Claims (10)

1. The patent pledge service processing platform based on the block chain is characterized by comprising:
the patent pledge intelligent contract unit is used for establishing a patent pledge business intelligent contract according to the patent pledge business mode and the actual pledge business;
the intelligent contract uplink broadcasting unit is used for performing uplink deployment on the intelligent contract and performing regional broadcasting;
the contract confirmation block generation unit is used for confirming the regional broadcast block chain region range and generating a public chain and private chain contract block;
and the pledge service execution recording unit is used for recording the execution data of the intelligent contract of the backup patent pledge service until the patent pledge service is finished.
2. The block chain-based patent pledge service processing platform of claim 1, wherein the patent pledge intelligent contract unit comprises:
the patent pledge business model subunit is used for establishing a patent pledge business model through logic programming modeling according to the patent pledge business mode;
the service model digital loading subunit is used for carrying out service terminal digital loading on the patent pledge service model through uploading and loading;
and the digital loading execution agreement subunit is used for signing and executing the service agreement of the patent pledge service model digitally loaded by the service terminal according to the actual pledge service to obtain an intelligent contract of the patent pledge service.
3. The platform of claim 1, wherein the intelligent contractual chain broadcast unit comprises:
the system comprises a protocol public link and private link dividing subunit, a pledge protocol public link and pledge protocol private link dividing subunit and a pledge protocol public link and private link dividing subunit, wherein the protocol public link and private link dividing subunit is used for dividing the public content and the non-public content of an intelligent contract into a pledge protocol public link part and a pledge protocol private link part through protocol division;
the intelligent contract uplink deployment subunit is used for performing uplink deployment on the pledge protocol public link part and the pledge protocol private link part to obtain a patent pledge contract public link address secret key and a patent pledge contract private link address secret key;
and the public-private division domain broadcasting subunit is used for respectively carrying out public-link and private-link domain broadcasting on the block chain public link and the block chain private link by using the patent pledge contract public-link address secret key and the patent pledge contract private-link address secret key.
4. The block chain-based patent pledge service processing platform of claim 1, wherein the contract confirmation block generation unit comprises:
the public link contract chain confirmation subunit is used for broadcasting the public link and the private link in a public link region range for confirmation, and obtaining a public link contract chain confirmation result when the confirmation node reaches the set public link confirmation node number;
the private link contract local area authentication subunit is used for broadcasting the public link and the private link in a private link area range for confirmation, and obtaining a confirmation result on the private link contract when the confirmation node reaches the set private link confirmation node number;
and the confirmation authentication block generation subunit is used for generating a public link contract block and a private link contract block according to the confirmation result on the public link contract chain and the confirmation result on the private link contract chain.

the pledge service execution node subunit is used for confirming the execution process according to the nodes set in the patent pledge service execution process;
the execution node branched chain generation subunit is used for generating a new execution node data block according to the execution process confirmation result and generating an execution node branched chain in the parallel generation process of the execution node data block;
and the branch chain execution record generating subunit is used for storing the branch data of the execution node branch chain as a main chain into an execution data branch chain database, and recording backup patent pledge contract main chain data and patent pledge execution branch chain data until the patent pledge service is finished.
6. A block chain-based patent pledge service processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100, establishing an intelligent contract of the patent pledge business according to the patent pledge business mode and the actual pledge business;
