In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-13, an add-on handle for a cylindrical hollow umbrella handle is provided, comprising a base 10, a lifting block 20, a plurality of gripping portions 30, a rotation mechanism, a handle body 40, and a heating assembly.
The base 10 is of a hollow structure, an inner cavity 11 is formed in the base 10, the lifting block 20 is vertically lifted and matched in the inner cavity 11, and the lifting block 20 is vertically provided with a first height position (see fig. 10, the base 10 is not shown in the drawings), a second height position (see fig. 11, the base 10 is not shown in the drawings) and a third height position (see fig. 12, the base 10 is not shown in the drawings). The number of the clamping parts 30 is four, the four clamping parts 30 are arranged at the top of the base 10 in an annular array, each clamping part 30 is used for clamping the outer wall of the cylindrical hollow umbrella handle, and each clamping part 30 is provided with a clamping station (see fig. 5), a transition station (see fig. 4) and an avoidance station (see fig. 3).
The rotating mechanism is arranged in the inner cavity 11 and is used for synchronously driving the plurality of clamping parts 30 to switch between the transition station and the avoidance station. The handle body 40 is in threaded fit with the bottom of the base 10, the top of the handle body 40 extends into the inner cavity 11 and is rotatably connected with the bottom of the lifting block 20, and the heating component is used for heating the handle body 40.
When the lifting block 20 is at the first height position, the clamping part 30 is at the clamping station, and the clamping part 30 can clamp the umbrella handle placed on the base 10. When the lifting block 20 is at the second height position, the clamping part 30 is at the transition station, and the clamping part 30 is completely separated from the umbrella handle. When the lifting block 20 is at the third height position, the clamping part 30 is at the avoiding station, and the umbrella handle can be taken off from the base 10.
When the lifting block 20 moves from the second height position to the third height position, the rotating mechanism is used for synchronously driving the plurality of clamping parts 30 to switch from the transition station to the avoidance station. When the lifting block 20 moves from the third height position to the second height position, the rotating mechanism is used for synchronously driving the plurality of clamping parts 30 to switch from the avoidance station to the transition station.
Before the additional handle is attached to the cylindrical hollow umbrella handle, the clamping part 30 needs to be located at the avoiding station, specifically, at this time, the lifting block 20 is located at the first height position, the user rotates the handle body 40 to enable the handle body 40 to rotate relative to the base 10, and since the handle body 40 is in threaded fit with the base 10 and the top of the handle body 40 is rotationally connected with the base 10, the handle body 40 can lift the lifting block 20 (move towards one side of the clamping part 30) in the screwing process, and the rotating mechanism can not drive the clamping part 30 to rotate in the process that the lifting block 20 moves from the first height position to the second height position.
When the lifting block 20 is moved to the second height position, the clamping portion 30 is in the transition position. In the process that the lifting block 20 moves from the second height position to the third height position, the lifting block 20 can continuously drive the clamping portions 30 to ascend, the rotating mechanism can synchronously drive each clamping portion 30 to switch from the transition station to the avoidance station, and when the lifting block 20 is in the third height position, the clamping portions 30 are completely in the avoidance station.
Then, place the umbrella stick between four chucking parts 30 and with the bottom butt of umbrella stick on the top surface of base 10, then, reverse rotation handle body 40, handle body 40 can drive lifting block 20 decline (move towards the one side that keeps away from chucking part 30) at the in-process of unscrewing, in-process that lifting block 20 moved to the second high position from the third high position, lifting block 20 can drive chucking part 30 decline, rotary mechanism also can simultaneously drive every chucking part 30 and switch over to the transition station from dodging the station, when lifting block 20 moved to the second high position, chucking part 30 limit was in the transition station. The handle body 40 is continuously rotated, the rotating mechanism can not drive the clamping part 30 to rotate any more in the process that the lifting block 20 moves from the second height position to the first height position, the lifting block 20 can continuously drive the clamping part 30 to descend, the clamping part 30 gradually clamps the outer wall of the umbrella handle, when the lifting block 20 is positioned at the first height position, the clamping part 30 is completely positioned at a clamping station, and the umbrella handle is completely clamped on the base 10 by the four clamping parts 30.
Therefore, the additional handle can be firmly added to the cylindrical hollow umbrella handle, so that a user can hold the umbrella conveniently, and the user can have a comfortable holding posture. The additional installation handle has simple structural design and convenient operation, can be additionally installed or detached by a user, and is convenient to popularize. Through the heating element of design in the handle body 40, can heat the handle body 40 after starting heating element to solve the cold problem of hand when propping the umbrella in cold, sleet weather, increased the travelling comfort of people in cold, strong wind, sleet weather with the umbrella.
