技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是一种防晒化妆品组合物。
背景技术
皮肤暴露于日光照射可能产生不良健康后果(例如皮肤癌和其它皮肤病),有时直到暴露后数年才得以显现,因过度暴露即刻出现的晒伤是痛性的且自身可能成为严重的急性健康问题。防晒产品可减少暴露于日光射线期间皮肤接受的日光UV照射量,典型的防晒产品制剂是化妆水、喷雾剂、霜剂、软膏剂或凝胶,其包含针对紫外线传输的化学和/或物理屏障。它们在其防止皮肤受到UV照射的物理和生化作用的能力方面变化很大。
在现有的防晒产品中,防晒剂和UV过滤剂是防晒产品的重要组分,它们通常用于防止日光有害射线导致的皮肤的恶化或加速衰老过程,这些活性组分典型地以提供2-约50或以上的防日光系数(SPF)值的量存在。但现有的防晒产品存在以下技术问题:
1.市售的防晒产品中使用的有机防晒剂(例如PABA、乙基己基-甲氧基肉桂酸酯、水杨酸高甲酯、水杨酸辛酯和丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(阿伏苯宗)等)不仅成本高,而且许多防晒剂产品具有不期望的美学特性,这可能限制其应用;
2.市售的防晒产品为了提高防日光系数(SPF)值,导致防晒产品涂覆在皮肤上的肤感比较黏腻厚重,涂覆后皮肤不能自由呼吸。
术语说明
本发明中所记载的“防晒”是指抵御紫外线对皮肤的伤害,更具体的,太阳光谱的光学区可分为三部份:紫外区、可见区和红外区,紫外区有最短的波长和最高的能量,这部分能量足以引起光化学反应。太阳发射到达地球的能量中,紫外区(波长为<400nm)约占15%,可见光区(波长为400-750nm)约占60%,红外区(波长为>750nm)约占25%。在紫外区中,紫外线(UVB,波长为290-320nm)只占该区总能量的1-2%。由于大气层的散射和通过上层大气臭养的吸附作用,到达地球最短波长的紫外线会改变。紫外线照射头发和皮肤短期效应表现为晒伤,长期效应往往是积聚性,表现为光至老化、组织破坏和皮肤癌等。
以重量百分比提供的所有用量是相对于完整组合物而言(即包括溶剂或媒介物),另有描述的除外。应当理解,指定组合物中的所有重量百分比的总和不超过100%。
术语“角质表面”包括皮肤、毛发、睫毛和指甲。术语“皮肤”预期包括面部、颈部、胸部、臂、手、唇的皮肤等。
术语“主要由…组成”意指仅包括那些实质上不改变本发明组合物的基本和新特征的组分,本发明组合物的基本和新特征包括、但不限于化妆品的SPF和/或漫透射比/柔和聚焦度(soft focus)。

发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供防晒化妆品组合物,该防晒化妆品组合物在提供赋予对UV射线的防护作用的基础上,同时对皮肤提供期望的美学效果,并且该防晒剂组合涂覆在皮肤上的肤感清爽不粘腻。
根据上述目的和其它目的,令人惊奇地发现,包含防晒剂与(a)高分子流变调节剂、(b)乳化剂、(c)高分子成膜剂、(d)多元醇保湿剂、(e)润肤油脂的组合的组合物与不含五种组分(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)和(e)的任意一种而在其它方面相同的组合物比较可以提供SPF的改善。在一些实施方案中,这种改善是协同性的,其含义是指SPF的改善超过单独使用组分(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)和(e)时观察到的SPF改善的累加作用。在一些实施方案中,组合物的SPF大于另外相同的但不含组分(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)和(e)中的任意一种的组合物的SPF至少约10%以上、至少约20%以上、至少约30%以上、至少约40%或至少50%或以上。
本发明的组合物典型地包含防晒剂。防晒剂的量共同或各自占总组成的约0.5%-约50%,更典型地约1%-约20%,且更典型地约2.5%-约15%重量。
本发明还提供用于防止人表皮受到UV损害的方法,包含给人表皮、包括角质表面例如皮肤或毛发涂布本发明的组合物。
本发明的组合物有利地提供高漫透射比,这促成皮肤上的更自然的外观并且还用于掩蔽细线和斑点,从而促成人皮肤外观的总体改善。
本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物还包含颗粒的组合,更具体的,其包含有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒和有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒,防晒化妆品组合物还可添加聚合物颗粒(例如聚酰胺,例如多孔硅酸钠镁锂)、二氧化硅颗粒(例如球形二氧化硅颗粒)和硫酸钡颗粒(例如合成硫酸钡颗粒)。
