The invention discloses an automatic environment-friendly spraying dust-settling device for a construction site enclosure, which comprises a data acquisition sensor, a control end and a recyclable spraying system, wherein the data acquisition sensor is connected with the control end; the data acquisition sensor comprises an environment monitor and a GPRS wireless transmission module, the environment monitor monitors inhalable particles in a monitoring range, such as PM2.5 and PM10, the GPRS wireless transmission module transmits the values to the control end, the control end is provided with an early warning value of inhalable particle concentration, when the transmitted values of inhalable particle concentration exceed the early warning value, the control end starts the circulating spraying system, and when the concentration of inhalable particles falls below the early warning value, the circulating spraying system is closed. The dust-settling device can realize automatic spraying dust settling and water resource recycling, achieves better dust settling effect, saves a large amount of water resources, and is environment-friendly, economical and practical.

2. The circulating spraying system provided by the invention is provided with the baffle, the enclosure, the water collecting tank and the water collecting tank, water vapor is sprayed out of the atomizing spray head, the water vapor after dust fall falls on the baffle and the enclosure, flows into the water collecting tank and further flows into the water collecting tank, and the water source flowing into the water collecting tank can be recycled.

the recyclable spraying system comprises a high-pressure water pump 1, a water feeding pipe 2, a spraying main pipe 3, a spraying frame 4, a baffle 5, a water collecting tank 8 and an electromagnetic valve 9; the high-pressure water pump 1 is internally provided with a sensor, so that the pressure applied by the high-pressure water pump 1 is controlled through a control end, and the spraying amount of the atomizing nozzles 4-5 can be further controlled; one end of the high-pressure water pump 1 is connected with the water collecting tank 8, and the other end of the high-pressure water pump is fixedly connected with the upper water pipe 2; the upper water pipe 2 is fixedly connected and communicated with the horizontally arranged spraying main pipe 3 through a three-way joint, and the electromagnetic valve 9 is arranged on the upper water pipe 2; the spray frame 4 comprises a baffle 4-1, a fastener 4-2, a baffle hole 4-3, a spray branch pipe 4-4 and an atomizing nozzle 4-5; the baffle 4-1 is of a semi-surrounding structure with an opening at one side, the top surface of the baffle 4-1 is a plate body capable of extending and contracting reversely towards the inside of a construction site, the range of the baffle is adjusted according to the size of spray, and the baffle 4-1 is fixedly connected to the spray main pipe 3; the baffle hole 4-3 is formed in the bottom surface of the baffle 4-1, a fastening piece 4-2 is arranged on the baffle hole 4-3, and the baffle 4-1 is fixed on the spray main pipe 3 through the fastening piece 4-2; one end of the spray branch pipe 4-4 penetrates through the baffle hole 4-3 to be fixedly connected with the spray main pipe 3 through a three-way joint, the other end of the spray branch pipe penetrates through the fastening piece 4-2 to be positioned in the baffle 4-1, and the atomizing spray head 4-5 is fixedly connected to the spray branch pipe 4-4; the lower side of the main spray pipe 3 is fixedly connected with an enclosure 5, a water collecting tank 6 is installed at one side, facing a construction site, of the lower end of the enclosure 5, on one hand, the water collecting tank 6 can collect part of water resources sprayed by the atomizing nozzles 4-5, and can also collect rainwater and underground water discharged by excavation of a foundation pit, the collected water resources flow into a water collecting tank 8 through the water collecting tank 6, the cross section of the water collecting tank 6 is U-shaped, and a first filter screen is arranged at the top end of the water collecting tank 6 to prevent sundries from entering the water collecting tank 8; the water collection tank 8 is placed in the below of enclosing fender 5, the inside horizontal installation of water collection tank 8 has second filter screen 7, avoids debris to get into circulation system, still be provided with water level monitoring system in the water collection tank 8, water level monitoring system contains the ball-cock assembly, and when the water level dropped to the setting value, the ball-cock assembly was automatic to be opened, adopts municipal water supply pipe network water supply system to carry out the moisturizing to avoid collecting the problem that the water yield is not enough.

The data acquisition sensor comprises an environment monitor and a GPRS wireless transmission module, the environment monitor monitors the concentration of inhalable particles in a monitoring range, the GPRS wireless transmission module transmits the numerical value of the concentration of the inhalable particles to a control end, the control end is provided with an early warning value of the numerical value of the concentration of the inhalable particles, when the transmitted numerical value of the concentration of the inhalable particles exceeds the early warning value, the GPRS wireless transmission module transmits a signal to a signal receiver in a high-pressure water pump 1, the high-pressure water pump 1 is opened, an electromagnetic valve 9 is simultaneously opened, the high-pressure water pump 1 pumps a water source from a water collecting tank 8 to a spray main pipe 3, water is respectively conveyed to each spray branch pipe 4-4 from the spray main pipe 3, and is finally sprayed out from an atomizing spray nozzle 4-5 for spraying and dust falling, and the baffle 4-1 plays a role in blocking, therefore, the moisture cannot fall into the sidewalk behind; the water scattered in the air after being sprayed or contacted with the baffle 5 flows into the water collecting tank 6 and finally flows into the water collecting tank 8, or directly falls into the water collecting tank 8, so that the water is recycled; and when the concentration of inhalable particles is monitored to be lower than the early warning value within 10 minutes continuously, the control end closes the circulating spraying system and stops the circulating spraying system from spraying water to the construction site.