In one embodiment, the rotation mechanism includes a gear plate 50, a drive assembly, and a plurality of spur gear columns 70. The number of the straight gear columns 70 is four corresponding to that of the clamping parts 30, the clamping parts 30 are arranged at the top of the straight gear columns 70, the straight gear columns 70 are rotatably arranged at the top of the lifting block 20, and four first through holes 12 through which the straight gear columns 70 can pass are formed in the base 10; the gear plate 50 is rotatably disposed in the inner cavity 11 and engaged with each of the spur gear columns 70, respectively, and the gear plate 50 is disposed above the elevating block 20.
The driving assembly is respectively connected with the lifting block 20 and the gear plate 50, and when the lifting block 20 moves from the second height position to the third height position, the driving assembly is used for driving the gear plate 50 to rotate so that the clamping part 30 rotates from the transition station to the avoidance station. When the lifting block 20 moves from the third height position to the second height position, the driving assembly is used for driving the gear disc 50 to rotate, so that the clamping part 30 rotates from the avoidance station to the transition station.
In one embodiment, a partition plate 13 is disposed in the inner cavity 11, the partition plate 13 divides the inner cavity 11 into an upper cavity 111 and a lower cavity 112 which are communicated from top to bottom, a rotating shaft 14 is disposed in the upper cavity 111, two ends of the rotating shaft 14 are respectively connected with the fixed partition plate 13 and the cavity top of the upper cavity 111, a gear plate 50 is rotatably disposed on the rotating shaft 14 in a penetrating manner, a plurality of second through holes 131 through which the spur gear columns 70 can pass are formed in the partition plate 13 in a penetrating manner, and a lifting block 20 is disposed in the lower cavity 112.
Referring to fig. 9 (the broken line is the outline of the gear plate 50 shown in the drawing), the driving assembly includes a connection protrusion 60, a return spring 61, a pull cord 62, a first guide portion 63 and a second guide portion 64, the connection protrusion 60 is disposed at a side of the gear plate 50 facing the lower chamber 112, and both ends of the return spring 61 are respectively connected to the connection protrusion 60 and an inner wall of the upper chamber 111.
The partition 13 is penetrated with a third through hole 132 through which the pull rope 62 passes, the first guide part 63 is arranged at the top of the partition 13, the second guide part 64 is arranged at the bottom of the lower chamber 112 and below the lifting block 20, one end of the pull rope 62 is connected with one side of the connecting protrusion 60, which is away from the return spring 61, and the other end of the pull rope 62 sequentially passes through the first guide part 63, the third through hole 132 and the second guide part 64 and then is connected to the bottom of the lifting block 20.
Of course, in order to facilitate the rotation of the gear plate 50, the driving assembly is provided with two sets, and accordingly, the third through hole 132, the first guide 63 and the second guide 64 are also provided with two sets, respectively.
The pull cord 62 is in a relaxed state during movement of the lifting mass 20 from the first height position to the second height position. When the lifting block 20 is moved to the second height position, the pulling rope 62 is in a critical state of being tightened and about to pull the connection protrusion 60. During movement of the lifting block 20 from the second height position to the third height position, the pull cord 62 pulls the connecting projection 60 to rotate the gear plate 50. When the lifting block 20 is in the third height position, the pull cord 62 cannot continue to pull the connection protrusion 60.
Because the tooth root tooth grooves of the spur gear columns 70 are matched with the tooth root tooth grooves of the gear disc 50, in the process that the lifting block 20 drives the four spur gear columns 70 to ascend or descend, each spur gear column 70 is driven to move along the axial direction parallel to the gear disc 50, and each spur gear column 70 and the gear disc 50 always keep the mutually meshed state.
The working principle of the additional handle is described by sequentially switching the clamping part 30 from the clamping station to the transition station and then from the transition station to the avoidance station:
in the process of moving the lifting block 20 from the first height position to the second height position, the handle body 40 will lift the lifting block 20 (move towards one side of the clamping portion 30) in the screwing process, and the pull rope 62 is in a loose state, so the pull rope 62 will not pull the connection protrusion 60, and will not drive the gear disc 50 to rotate, and further the spur gear column 70 and the clamping portion 30 will not rotate.