在一实施例中,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物还包含一种或多种着色剂。适合的着色剂包括染料、颜料、色淀和颗粒填充剂。在一个实施方案中,所述组合物包括约0.1%-约10%重量的颜料,例如无机物氧化物,包括金属氧化物,例如氧化铁、二氧化钛、氧化锌等。示例性的无机颜料包括、但不限于无机氧化物和氢氧化物,例如氧化镁、氢氧化镁、氧化钙、氢氧化钙、氧化铝、氢氧化铝、氧化铁(α-Fe2O3、γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4、FeO)和氢氧化铁包括氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、二氧化钛、钛的低氧化物、氧化锆、氧化铬、氢氧化铬、氧化锰、氢氧化锰、氧化钴、氢氧化钴、氧化铈、氢氧化铈、氧化镍、氢氧化镍、氧化锌和氢氧化锌,以及复合氧化物和复合氢氧化物例如钛酸铁、钛酸钴和铝酸钴等。所述无机氧化物颗粒可以包含任选的涂料,例如,二氧化硅、钛白等。在一个实施方案中,所述颜料具有5nm-100μm、或5nm-250μm、或10nm-100μm的粒径。在一些实施方案中,粒径(中值)应当小于约5μm、或小于1μm。

本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物包含乳化剂,乳化剂包括花生醇葡糖苷,防晒化妆品组合物典型地包含足以使该防晒化妆品组合物稳定用量的乳化剂。

本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物包含多元醇保湿剂,多元醇保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、山梨糖醇、聚甘油-10和聚甘油-6中的至少一种。
本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物包含润肤油脂,润肤油脂为植物油、硅油、合成油脂、硅油类油脂和植物合成蜡中的至少一种。硅油类油脂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、硅弹性体和鲸蜡硬脂基聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物中的至少一种。合成油脂选自肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三异硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯、新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯和异十二烷中的至少一种。
本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物典型地包含生理学可接受的媒介物。所谓“生理学可接受的”是指该媒介物对于接触人表皮是安全的。媒介物包括水,媒介物还可以包含亲水性有机溶剂。适合的亲水性溶剂包括、但不限于低级醇类(例如C2-C6醇类,例如乙醇);和二醇类,例如丁二醇、丙二醇、戊二醇、辛酰二醇等。所述媒介物还可以包含油,包括,例如,烃油、酯油、脂肪醇类和酯类和/或硅油。媒介物典型地占组合物的约1%-约99%重量,且更典型地约30%-约80%重量。可以将本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物配制成油包水型(W/O)乳剂、水包油型(O/W)乳剂。

本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物可以包含另外的具有抗衰老有益性的活性组分。示例性抗衰老组分包括、但不限于植物组分;硫代二丙酸(TDPA)及其酯类;维生素a酸类(例如全反式维甲酸、9-顺式维A酸、植烷酸、视黄醇等);羟酸(包括α羟酸和β羟酸)、水杨酸和水杨酸酯类;去角质剂(例如乙醇酸、3,6,9-三氧杂十一碳二酸等)、雌激素合成酶刺激化合物(例如咖啡因和衍生物);能够抑制5α还原酶活性的化合物(例如亚麻酸、亚油酸、非那雄胺及其混合物);屏障功能促进剂(例如神经酰胺类、甘油酯类、胆固醇及其酯类、α羟基和ω羟基脂肪酸及其酯类等);胶原酶抑制剂;和弹性蛋白酶抑制剂等。
本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物可以以任意类型的护发产品、唇用产品、皮肤护理产品和化妆品使用。这类化妆品可以包括、但不限于粉底、腮红、粉饼或散粉、遮瑕膏、古铜色化妆品、眼影和眼线膏。唇用产品包括、但不限于口红、唇彩、唇膏和保湿唇膏。本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物可以采取以化妆品为典型的任意形式。对于可以使用的媒介物的类型基本上没有限制,不过,它应当是接触人表皮可接受的。
本发明还包括用于防止人体皮肤受到UV损害的方法,包含将本发明的组合物施用于所述皮肤。在一些实施方案中,将所述组合物施用于人体皮肤,例如面部、手、身体或唇的皮肤。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
