In order to realize the efficient automatic vacuum packaging and cutting treatment of the inhalant tablet, the packaging mechanism comprises a heat sealing frame 301, a movable sealing strip 302, a vacuum pump 303 and an air suction pipe 304, two first electric push rods 305 are symmetrically arranged at the top of the movable frame 30, the heat sealing frame 301 is arranged at one end of a driving shaft of the two first electric push rods 305, the movable sealing strip 302 is arranged in the heat sealing frame 301 in a sliding manner at the front side, the second electric push rods 306 are arranged at two sides of the top of the movable sealing strip 302, the vacuum pump 303 is arranged on the front side of the fixed frame 20, the output end of the vacuum pump 303 is communicated with the air suction pipe 304, and one end of the air suction pipe 304 movably extends into the fixed frame 20; when the getter tablets are subjected to vacuum packaging, the getter tablets are conveyed to the fixed frame 20, then the movable frame 30 drives the packaging film above the getter tablets to be attached to the upper surface of the getter tablets, the two first electric push rods 305 drive the shaft to push the heat-sealing frame 301 to move downwards until the three circles at the bottom of the heat-sealing frame 301 are subjected to heat-sealing treatment on the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film of the getter tablets, then the vacuum pump 303 is started, air around the getter tablets inside the packaging film is subjected to vacuum pumping treatment through the air suction pipe 304, and finally the movable seal strip 302 is pushed downwards through the second electric push rod 306 to perform heat-sealing treatment on the front side of the getter tablets so as to finish the vacuum packaging treatment on the getter tablets; the cutting assembly comprises a cutting frame 401, the cutting frame 401 is positioned in the movable frame 30 and is in sliding connection, third electric push rods 402 are arranged on two sides of the top of the fixed frame 20, one end of a driving shaft of each of the two third electric push rods 402 is fixedly connected with the top of the cutting frame 401, cutting blades are arranged at the bottom of the cutting frame 401, cutting grooves matched with the cutting blades are formed in the top of the rotating plate 201, after vacuum packaging processing of getter tablets is completed by using a packaging mechanism, the cutting frame 401 is pushed downwards by using the third electric push rods 402, after the bottom of the cutting frame 401 is contacted with the top of the rotating plate 201, the cutting blades enter the cutting grooves, the packaged getter tablets are separated from the upper and lower packaging films, automatic cutting processing of the packaged getter tablets is realized, and automatic packaging and discharging operation of the getter tablets are realized by matching with a discharging mechanism, ensuring the continuous vacuum packaging treatment of the getter tablet.
The working principle is as follows:
the getter tablets to be packaged are loaded into the feeding frame 40, the two second servo electric cylinders 110 drive the driving shaft to drive the feeding frame 101 to slide into the material taking groove 113, the feeding frame 101 presses the rear side of the material falling frame 112 into the feeding frame 40, the getter tablets positioned at the lowest position in the material discharging groove 111 fall into the feeding groove 104, and after the feeding frame 101 slides out of the material taking groove 113, the bottom of the material discharging groove 111 is sealed through the material falling frame 112;
after the getter tablet is placed in the feeding groove 104, the bottom of the getter tablet is supported through the first supporting plate 102 and the second supporting plate 103, then the two second servo electric cylinders 110 drive shafts push the feeding frame 101 to slide forwards, the two movable rods 106 on the front surface of the feeding frame 101 are in contact with one side of the inner wall of the fixed frame 20 to push the two movable rods 106 to the inside of the mounting frame, one ends of the two movable rods 106 push the first supporting plate 102 to slide backwards, and meanwhile, the two first servo electric cylinders 109 drive shafts drive the second supporting plate 103 to slide forwards, so that the getter tablet in the feeding groove 104 automatically falls onto the fixed frame 20;
the movable frame 30 drives the upper packaging film to be attached to the upper surface of the getter tablet, the two first electric push rods 305 drive the shaft to push the heat-sealing frame 301 to move downwards until three circles at the bottom of the heat-sealing frame 301 carry out heat-sealing treatment on the upper and lower packaging films of the getter tablet, then the vacuum pump 303 is started, air around the getter tablet inside the packaging film is vacuumized through the exhaust pipe 304, and finally the movable seal strip 302 is pushed downwards through the second electric push rod 306 to carry out heat-sealing treatment on the front side of the getter tablet, so that the vacuum packaging treatment on the getter tablet is completed;
after the vacuum packaging processing of the getter tablets is finished by using the packaging mechanism, the cutting frame 401 is pushed downwards by using the third electric push rod 402, and after the bottom of the cutting frame 401 is contacted with the top of the rotating plate 201, the cutting blade enters the cutting groove, so that the packaged getter tablets are separated from the inner parts of the upper and lower packaging films, and the automatic cutting processing of the packaged getter tablets is realized;
and finally, controlling the two limit plates 206 at the bottom of the fixed frame 20 to rotate to one side, driving the rotating shaft 203 to rotate by the servo motor 204 through the two gears 205 in meshing transmission, so that the rotating plate 201 rotates in the rotating groove 202, the front side of the rotating plate 201 turns downwards, the getter sheets packaged on the rotating plate 201 slide to the discharging frame 50 and then are automatically discharged, and continuously feeding the getter sheets to the fixed frame 20 through the feeding frame 101 to start the next getter sheet vacuum packaging operation.

the movable frame (30) drives the packaging film above to be attached to the upper surface of the getter pressing sheet, the two first electric push rods (305) drive shafts push the heat sealing frame (301) to move downwards until three circles of the bottom of the heat sealing frame (301) carry out heat sealing treatment on the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film of the getter pressing sheet, then a vacuum pump (303) is started, air around the getter pressing sheet located inside the packaging film is vacuumized through an air exhaust pipe (304), and finally the movable sealing strip (302) is pushed downwards through the second electric push rod (306) to carry out heat sealing treatment on the front side of the getter pressing sheet, so that vacuum packaging treatment on the getter pressing sheet is completed;
