Referring to fig. 4, the cutting mechanism 4 includes a cutting chamber 401 fixed to the top of the first support table 201, second through grooves 402 are formed on both sides of the cutting chamber 401, a cutting base 403 is fixed to the bottom end of the inside of the cutting chamber 401, a cutting cylinder 404 is fixed to the top of the cutting chamber 401, and an output end of the cutting cylinder 404 penetrates through the cutting chamber 401 and is fixed to a cutting knife 405. Referring to fig. 7, the dust removing mechanism 7 includes a dust removing base 701 fixed to one side of the second base 2, a rotating cylinder 702 is fixed to the top of the dust removing base 701, a connection seat 703 is fixed to an output end of the rotating cylinder 702, two symmetrically distributed lifting wheels 704 are rotatably connected to two ends of the connection seat 703, a lifting belt 705 is installed between the two lifting wheels 704, a lifting seat 706 is fixed to a surface of one side of the lifting belt 705, a lifting cylinder 707 is fixed to the lifting seat 706, an output end of the lifting cylinder 707 penetrates through the lifting seat 706 and is fixed to a suction cup 708, an electric dust removing plate 709 is adsorbed to the bottom of the suction cup 708, the electric dust removing plate 709 can remove electric dust on the surface of the reflective film, lifting motors are fixed to two ends of the inner surface of the connection seat 703, and output ends of the two lifting motors penetrate through the connection seat 703 and are fixed to one of the lifting wheels 704 on two sides of the connection seat 703. firstly, one end of a reflective film sequentially passes through a drying mechanism 3, a cutting mechanism 4, a cooling mechanism 5, a dust removal mechanism 7, a pressing mechanism 8 and a tensioning mechanism 6 from a cleaning pool and is fixed on the surface of a winding roller 205, a winding motor 206 drives the winding roller 205 to rotate to wind the reflective film, and after the winding is saturated, a cutting cylinder 404 is started to drive a cutting knife 405 to move downwards to be matched with a cutting seat 403 to cut the reflective film;
step two, the cleaned reflective film passes through the space between two rows of water suction rollers 305 through a first through groove 302, a water suction cylinder 306 pushes a lifting plate 303 to descend, so that a plurality of upper water suction rollers 305 are matched with the lower water suction rollers 305 to extrude the reflective film, the moisture on the surface of the reflective film is absorbed, and the reflective film is convenient to dry, and meanwhile, a first fan 308 blows hot air in a heating box 307 into a drying chamber 301 to dry the reflective film;
step three, starting a second fan 505 to introduce cooling air into the cooling seat 503 through a connecting hose, and uniformly blowing the cooling air to the reflective film through a plurality of cooling holes 504, wherein the cooling air cylinder 506 can push the cooling seat 503 to move downwards, adjust the distance between the cooling holes 504 and the reflective film, and control the cooling effect;
fourthly, the reflective film is respectively wound on the surfaces of the first tensioning roller 602, the adjusting roller 604 and the second tensioning roller 603, meanwhile, the adjusting cylinder 606 can push the second bearing to slide on the sliding groove 605, so that the tension degree of the reflective film is adjusted, the reflective film is conveniently and uniformly wound on the surface of the winding roller 205 without generating wrinkles, and the compression roller 803 compresses the reflective film under the action of gravity, so that the smoothness of the reflective film is ensured;
step five, starting the lifting motor to drive one of the lifting wheels 704 to rotate, matching with the other lifting wheel 704 to drive the lifting belt 705 to move, enabling the lifting seat 706 to lift along with the lifting belt 705, pushing the electric dust removing plate 709 to move to the surface of the reflective film under the action of the lifting cylinder 707, performing dust removal operation on the surface of the reflective film, after the electric dust removing plate 709 is saturated in dust removal, driving the electric dust removing plates 709 at the two ends of the connecting seat 703 to shift positions through the rotating cylinder 702, enabling the clean electric dust removing plate 709 to continue to remove dust, and cleaning the saturated electric dust removing plate 709.