阳光中的紫外线部分的辐射会引起皮肤的生物学效应,一般情况下,首先出现红斑,然后形成棕褐色皮肤,即晒黑实际上棕褐色皮肤的出现是人体的自身保护反应,以减少阳光伤害作用。皮肤暴露于阳光下所产生红斑的强度取决于皮肤吸收的UV能量。一般经过2-3h的潜伏期后开始出现红斑,在10-24h内达到最高的强度。红斑和晒黑只是紫外线的生物学的直观表现,紫外线的生物学效应是复杂和多样性的。紫外线和可见光区引起的红斑波段内会刺激晒黑的响应,有三种类型的晒黑反应:即时晒黑、滞后晒黑、真正晒黑,也可看作黑色素生成。即时晒黑是300-600nm之间光波的能量刺激引起的,其最高效率波长范围位于340-360nm之间,这段能量的光波引起接近皮肤表面的表皮层内存在未氧化的黑色素颗粒即时黑色,并在暴露于阳光下约1h后达到最大值,在2-3h内开始消退。滞后晒黑包括表皮底部细胞层存在黑色素颗粒的氧化作用及其向皮肤表面的迁移过程,滞后晒黑在暴露阳光后1h后可能开始出现,约在几十个小时后达到峰值,然后,在100-200h内迅速消退。滞后晒黑和真正主要是引起红斑的辐射刺激产生的,其波长范围为295-320nm。真正晒黑约在暴晒阳光2天后开始,月2-3周后达到最大值。各种波长紫外线对皮肤的伤害也不一样,按照非离子辐射波段的区分,紫外线部份分为UVA、UVB、UVC,各段波长对人体伤害作用的机理是有区别的。
UVA是较长波的紫外线,波长范围为315-400nm,在340nm有一宽峰,UVA的穿透能力较强,可穿过玻璃窗和深入真皮层,产生很多光生物学的效应。与UVB不同,UVA诱发光生物学效应是间接得,需要有氧气的存在,实际上UVA还可分为三个区域:315-327nm波段,与UVB相似,表现出对细胞结构的直接作用;327-347nm波段,直接和间接得作用并存;347-400nm波段为间接作用段。UVA引起的即时红斑,红斑在2h内减弱,UVA引起的滞后红斑后红斑反应在6h达到峰值。UVB产生的滞后红斑反应在12-14h才达到峰值,UVA还会产生即时黑色素沉积黑化作用和新的黑色素的形成。UVA的晒黑响应与皮肤增殖无关,不像UVB晒黑引起表皮增厚,对皮肤有保护作用。在引起非黑癌性皮肤癌的作用UVB比UVA更有效,然而,UVA能诱发DNA损伤和红斑,诱发有色素沉着的和患白化病、豚鼠的鳞化细胞癌,较长波UVA(340-400nm)伤害作用较短驳UVA(320-340nm)为小。UVB引起即时和严重的皮肤伤害,UVA则引起长期、慢性的损伤,UVA渗透作用较UVB强;UVB和UVA都表现出对皮肤的致癌作用。本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物加强了对UVA的保护。
UVB波段,UVB的波长范围为290-320nm,其作用效率的峰值位于297.6nm附近,UVB可穿透臭氧层进入地球表面。目前,仍然认为UVB是太阳辐射对皮肤引起光生物效应的主要波段。UVB禁阻DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成,有丝分解的合成,使易分解的质粒和细胞膜萎缩,诱发早期和滞后的红斑响应,长期UVB作用会伤害皮肤的连接组织,它也是非黑癌性的皮肤癌的刺激因子,与UVA相似,长期UVB照射会引起鼠皮内葡胺聚糖和蛋白聚糖的增加,UVB的作用是直接的,不需要通过中间的光敏剂的过度。
UBC波段,UVC的波长范围为100-290nm,短于290nm的UVC不能穿过臭氧层进入地球表面,尽管UVC具有活性,会对组织构成伤害,但对一般人不构成伤害,特殊工种除外,如电焊工或长期使用光源的人,UVC不会引起晒黑作用,但会引起红斑。各波段紫外线对皮肤都会引起红斑,但产生最低可感知红斑的辐射剂量不同,UVA为20-50J/cm2,UVB为20-50mj/cm2,UVC为5-20Mj/cm2。本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物的防晒效果主要体现在防止UVA和UVB对皮肤的伤害。

目前得到同行业比较认可的是SPF活体测试法,就是招募志愿者,选定合适的测试对象,采取自然阳光或者人造太阳光源(氙气灯或高压金属卤素灯)进行,氙气灯光源的优点是其连续的发射谱在紫外区(290-400nm)的输出与太阳辐射相仿,可提供长时间稳定的恒定的光谱,角度可固定,并具有持续的高能量输出。氙弧灯的缺点是光谱与实际太阳光谱有差别,可见和红外输出比较低,与实际使用条件有区别,每次只能辐射一个位置,测试时间比较长。使用阳光辐照的优点是试验条件更符合日常实际情况,选定的志愿者自然的同时暴露于整个太阳光谱,可同时试验几种防晒产品,阳光辐照的缺点是日照的角度及时间和气候条件的改变,辐射强度也会变化,比如夏天和冬天,正中午和下午五点左右的紫外线照射的强度是完全不一样的,这些都会影响测试结果。当选定测试的志愿者后,正常情况下招募的志愿者都是20人,进行测试时,按照美国OTC专家组建议,进行测试时,防晒产品的参考标准用量为2ug/cm2,均匀的涂抹在测试部位,首先,测定未被保护皮肤的MED(Minimalerythema dose,即最少红斑剂量),以此参考MED,每次按25%的增幅增加辐射剂量,测定已被保护皮肤的MED,测得全部志愿者被防晒产品保护的MED和未经保护的MED后,进行统计平均计算,求得防晒产品的SPF和PA值。
