Claims (10)

1. The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping is characterized by comprising an inner support (14) and two symmetrically arranged clamping rods (2), wherein each clamping rod (2) is an L-shaped clamping rod comprising a transverse support arm (20) and a vertical clamping arm (21), the two transverse support arms (20) are respectively inserted into the inner support (14) from the left side and the right side, the transverse support arms (20) are in sliding connection with the inner support (14), a clamping tension spring (201) is connected between the two transverse support arms (20), an intermediate gear (144) penetrates through the inner support (14), straight racks (200) are formed at the end parts of the transverse support arms (20), the intermediate gear (144) is positioned between the two straight racks (200), the two straight racks (200) are both meshed with the intermediate gear (144), and a ratchet wheel (145) is arranged at the bottom of the intermediate gear (144), a swing arm (146) is arranged at the bottom of the inner support (14), a first end of the swing arm (146) is rotatably connected with the inner support (14), a second end of the swing arm (146) extends to the side of the ratchet wheel (145), a buckle (147) protruding outwards is formed at the side of the swing arm (146), and a locking spring (148) for driving the swing arm (146) to swing towards the direction of the ratchet wheel (145) is arranged between the swing arm (146) and the inner support (14);
when the two clamping rods (2) are pulled outwards, the middle gear (144) and the ratchet wheel (145) are driven to rotate through the two straight racks (200), and when the two clamping rods (2) are stopped being pulled, the buckle (147) is driven to be clamped in the ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel (145) by means of the elastic force exerted by the locking spring (148), so that the two clamping rods (2) are positioned at corresponding positions;
when the swing arm (146) is driven by external force to swing outwards, the buckle (147) is separated from the ratchet of the ratchet wheel (145), and the two clamping rods (2) are driven to approach each other and perform clamping action by means of elastic tension applied by the clamping tension spring (201).

The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle of the inner support (14) is raised upwards to form a convex cap (155), two sides of the convex cap (155) are respectively opened with a side opening (154), the middle gear (144) is positioned inside the convex cap (155), and two sides of the middle gear (144) are respectively positioned inside two side openings (154).

The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 2, wherein a central shaft (156) is formed on the inner side of the convex cap (155), and the intermediate gear (144) is sleeved on the central shaft (156) and is rotatably connected with the central shaft.
4. The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the ratchet wheel (145) is larger than that of the intermediate gear (144).

The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 1, wherein two clamping tension springs (201) are connected between the two transverse support arms (20), and the two clamping tension springs (201) are respectively arranged at two sides of the transverse support arms (20).
6. The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clamping mechanism (6) for clamping the automobile air outlet grid is formed at the bottom of the bottom shell (13).

The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 6, wherein the clamping mechanism (6) comprises a screw rod (60), a bearing block (61), two clamping jaws (62) and a locking nut (63), wherein two sides of the bearing block (61) are respectively formed with a support frame (610), the screw rod (60) passes through the bearing block (61), a transverse shaft (64) is arranged at the lower end of the screw rod (60) in a penetrating manner, two hinged parts (620) are formed at the inner side of the upper end of the clamping jaw (62), two ends of the transverse shaft (64) respectively pass through the hinged parts (620) of the two clamping jaws (62), a slope (621) is formed at the top of the clamping jaw (62), the slope (621) gradually inclines downwards from the outer side to the inner side of the clamping jaw (62), and the slope (621) is aligned with the bottom of the bearing block (61), the locking nut (63) is positioned above the bearing block (61), the locking nut (63) is sleeved on the screw rod (60) and is screwed with the screw rod (60);
the upper end face of the bearing block (61) is provided with upper teeth (611) which are distributed annularly, the screw rod (60) is sleeved with a pressing ring (65), the pressing ring (65) is positioned between the locking nut (63) and the bearing block (61), the lower end face of the pressing ring (65) is provided with lower teeth (650) which are distributed annularly, and the upper teeth (611) and the lower teeth (650) are aligned with each other;
when the locking nut (63) is screwed upwards, the locking nut (63) is separated from the pressing ring (65), and the supporting position of the supporting frame (610) is adjusted by rotating the bearing block (61);
when screwing locking nut (63) down, locking nut (63) are right clamping ring (65) with bearing block (61) applys pressure, go up tooth (611) with tooth (650) chucking each other down, borrow by bearing block (61) with the cooperation of inclined plane (621) drives two clamping jaws (62) and carries out the clamping action.

The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 7, wherein a receiving recess (612) is formed in the top of the bearing block (61), the upper teeth (611) are located at the bottom of the receiving recess (612), and the pressing ring (65) is arranged in the receiving recess (612).
9. The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 8, wherein the accommodating notch (612) is a circular notch, and the press ring (65) is a circular press ring.
10. The self-locking positioning type mobile phone support based on ratchet clamping as claimed in claim 9, wherein an elastic member (66) for driving the two clamping jaws (62) to open is clamped between the two clamping jaws (62).
