Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile industry, and particularly relates to a processing method for improving wear resistance of durable press ready-made clothes.
Background
The ready-made garment non-ironing shirt is generally manufactured by taking mercerized, liquid ammonia and preshrinked all-cotton high-count high-density fabric or cotton polyester fabric (CVC) as raw materials, sewing the ready-made garment into the shirt, and then finishing the ready-made garment. Garment ironing-free shirts are popular with consumers due to their flat appearance and easy-to-handle characteristics, but the fabric strength and wear resistance of shirts are inevitably reduced after resin ironing-free finishing during the processing process. According to market feedback and related literature reports, pure cotton ironing-free shirts are more easily worn than common shirts, particularly the collar and cuff parts of the shirts are most easily worn, mainly because the collar and the cuff edges of the shirts are most easily rubbed with human bodies or other external substances in daily wearing processes, and the parts of the shirts are easily rubbed with a washing machine and a dryer to be worn in washing processes, so that the parts are easily damaged, but other parts of the shirts are still intact to influence the wearing durability of the shirts, the service life of the ironing-free shirts is forced to be reduced, and the ironing-free shirts are generally worn and worn about 30 times after washing water.
For example, chinese invention patent, application number: CN201811218798.1, publication No.: CN111074625A discloses a polyurethane ready-made clothes wash-and-wear finishing liquid and wash-and-wear finishing process, which adopts polyurethane, magnesium chloride, formaldehyde scavenger and deionized water, and adopts the methods of washing, stacking, dispensing, preparing, dipping, squeezing, constant humidity drying, shaping, pressing, baking and shaping, slow cooling and rewetting, cleaning and the like, but the following problems can be found through analysis:
Still not solving the wear resistance, through the test, wear resistance is reduced by 40% compared with the prior test, and can be irreversible chlorine absorption brittle loss caused by independently using polyurethane, so that the tearing and breaking strength of the fabric are reduced, and the wearing life of the shirt is influenced.

Test protocol
The performances such as formaldehyde content, breaking strength, tearing strength, appearance flatness after washing and wear resistance are tested by referring to GB/T2912.2-2009, GB/T3923.1-2013, GB/T3917.1-2009, GB/T13769-2009 and GB/T21196.2-2007. The following patents are referred to for the conventional non-ironing technical scheme: application number: CN201811218798.1, publication No.: CN111074625A discloses a polyurethane ready-made garment wash-and-wear finishing liquid and wash-and-wear finishing process, example 1 of specific embodiments of the specification.
Table 1 test results
From the combination of table 1, it can be obviously found that the method of the application not only reaches the national standard, but also is significantly better than the conventional non-ironing effect; for example, the formaldehyde content is 36mg/kg, the breaking strength is 279N, the tearing strength is 9.4N, the appearance flatness after washing can reach the national standard of 3.5 grade respectively, and the wear resistance reaches over 20000.
Further, regarding the wear resistance of the core, the following is concrete:
Example 2:16000,
Example 3:16000,
Example 4:18000,
Comparative example 1:11000,
Comparative example 2:9000.
The specific analysis is as follows: the wash-and-wear working solution plays a key role and improves the wear resistance; meanwhile, a double-resin and double-catalyst system is innovatively designed, and two different types of resins are utilized to react with cellulose under the action of two catalysts, so that the wear resistance of the ready-made garment non-ironing ready-made garment can be effectively improved, and other non-ironing indexes can not be influenced. Specifically, N-hydroxymethyl dihydroxyethylene urea and dimethyl dihydroxyethylene urea react with each other under the action of dicyandiamide (DCD), and simultaneously, two products react with cellulose groups under the action of magnesium chloride, wherein water-soluble polyurethane and/or nonionic modified polysiloxane can improve the hand feeling of the fabric, the wearing comfort is improved, the polyethylene dispersion can improve the strength of the fabric and the hand feeling, and magnesium chloride and dicyandiamide are used as a catalyst for reaction to improve the reaction efficiency.
The foregoing is a further elaboration of the present invention in connection with the detailed description, and it is not intended that the invention be limited to the specific embodiments shown, but rather that a number of simple deductions or substitutions be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, should be considered as falling within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