SPF值得测试方法:SPF=(已被保护皮肤的最少红斑剂量)/(未被保护皮肤的最少红剂斑量),即SPF=MED(PS)/MED(US)。MED(PS)为已被保护皮肤引起红斑所需最低的紫外线剂量,MED(US)为未被保护皮肤引起红斑所需最低的紫外线量,SPF值越大,保护作用越强,PA和SPF也是一样,保护皮肤减少对UVA的伤害,PA值越大,对UVA的保护能力越强。
为了保护皮肤不受紫外线中UVA和UVB的伤害,防晒产品SPF和PA值,这二个值越大,防护能力越强,在实际的防晒产品的开发过程中,不仅要考虑到防晒指数SPF值和PA值,还需要考虑到不同的防晒剂的适配性、相容性及协同增效,同时也要考虑到防晒产品的温和性和成本,尽量做到防晒产品中少量添加防晒剂而达到高的SPF和PA值。
现有的防晒产品采用丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(阿伏苯宗)作为UVA防晒剂,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的最大吸收波长为357nm,但其光稳定性差,会在吸收紫外光子后发生异构化反应,异构化的分子丧失了吸收UVA段紫外线的能力,所以减弱了防晒产品在应用中的长期有效性,也正因为丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的光稳定性差导致该其可能会引发过敏等皮肤不适。
当受到光照后,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷会发生以下反应:
在防晒产品中添加奥克立林,,二苯酮-3,4-甲基苄基樟脑和2,6-萘二甲酸二乙基己酯的组合可以稳定丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷。
发明人还发现丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷加入至化妆品体系中存在以下技术问题:
(1)膏体型化妆品添加丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷时,膏体会出现变色现象,这与体系的pH和重金属离子的浓度有关,因此在配制膏霜时,可加螯合剂(如EDTA等)络合,防止变色;
(2)当含有丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的化妆品体系中使用二氧化钛时,可能会形成黄色复合物,从而导致产品变色发黄,特别化妆品体系中使用氧化铝包裹的二氧化钛时,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷会与金属离子形成有颜色的复合物,导致防晒效果的降低;
(3)当含有丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的化妆品体系中使用未包裹的氧化锌时,易与丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷形成不溶的锌的复合物,并且在化妆品体系中沉淀析出;
(4)当环境温度大于30℃时,化妆品体系中的丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷会与化妆品体系中含有亚甲基基团的组分发生反应,导致UVA吸收能力降低,以及防腐能力降低,因此含有丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷的化妆品体系要尽量避免添加咪唑烷基脲、重氮咪唑烷基脲、聚季铵盐-15、DMDM乙内酰脲等防腐剂;
(5)丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷与对羟基苯甲酸及酯类复配时显亮黄色;丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷和二甲基PABA乙基己酯复配时会形成黄色的复合物;丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷和甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯复配时会形成光催化的环加成反应,导致丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷更加不稳定更易被光分解,以至于会出现防晒指数下降等问题。