When the lifting block 20 is moved to the second height position, the clamping part 30 is at the transition position, the clamping part 30 is completely separated from the umbrella handle, and the pull rope 62 is in a critical state of being tightened and pulling the connecting protrusion 60. Continuing to rotate the handle body 40, in the process that the lifting block 20 moves from the second height position to the third height position, the clamping part 30 also rises along with the lifting block 20, the pull rope 62 starts to intervene in work, the pull rope 62 pulls the connecting protrusion 60 to rotate the gear disc 50 and enable the reset spring 61 to be in a stretching state, the rotation of the gear disc 50 synchronously drives the four spur gear columns 70 to rotate, and the clamping part 30 also gradually rotates from the transition station to the avoidance station (the clamping part 30 rotates in the rising process, so that the transition station is switched to the avoidance station). When the lifting block 20 is at the third height position, the clamping part 30 is completely at the avoiding station, and the pull rope 62 cannot continuously pull the connecting protrusion 60, at this time, a user can put the umbrella handle between the four clamping parts 30, or take the umbrella handle off the additional handle.
The working principle of the additional handle is described by sequentially switching the clamping part 30 from the avoidance station to the transition station and then switching the transition station to the clamping station:
when the lifting block 20 is in the third height position, the clamping portion 30 is completely in the dodging position, and the pull cord 62 cannot continue to pull the connecting protrusion 60. When the lifting block 20 moves from the third height position to the second height position, the restoring spring 61 applies a tensile force to the connecting protrusion 60 and makes the gear disc 50 rotate back, the gear disc 50 synchronously drives the four spur gear columns 70 to rotate, and the clamping part 30 also gradually rotates from the avoidance station to the transition station (the clamping part 30 rotates in the descending process, so that the transition from the avoidance station to the transition station is realized).
When the lifting block 20 moves to the second height position, the clamping part 30 is completely at the transition station, at this time, the gear plate 50 is also completely reset to the initial position (when the gear plate 50 is at the initial position, the clamping part 30 is at the transition station or the clamping station), and the pulling rope 62 is still in a critical state of tightening but about to be loosened.
During movement of the lifting block 20 from the second height position to the first height position, the pull cord 62 is fully in a relaxed state and the gear plate 50 is also always in the initial position. When the lifting block 20 moves to the first height position, the clamping parts 30 are positioned at the clamping stations, and under the action of the four clamping parts 30, the cylindrical hollow umbrella handle can be firmly fixed on the base 10.
In one embodiment, in order to avoid the lifting block 20 rotating during the lifting operation, a plurality of guide posts 15 are disposed in the lower chamber 112, two ends of the guide posts 15 are respectively connected to the bottom of the partition 13 and the bottom of the lower chamber 112, and a plurality of fourth holes 22 matched with the guide posts 15 penetrate through the lifting block 20. The lifting block 20 is provided with a plurality of support rods 21, the number of the support rods 21 corresponds to that of the spur gear columns 70, and the spur gear columns 70 are rotatably sleeved on the support rods 21.
In one embodiment, the clamping part 30 comprises a connecting rod 31 and a clamping head 32, the connecting rod 31 is arranged at the top of the spur gear column 70, the clamping head 32 is provided with a clamping opening 321 with a downward opening, and one side of the clamping head 32 facing the connecting rod 31 is provided with an outwards protruding anti-slip rubber pad 33.
In one embodiment, a first accommodating chamber 41 and a second accommodating chamber 42 are provided in the handle body 40, the first accommodating chamber 41 is provided at the bottom of the handle body 40, the handle body 40 is provided with a bottom cover 43 covering the first accommodating chamber 41, and the second accommodating chamber 42 is provided between the first accommodating chamber 41 and the outer wall of the handle body 40 and communicates with the first accommodating chamber 41.
The heating element includes heating plate 80, circuit board 81, rechargeable battery 82, USB interface 83 and button 84, and rechargeable battery 82 and circuit board 81 all set up in first holding chamber 41, and heating plate 80 sets up in second holding chamber 42, and USB interface 83 and button 84 all install on bottom 43, and heating plate 80, USB interface 83 and button 84 are connected with the circuit board 81 electricity respectively.
When the hand feel cold, the handle body 40 can be heated by pressing the button 84, and the rechargeable battery 82 is charged through the USB interface 83, so that the cruising effect of the additional handle is improved, the problem of hand coldness in supporting the umbrella in cold, rainy and snowy weather is solved, and the comfort of people in the umbrella in cold, rainy and snowy weather is improved.
