Description

Buccal cigarette and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of smokeless tobacco, in particular to a buccal cigarette and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the progress of international smoking control, the restriction of smoking in public places is becoming more severe. The tobacco industry of all countries in the world has developed and marketed the research, development and market of new generation of tobacco products as an important means for solving the future development of the tobacco industry, and the smokeless tobacco products are developed in unique smoking ways and attract the wide attention of tobacco companies, such as Felmo company, Reynaud company and Swedish match company, which have respectively introduced the 'Wanbao Lu' brand, 'camel' brand and 'Red Man' brand smokeless tobacco products as important supplements for the traditional cigarettes.
Smokeless tobacco products are considered less hazardous to humans than traditional cigarettes and cigars. On the other hand, the smokeless tobacco product is sucked through the oral cavity or the nasal cavity, combustion is not needed, smoke is not generated, and the generation of second-hand smoke is avoided, so that the harm of smoking to public health is reduced.
The smokeless tobacco products mainly comprise various products such as chewing tobacco, buccal tobacco, snuff, chewing gum tobacco, electronic cigarette and the like. The buccal cigarette sold in the market at present has two forms, one is moist tobacco in bulk, and the buccal cigarette is taken by hands and put into the mouth every time a consumer eats the buccal cigarette, so that the problems of inconvenient eating and insanitation exist; the other is to pack the moist tobacco in tea bags, the moist tobacco is placed between lips and teeth when the moist tobacco is eaten, and after the moist tobacco is sucked in the oral cavity, a consumer still needs to spit out residues or soft package residues, so that the environment is polluted, and the consumer feels inconvenient. The products in the two forms are easy to mildew in high-temperature weather in summer due to high water content (generally 30-60 percent), and are not beneficial to long-time storage; meanwhile, the main component of the product is tobacco powder, and the special irritation and the tastes of pungency, bitterness and the like are difficult to accept by people, so that the popularization of the product in more fields and markets is limited.
In conclusion, the buccal cigarettes on the market generally have the problems that the taste experience of users is poor, and fresh experience cannot be generated. Based on the above, researchers in the field of domestic tobacco try to develop a novel buccal cigarette which can provide novel oral experience for consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the mouth feeling experience of a user of the mouth holding cigarette is not good, and the novel experience cannot be generated. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the buccal cigarette and the preparation method thereof, which can provide a novel and unique sensory experience for consumers.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a buccal cigarette which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3-20 wt% of tobacco extract powder, wherein the tobacco extract powder is prepared by spray drying of a tobacco extract concentrated solution, and the nicotine content in the tobacco extract concentrated solution accounts for 0.3-20 wt% of the tobacco extract concentrated solution; 5-50 wt% of an effervescent disintegrant; and 5 to 50 wt% of a filler. Moreover, the weight of the buccal tobacco tablet is 1-8 g.
By adopting the technical scheme, as the buccal cigarette is gradually dissolved in the mouth, the effervescent disintegrant generates slow effervescent reaction to generate carbon dioxide bubbles and release gas, and the effervescent cigarette generates foaming feeling in the mouth, thereby providing novel and unique sensory experience; the design of nicotine content and tablet weight ensures that the buccal cigarette can control the total intake amount of nicotine while meeting the physiological strength of different requirements; in addition, the tobacco extract powder has mild taste, does not generate astringent feeling and other uncomfortable stimulation in the oral cavity like the tobacco powder directly used as the raw material of the buccal cigarette, has no residue when being taken, and does not adhere to teeth to influence the appearance.
Furthermore, the buccal cigarette can also comprise one or more of the following components by weight percent, 25-89 wt% of sweetening agent, less than or equal to 1 wt% of salt, 0.05-5 wt% of flavoring agent, less than or equal to 20 wt% of non-tobacco extract and less than or equal to 0.2 wt% of water.
Further, the content of nicotine in the buccal cigarette provided by the application is 0.1-4 wt%, preferably 0.5-4 wt%.
Further, the pH value of the buccal cigarette after effervescence and dissolution in water is 4-8.
Further, the effervescent disintegrant comprises an acid source and an alkali source, wherein the acid source is selected from one or the combination of citric acid, malic acid, citric acid, boric acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid and inorganic mineral acid; the alkali source is selected from one or combination of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate.
Further, the acid source is citric acid, the alkali source is sodium bicarbonate, and the molar ratio of the citric acid to the sodium bicarbonate is 1: 1-1: 2.
Another object of the present application is to provide a preparation method of the buccal cigarette, which comprises the following steps: preparing a tobacco extract concentrated solution, preparing tobacco extract powder, mixing and tabletting. The tobacco extract concentrated solution is prepared by extracting and concentrating tobacco to obtain the tobacco extract concentrated solution with the nicotine content of 0.3-20 wt%; the preparation of the tobacco extract powder is to spray dry the concentrated solution of the tobacco extract to prepare the tobacco extract powder; then, uniformly mixing 0.3-20 wt% of tobacco extract powder, 5-50 wt% of effervescent disintegrant and 5-50 wt% of filler according to the weight ratio; and finally, tabletting by using a tablet press to obtain the buccal cigarette with the tablet weight of 1-8 g.
Further, in the mixing step, one or more of 25-89 wt% of sweetening agent, less than or equal to 1 wt% of salt, 0.05-5 wt% of flavoring agent, less than or equal to 20 wt% of non-tobacco extract and less than or equal to 0.2 wt% of water are added.
Wherein the concentrated tobacco extract is obtained from one or more parts of one or more plants of genus Nicotiana by an extraction process, such as: extracting with one or more of organic solvent (such as ethanol), supercritical extraction, and subcritical extraction to obtain extract, and concentrating the extract to obtain tobacco extract concentrate. The choice of nicotiana species plant can vary, and some extraction methods require pretreatment of the plant or plant parts to more efficiently extract the desired compound.
Further, in the step of preparing the tobacco extract powder, spray drying methods include, but are not limited to, pressure spray drying, centrifugal spray drying, and air-stream spray drying.
Further, in the tabletting step, the tabletting pressure of the tabletting machine is controlled to be 10 KN-80 KN.