因此本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中采用二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯来替代丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷作为主要的UVA防晒剂。为了进一步提升防晒化妆品组合物中二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的光稳定性,防晒化妆品组合物中添加水杨酸乙基己酯、有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒和有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒。需要说明的是,氧化锌与二氧化钛组合使用时,可能会受化妆品体系的pH值影响导致凝聚,因此本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中采用有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒和有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒来避免出现凝聚的问题。发明人发现,二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒、有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒的组合防晒剂可以显著提升防晒化妆品组合物的光稳定性,增强了防晒化妆品组合物在应用中的长期有效性。
当然,由于有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒、有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒均是粉类材料,必须考虑到粉类材料有可能会吸附一定的香精和防腐剂。发明人发现本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中若采用辛酰羟肟酸和复配馨鲜酮作为防腐剂并不能达到防腐的目的。发明人经过进一步发现,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中采用1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇和馨鲜酮的组合作为防腐剂不仅能达到防腐的目的,还安全无刺激。
在防晒化妆品组合物的研究中,发明人认识到,良好的防晒剂溶解性,也就是说,让所有的防晒剂,可以在油相很好的溶解,并且,不再结晶,是保证一款防晒化妆品组合物防晒功效的关键原因。通过反复、多次、长期实验、观察,发明人发现,丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯可以起到很好的增容固体防晒剂的作用。因此,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中添加了丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、水杨酸乙基己酯和椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯中的至少一种。
另外,发明人发现,皮肤在涂抹防晒化妆品组合物后,随着溶剂的挥发,一些水溶性的组份会被锁定在薄膜内,这些组份会形成允许紫外线穿透皮肤的窗口,当防晒化妆品组合物适当添加一些水溶性防晒剂后,这些窗口就关闭了,因而,有助于完善对紫外线的防护,可以提高SPF值。当防晒化妆品组合物中同时存在油溶性和水溶性的防晒剂时,涂抹在皮肤上形成的薄膜,油溶性紫外线吸收剂的吸收峰朝短波UVB方向,而水溶性紫外线吸收剂的吸收峰朝UVA方向,这个效应,导致皮肤表面的薄膜具有更宽广的吸收光谱。防晒效果会更好。因此,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物中添加了适量的水溶性防晒剂苯基苯并咪唑磺酸,并用氨甲基丙醇中和,调节pH约为6,在显微镜下观察,未发现水溶性防晒剂苯基苯并咪唑磺酸有重结晶的问题。
解决了防晒剂合理配比的问题,防晒化妆品组合物中需要适当添加可以提高皮肤耐受力的原料,例如红没药醇、马齿苋提取物、燕麦提取物、龙胆根提取物等,这些原料,可以帮助皮肤解决两个问题:(1)避免防晒剂的刺激;(2)延迟皮肤发红的时间
以上都是探讨的成分问题,一款好的防晒化妆品组合物,剂型也很重要,油包水的体系,相比较水包油的体系,可以更好的做到抗水抗汗,这样,在皮肤表面涂抹后形成的保护膜,能够抵抗汗水、雨水、海水的破坏,延长保护皮肤的时间。水包油的体系,在有水的情况下,形成的保护膜容易被破坏,导致保护膜不完整,降低对皮肤的保护。要想做到清爽透气不粘腻,因此,优选的,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物采用的是水包油的体系,适合水包油的乳化剂很多。
在一实施例中,防晒化妆品组合物采用了清爽的水包油乳化剂,花生醇葡糖苷复配鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾,有一定的防水抗汗功效。
