al-O键的断裂,加快粉煤灰的水化速度,也能激发破坏如矿粉的硅氧网结晶体,使玻璃体发生解体,参与基材的水化反应,促进矿渣的进一步水解。
优选地,所述阻锈剂为亚硝酸类阻锈剂、氨基醇类阻锈剂、氨基羧酸类阻锈剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防冻剂为硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠、硫氰酸钠中的至少一种。
将上述原料按照上述比例放入无重力混合搅拌机中,混合十分钟左右即可得到所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料。优选地,干粉座浆料与水的重量混合比例为:0.12-0.16。更为优选地,干粉座浆料与水的重量混合比例为0.13。
与现有技术相比,本发明的实施例所提供的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料的有益效果是:
1、适用温度范围广,通过组分的调整可以满足在常温和低温条件下,均可具有良好的水化特性,只需常规的养护,无需制冷或辅热,即可达到设计要求,最低可满足-10℃下的施工要求。
2、具有稳定、无收缩、高强度、不流挂的特性,适用于塔筒上下节安装,确保所有座浆表面与塔筒面紧密的接触。
3、优异的保水性和可施工性,保证充足的可施工时间。
4、良好的可塑性和触变性,填充在上下节横向接缝处时,可提供最大的承载面积;具有微膨胀性能,材料的微膨胀性能可以保证上下节塔筒之间紧密接触牢靠。
5、无泌水,氯离子含量低。
具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面列举实施例对本发明作详细说明。
风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料加水拌和后需要满足下表所示的性能指标要求。
常温型座浆料的技术性能指标
低温型座浆料的技术性能指标
上表中常温型座浆料指的是本发明所制得5-40℃可使用的座浆料,上表中低温型座浆料指的是本发明所制得低温施工时-10-10℃可使用的座浆料。
上表中所示的-1d代表在低温下养护1d,-3d代表在低温下养护3d,-7d+21d代表在低温下养护7d转标养21d。
上表中所示的流动度检验方法是依据现行国家标准《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》GB/T 50448的规定。
上表中所示的试件成型时选用40mm×40mm×160mm的钢制三联试模。
实施例1
本实施例中的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,由以下原料按照质量百分比组成如下:
P·O52.5R型普通硅酸盐水泥:35份;
42.5普通硅酸盐水泥:5份;
高铝水泥:5份;
重钙超细粉:10份;
20-40目砂:33份;
40-70目沙:10份;
复合膨胀剂:2份;
减水剂:0.2份;
酒石酸:0.08份;
葡萄糖酸钠:0.08份;
碳酸锂:0.05份;
保水剂:0.04份;
硬脂酸钙:0.1份;
可再分散乳胶粉:0.2份;
消泡剂:0.1份;
激发调节剂:0.2份;
阻锈剂:0.05份;
将上述材料混合均匀后,按0.14水料比,采用常温自来水进行搅拌,测得其各项指标如下:
从上表可以看出,所制备的座浆料满足性能指标要求。将其按比例加入无重力搅拌机中搅拌后,用于5-40℃的施工环境中,施工时用常温自来水进行搅拌,无需辅助加热,亦满足施工要求。
实施例2:
本实施例中的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成如下:
52.5磷酸镁水泥:35份;
快硬型硫铝酸盐水泥:7份;
微珠粉煤灰:12份;
20-40目砂:28份;
40-70目砂:12份;
70-140目沙:3份;
复合膨胀剂:3份;
减水剂:0.2份;
硼酸:0.1份;
葡萄糖酸钠:0.1份;
碳酸锂:0.08份;
保水剂:0.04份;
硬脂酸钙:0.12份;
可再分散乳胶粉:0.25份;
消泡剂:0.12份;
激发调节剂:0.3份;
阻锈剂:0.05份;
硝酸钠:0.2份;
将上述材料混合均匀后,置于-5℃环境下放置24h后,在-5℃极限环境下,按0.13水料比,采用0℃冰水混合物进行搅拌,测得其各项指标如下:
从上表可以看出,所制备的座浆料满足性能指标要求。将其按比例加入无重力搅拌机中搅拌后,用于-5-10℃的施工环境中,施工时用0℃冰水混合物进行搅拌,无需辅助加热,亦满足施工要求。
实施例3:
