(1) after acquiring patent information uploaded by a loan applicant, calling an intelligent contract lending opening preset on a block chain, and recording the patent information to the block chain, wherein the intelligent contract is established according to consensus achieved by a guarantee institution and a loan institution in advance;
(2) submitting the patent information to a patent office for verification to obtain a patent verification result;
(3) if the patent verification result is that the verification is passed, recording the patent verification result to the block chain;
(4) acquiring a patent pledge contract signed by the loan applicant and the guarantee institution, calling an intelligent contract interface preset on the block chain, and recording the patent pledge contract to the block chain;
(5) obtaining an evaluation credit granting result uploaded by the guarantee institution, and recording the evaluation credit granting result to the block chain, wherein the evaluation credit granting result is generated after the guarantee institution evaluates the patent mortgage of the loan applicant;
(6) if the patent pledge contract and the assessment credit granting result meet the loan departure condition of the intelligent contract, sending a loan application to the loan institution;
(7) calling an interface of the intelligent contract, recording a loan contract to the block chain, and signing and generating by the loan applicant and the loan institution after the loan institution audits the assessment credit granting result;
(8) calling an interface of the intelligent contract, and recording loan record information to the block chain, wherein the loan record information is a record of the loan institution issuing an agreed payment to the loan applicant according to the loan contract;
(9) and the repayment information of the loan applicant is recorded into the block chain and is authorized to a credit investigation institution through a preset channel on the block chain, so that the credit investigation institution records the repayment information of the loan applicant and updates the credit investigation information of the loan applicant, the repayment information is generated each time the loan applicant repays according to the loan contract, and the preset channel comprises the guarantee institution, the loan institution and the credit investigation institution.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before issuing a loan application to the lending institution, the method further comprises the following steps:
(5-1) requiring the loan applicant to go to an evaluation institution to evaluate the patent value, and obtaining the evaluation value of the patent in the evaluation credit result;
(5-2) judging whether the loan amount agreed in the patent pledge contract is less than or equal to the evaluation value of the patent;
(5-3) if the amount of the loan agreed in the patent pledge contract is less than or equal to the evaluation price of the patent, determining that the patent pledge contract and the evaluation credit result meet the loan triggering condition of the intelligent contract;
(5-4) if the amount of the loan agreed in the patent pledge contract is larger than the converted evaluation price, determining that the patent pledge contract and the evaluation credit result do not meet the loan triggering condition of the intelligent contract.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the patent mortgage contract comprises an electronic signature of the loan applicant, the method includes collecting a face picture and a fingerprint sample of the loan applicant while signing the patent mortgage contract, and the method further comprises the following steps before calling an interface of a preset intelligent contract on the block chain and recording the patent mortgage contract to the block chain:
(6-1) performing character recognition on the first electronic signature to obtain a first text;
(6-2) comparing the first text with the name of the loan applicant to obtain a first comparison result;
(6-3) extracting the face verification on the face picture;
(6-4) comparing the extracted face features with the reserved face features of the loan applicant to obtain a second comparison result;
(6-5) collecting fingerprint information of the fingerprint sample;
(6-6) comparing the extracted applicant fingerprint information with the reserved fingerprint of the loan applicant to obtain a third comparison result;
(6-7) if the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result are all in accordance, executing a step of calling an intelligent contract interface preset on the block chain and recording the patent pledge contract to the block chain.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the patent pledge contract further includes a second electronic signature of the guaranty organization, and the method further includes the following steps before the interface of the intelligent contract preset on the blockchain is called to record the patent pledge contract into the blockchain:
comparing the second electronic signature with a reserved electronic signature of the guaranty institution to obtain a fourth comparison result; and if the fourth comparison result is that the comparison is consistent, executing a step of calling an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the block chain and recording the patent pledge contract to the block chain.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
(8-1) if the loan applicant defaults to the loan contract, recording default claim information made by the loan institution according to the default behavior of the loan applicant to the block chain;
(8-2) if the default claim settlement information meets the claim settlement triggering condition of the intelligent contract, initiating a claim settlement request to the guarantee agency;
(8-3) calling an interface of the intelligent contract, and recording claim settlement record information to the block chain, wherein the claim settlement record information is a record of the guarantee institution for performing claim settlement to the loan institution according to the claim settlement request.