在一实施例中,为了让涂抹防晒化妆品组合物形成的保护膜更加完整,发明人在防晒化妆品组合物中添加了成膜剂三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸。
在一实施例中,本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物包括以下重量份的组分:
5-20重量份的防晒剂;
1-3重量份的高分子流变调节剂;
2-12重量份的乳化剂;
不超过5重量份的高分子成膜剂;
10-30重量份的多元醇保湿剂;
5-15重量份的润肤油脂;
20-100重量份的去离子纯化水。
其中,所述防晒剂包括:二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯(如市售的美丰HV-SUNSYN-DHHB或者巴斯夫A Plus Granular)、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪(如市售的巴斯夫Tinosorb S或者帝斯曼的Shield)、水杨酸乙基己酯(如市售的帝斯曼的Parsol EHS)、对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯(如市售的德之馨的Neo Heliopan E1000)、乙基己基三嗪酮(如市售的巴斯夫的T 150)和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(如市售的帝斯曼的HS)。上述防晒剂组合的防晒指数高,肤感清爽,并且能在防晒化妆品组合物中含量较低的范围内达到一个很高的防晒指数。双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪在波长340-360nm有一个很高的吸收峰值,能有效的吸收UVA,同时在波长290-300nm也有一个很高的吸收峰值,能有效的吸UVB;乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯,在波长330-360nm有个很高的吸收峰值,能有效的吸收UVA;对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯为UVB防晒剂,少量添加对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯能显著增加防晒指数,因此对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯可视为防晒增效剂。
其中,所述高分子流变调节剂为以下聚合物中的至少两种:(1)丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(如市售商品Pemulen TM TR-2聚合物和Pemulen TM TR-1聚合物);(2)卡波姆钠;(3)硅酸钠镁锂(如BYK公司的Laponite XLG XR);(4)微晶纤维素和纤维素胶的复合物(如市售商品Yidgin EN268)。发明人通过大量的试验发现:丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、卡波姆钠、硅酸钠镁锂、微晶纤维素和纤维素胶的复合物的组合作为高分子流变调节剂加入防晒化妆品组合物中时具有如下有益效果:(1)防晒化妆品组合物具有较强的假塑性,即水润果冻感外观;(2)可以克服防晒化妆品组合物中添加无机物引起的偏干涩的肤感;(3)避免防晒化妆品组合物中添加过多的高分子聚合物带来的粘腻不适感;(4)防止防晒化妆品组合物中的粉类材料聚集下沉,提高防晒化妆品组合物的稳定性;(5)增强防晒化妆品组合物的延展性和易涂抹性,能显著提升用户的使用体验。
其中,所述乳化剂的HLB值为5-12,进一步优选为6-11,更进一步优选为7-10,最优选为8-9.5。所述乳化剂为花生醇葡糖苷(HLB值为8.3)。所述乳化剂的添加量为1-12重量份,进一步优选为2-10重量份,更进一步优选为2-8重量份,如2-6重量份,3-6重量份,2-6重量份,4-6重量份,5-6重量份,具体如乳化剂的添加量为2份,3份,4份,5.5份,6份。乳化剂包括花生醇葡糖苷,该乳化剂在使用及储存过程中不易腐败,稳定性高,提高了防晒化妆品组合物的均一性、稳定性和安全性。
其中,所述高分子成膜剂包括丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物和三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯。所述高分子成膜剂可以提高防晒化妆品组合物的疏水性、抗皮脂性和耐磨性,使得防晒化妆品组合物的妆容更加持久。进一步优选地,所述高分子成膜剂是高分子聚合物与挥发性油剂的混合物,在使用过程中,随着挥发油剂的挥发形成一层柔软而均匀的膜。所述高分子成膜剂的添加量为不超过5重量份,进一步优选地,含量不超过3重量份;该含量范围内制得的防晒化妆品组合物同时兼具较好的妆容持久力和易清洗度。
