Abstract
本发明公开了一种全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,包括基板,基板上设有多组贴片灯珠组,每组贴片灯珠组包括多颗全光谱的白光灯珠和一颗以上用于调节光谱的波长为620‑730nm的红光灯珠。另外,本发明还公开了一种应用全光谱护眼LED灯板结构的灯具,该灯具可以为吸顶灯,台灯,落地灯,面板灯,教室灯,黑板灯,筒灯,灯带,球泡等不同的照明灯具,满足不同应用场景或不同用户需求。本发明与常规照明灯具相比,常规灯具的蓝光值达到1.0以上,本发明经过红光灯珠调配后,光谱内的蓝光值可低于0.8,起到了护眼功能,且显色指数RA大于96,通过降低蓝光达到呵护眼睛的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED 技术领域,尤其涉及一种全光谱护眼LED灯板结构和灯具。
背景技术
目前大部分LED灯的灯板都是由蓝光灯珠激发一种或者多种荧光粉,最终由蓝光和荧光粉发出的光混合而成白光,从而实现照明的效果。蓝光的波长属于380—500nm,属于高能量的可见光,因此一般LED的光谱的蓝光值会达到1.0以上(如图1所示),而其他的波长范围相对辐射强度很低。虽然短波蓝光是可见光的重要组成部分,但由于其波长短,能量高,能够直接穿透晶状体直达眼底视网膜,长期照射会对肉眼造成不利的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低蓝光光谱的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构和应用该灯板结构的灯具。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,包括基板,所述基板上设有多组贴片灯珠组,每组所述贴片灯珠组包括多颗全光谱的白光灯珠和一颗以上用于调节光谱的波长为620-730nm的红光灯珠。
进一步地,每组所述贴片灯珠组内所包括的所述白光灯珠数量为3-10颗。
进一步地,所述白光灯珠的表面设有黄色荧光粉。
进一步地,所述贴片灯珠组内的白光灯珠和红光灯珠串联连接,所述贴片灯珠组之间并联连接至电源的正负极两端。
本发明还公开了一种灯具,该灯具设有上述的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构可用于不同的灯具上,例如吸顶灯,台灯,落地灯,面板灯,教室灯,黑板灯,筒灯,灯带,球泡等不同的照明灯具且都可达到护眼功能,满足不同应用场景或不同用户需求。本发明的灯板与常规照明灯具相比,常规灯具的蓝光值达到1.0以上,本发明经过红光灯珠调配后,光谱内的蓝光值可低于0.8,起到了护眼功能,且显色指数RA大于96,通过降低蓝光达到呵护眼睛的效果。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
如图2所示,本发明所公开了一种全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,包括基板10,基板10上设有多组贴片灯珠组20,根据灯具的结构及外观不同,灯板的形状可以设计为圆形、三角形或者长条形等形状。本实施例中,如图2所示的灯板结构为长方形结构,该灯板上设有4组贴片灯珠组20。每组贴片灯珠组20的灯珠总数量为6颗,其中包括5颗全光谱(即发出的光线频率范围为350nm以下-838nm以上)的白光灯珠21和一颗用于调节光谱的波长为620-730nm的红光灯珠22。白光灯珠21的表面设有黄色荧光粉,令白光灯珠21的发出的光线主要以4000K色温为中心值,以接近自然光为主要色温。红光灯珠22发出的光线和其他的白光灯珠21的光线混合后,光谱图如图3所示,从图3中可以看出,频率位于350-513nm范围内的蓝光相对光谱值较图1所示的蓝光相对光谱值相比,图3光谱内的蓝光值可低于0.8,由此可知,相比传统的LED灯,本发明起到了护眼功能,且显色指数RA大于96,通过降低蓝光达到呵护眼睛的效果。而针对不同形状或者长度的灯具,每组贴片灯珠组20内所包括的白光灯珠21数量控制在3-10颗的范围内,以保证用于调配的红光灯珠22均匀地调配周边白光灯珠21的光线,避免造成色温不一致的情况。并且,贴片灯珠组20内的白光灯珠21灯珠和红光灯珠22串联连接,贴片灯珠组20之间并联连接电源正负极,通过采用串联和并联方式的组合,在每颗灯珠的规格保证一致性情况下,采用这样的连接方式使得所有支路(即每组贴片灯珠组20)的电压基本相等,每一支路上流过的电流也基本一致,令每颗灯珠的亮度保持一致,以提高护眼效果。并且,上述的光源整体串并结合上灯具电源输入电压及电流进行配比设计。令灯具设计输入电源采用高PF无频闪,人眼能观察到的舒适光波,显著提高护眼照明的效果。而由于灯具分不同的透光材质,根据发光材质不同所选择的红光灯珠22的数量也需要调整。通常地,采用PS及PC或PMMA单独一种透光材料时,每一组贴片灯珠组20可采用白光灯珠21和红光灯珠22的数量比为5比1或6比1的配合比例即可达到全光谱护眼功能。但透光材料采用多层光学材料则需要改变配光比例,例如PS凌晶板+PC光学透镜的材料则需在上述配比上额外多加1份比例的红光灯珠22才能达到全光谱护眼功能。
本发明还公开了一种应用全光谱护眼LED灯板结构的灯具,该灯具可以为吸顶灯,台灯,落地灯,面板灯,教室灯,黑板灯,筒灯,灯带,球泡等不同的照明灯具,满足不同应用场景或不同用户需求。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,其特征在于:包括基板,所述基板上设有多组贴片灯珠组,每组所述贴片灯珠组包括多颗全光谱的白光灯珠和一颗以上用于调节光谱的波长为620-730nm的红光灯珠。
2.如权利要求1所述的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,其特征在于:每组所述贴片灯珠组内所包括的所述白光灯珠数量为3-10颗。
3.如权利要求2所述的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,其特征在于:所述白光灯珠的表面设有黄色荧光粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构,其特征在于:所述贴片灯珠组内的白光灯珠和红光灯珠串联连接,所述贴片灯珠组之间并联连接至电源的正负极两端。
5.一种灯具,其特征在于:所述灯具设有权利要求1所述的全光谱护眼LED灯板结构。