本实施例中的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,由以下物质按照质量百分比组成如下:
P·O52.5R型普通硅酸盐水泥:30份;
快硬型硫铝酸盐水泥:11份;
高铝水泥:6份;
S95级超细矿渣粉:5份;
20-40目砂:28份;
40-70目砂:13份;
70-140目沙:3份;
复合膨胀剂:4份;
减水剂:0.23份;
酒石酸:0.15份;
葡萄糖酸钠:0.05份;
碳酸锂:0.15份;
保水剂:0.03份;
硬脂酸钙:0.14份;
可再分散乳胶粉:0.3份;
消泡剂:0.15份;
激发调节剂:0.4份;
阻锈剂:0.05份;
亚硝酸钠:0.3份;
将上述材料混合均匀后,置于-10℃环境下放置24h后,在-10℃极限环境下,按0.13水料比,采用0℃冰水混合物进行搅拌,测得其各项指标如下:
从上表可以看出,所制备的座浆料满足性能指标要求。将其按比例加入无重力搅拌机中搅拌后,用于-10-5℃的施工环境中,施工时用0℃冰水混合物进行搅拌,无需辅助加热,亦满足施工要求。

Claims (14)
1.一种风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制得:
水泥:35-55份;掺合料:5-15份;骨料45-55份;复合膨胀剂:2-5份;减水剂0.1-0.4份;调凝剂:0.1-0.4份;保水剂:0.001-0.06份;硬脂酸盐:0.01-0.15份;可再分散乳胶粉:0.01-0.3份;消泡剂:0.01-0.5份;激发调节剂:0.01-0.5份;阻锈剂0.01-1份;防冻剂:0.01-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述水泥为硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、高铝水泥、磷酸镁水泥中的至少一种,所述水泥强度等级为42.5、42.5R及以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述掺合料为硅灰、微珠粉煤灰、矿渣粉、重钙超细粉中的至少一种,其中矿渣粉为S95以上级别的矿渣粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述骨料为河砂、金刚砂、机制砂、刚玉中的至少一种。所述骨料颗粒大小按照重量百分比为:20-40目65-80%,40-70目10-25%,70-140目0-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述复合膨胀剂包括前期膨胀剂和后期膨胀剂,所述前期膨胀剂为塑性膨胀剂,所述前期膨胀剂为含氮有机化合物、磺酰肼类化合物、亚硝基化合物中的至少一种;所述后期膨胀剂为钙矾石类膨胀剂、生石灰类膨胀剂、硫铝酸钙类膨胀剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述减水剂为氨基磺酸盐类高效减水剂、三聚氰胺类高效减水剂、聚羧酸类高效减水剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述调凝剂包括缓凝剂和促凝剂;所述缓凝剂为酒石酸、硼酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少一种;所述促凝剂为碳酸锂、硫酸锂、亚硝酸钙、亚硝酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述保水剂为气相法白炭黑、钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、沸石、硅凝胶中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述可再分散乳胶粉为抗皂化的可再分散醋酸乙烯或乙烯共聚胶粉。
11.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂和/或聚醚消泡剂。
12.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述激发调节剂是由含硅氧体、硅烷键合的无机高分子铝硅酸盐矿物通过耦合聚电解质类分散剂组成的共聚物质。
13.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述阻锈剂为亚硝酸类阻锈剂、氨基醇类阻锈剂、氨基羧酸类阻锈剂中的至少一种。
14.根据权利要求1所述的风电钢混塔架安装施工用座浆料,其特征在于,所述防冻剂为硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠、硫氰酸钠中的至少一种。