其中,所述多元醇保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、山梨糖醇、聚甘油-10和聚甘油-6中的至少一种,进一步优选为1,3-丙二醇。所述多元醇保湿剂的添加量为10-30重量份;进一步优选为12-30重量份;又进一步优选为13-30重量份;如14-30重量份,15-30重量份,16-30重量份,18-30重量份;更进一步优选为18-29重量份,如18重量份,18.5重量份,19重量份,21重量份,25重量份,26重量份,27重量份,28重量份。进一步优选地,所述多元醇保湿剂为1,3-丙二醇,其添加量为10-30重量份。
其中,所述润肤油脂为植物油、硅油、合成油脂、硅油类油脂和植物合成蜡中的至少一种。优选的,所述润肤油脂为硅油类油脂和合成油脂复配,使得防晒化妆品组合物的霜刺激小、不容易引起粉刺,所述硅油类油脂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、硅弹性体和鲸蜡硬脂基聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物中的至少一种,所述合成油脂为椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、鲸蜡醇乙基己酸酯和丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯中的至少一种。
其中,所述去离子纯化水的pH控制在5.5-7.0,其添加量为20-100重量份。
防晒化妆品组合物中还添加了适量的水溶性防晒剂苯基苯并咪唑磺酸,并用氨甲基丙醇中和,调节pH约为6。
防晒化妆品组合物中还含有防腐剂。
为了进一步提升使用体验,防晒化妆品组合物中可以适当添加可以提高皮肤耐受力的原料,例如嗜热栖热菌(THERMUS THERMOPHILLUS)发酵产物、桦褐孔菌(INONOTUSOBLIQUUS)提取物、聚繖岩蔷嶶(CISTUS MONSPELIENSIS)提取物、菠萝(ANANAS SATIVUS)果提取物。
为了进一步提升使用体验,防晒化妆品组合物中还可以含有香精和功效保湿剂,所述功效保湿剂例如β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、熊果苷、聚谷氨酸、泛醇、海藻糖、生物多糖胶、马齿苋提取物、水仙鳞茎提取物和赤藓醇等。
与现有技术相比,防晒化妆品组合物具有以下的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物由于其特殊的果冻状外观,易涂抹,清爽透气不粘腻,防晒效果好;
(2)本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物具有优异的稳定性,易于储存,安全性高,抗水成膜性好,清爽度高,易清洁,用户体验度高;
(3)本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物长期使用不会出现皮肤暗沉、粉刺痤疮等皮肤问题,做好了防晒,也美白提亮了肌肤;
(4)本发明提供的防晒化妆品组合物通过SGS检测,SPF值测出为SPF50+PA+++,防晒效果显著。
实施例1
本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的具体组分配比如表1所示。
本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物为BB霜。

本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的制备过程为:用均质机分别将A相分散均匀,然后将B相混合加热溶解后加入A相,升温乳化均值15分钟,然后降温加入C和D,再均值5分钟后,加入E和F,搅拌至均匀,取部分膏体送检合格后出料。
对本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物进行如下性能试验
1.高温低温贮存稳定性试验
将本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物装入30mL的PET瓶中,在-10℃及40℃下循环存放3次,分别每次存放24h,即在-10℃存放24h后,在室温下存放24h,再放入40℃恒温箱中存放24h,依次循环3次,观察产品的稳定性,并根据3个等级判定基准(A级:与试验前相比,外观无明显渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象;B级:与试验前相比,有轻微渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象;C级:与试验前相比,有明显的渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象)进行判定。测试结果为A级,说明本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的高温低温贮存稳定性优异。
2.离心稳定性试验
将本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物静置一天,取8-10g膏体于离心管,在离心机中4000r/min,离心60min,观察产品的稳定性,并根据3个等级判定基准(A级:与试验前相比,外观无明显渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象;B级:与试验前相比,有轻微渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象;C级:与试验前相比,有明显的渗油、析水、粗粒或破乳现象)进行判定。测试结果为A级,说明本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的离心稳定性优异。
3.抗水成膜性测试
具体测试方法如下:
a.选取80位女性受试者,年龄范围20-45岁,随机分为8组,每组10人,先用墨水将受试者左脸和右脸染色;
b.在染色部位涂上本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物;
c.用SLES溶液洗掉受试者测试部位的墨水,并观察测试部位的颜色深浅,颜色深浅通过8位熟练研究人员进行打分,没有颜色为0分,颜色跟未冲洗前一样的为10分,计算平均得分。测试结果为平均得分9.8,说明本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的抗水成膜性优异。
4.清爽性测试
选取80个有使用彩妆产品习惯的女性受试者,年龄范围20-45岁,随机分为8组,每组10人。受试者依次经过洁面,爽肤水,护肤乳后涂抹本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物,感官评价产品的清爽性,打分标准为1-10分(分数越高说明清爽性满意度越高),计算平均得分。测试结果为平均得分9.6,说明本实施例提供的防晒化妆品组合物的清爽性优异,无油腻感。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒化妆品组合物包括有机硅包裹的氧化锌颗粒和有机硅包裹的二氧化钛颗粒,所述防晒化妆品组合物还包括以下重量份的组分:
5-20重量份的防晒剂;
1-3重量份的高分子流变调节剂;
2-12重量份的乳化剂;
不超过5重量份的高分子成膜剂;
10-30重量份的多元醇保湿剂;
5-15重量份的润肤油脂;
20-100重量份的去离子纯化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒剂包括二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、水杨酸乙基己酯、对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、乙基己基三嗪酮和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸和苯基苯并咪唑磺酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述高分子流变调节剂包括丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、卡波姆钠、硅酸钠镁锂、微晶纤维素和纤维素胶的复合物中的至少两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述高分子流变调节剂由所述丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、所述微晶纤维素和纤维素胶的复合物、所述卡波姆钠和所述硅酸钠镁锂组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为花生醇葡糖苷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述高分子成膜剂包括丙烯酸(酯)类/聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物和三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述多元醇保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、山梨糖醇、聚甘油-10和聚甘油-6中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述多元醇保湿剂为1,3-丙二醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述润肤油脂为植物油、硅油、合成油脂、硅油类油脂和植物合成蜡中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述防晒化妆品组合物中还含有防腐剂,所述防腐剂包括1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇和馨鲜酮。
