Therefore, the water tank assembly 3 is simple in structure, high in stability and free of influence of high-temperature cooking environment.

1. A water tank assembly of a household appliance comprises a water tank (31) and a water tank seat (32) for accommodating the water tank (31), wherein the front end of the water tank seat (32) is provided with an opening (320) for the inlet and outlet of the water tank (31), the water tank (31) can be connected in the water tank seat (32) in a relatively sliding way and can extend out from the opening (320) of the water tank seat (32), the water tank assembly is characterized in that the water tank seat (32) is formed by buckling an upper cover (32 a) and a lower cover (32 b) up and down, the front end of the upper cover (32 a) is provided with an insertion slot (321) up and down in a penetrating way, the left side and the right side of the upper cover (32 a) are respectively provided with a left baffle (51) and a right baffle (52) in a left-right rotating way, the left baffle (51) and the right baffle (52) are respectively vertically arranged and extend left and right, and the front end of the lower cover (32 b) is provided with a lower baffle (53) extending in a front-back rotating way,

when the water tank (31) is moved out of the water tank seat (32), the left baffle plate (51) and the right baffle plate (52) are respectively rotated into the slots (321), the lower baffle plate (53) is turned upwards, the left baffle plate (51), the right baffle plate (52) and the lower baffle plate (53) are spliced to shield the opening (320) of the water tank seat (32),
a weight (6) is hung on the lower baffle plate (53), in an initial state, the first end of the lower baffle plate (53) along the front-back direction has the tendency of turning upwards, the upper surface of the first end is propped against the bottom surface of the water tank (31),
when the water tank (31) is moved out of the water tank seat (32), the first end of the baffle plate (53) is driven to turn upwards by the gravity of the counterweight part (6),
the left end of the left baffle plate (51) is rotationally connected through a left rotating shaft (511) extending forwards and backwards, the right end of the right baffle plate (52) is rotationally connected through a right rotating shaft (521) extending forwards and backwards, and in an initial state, the right end of the left baffle plate (51) and the left end of the right baffle plate (52) respectively have the tendency of being screwed into the inserting grooves (321),
the left end of the left flap (51) is connected to the left side of the first end of the lower flap (53) by a left link (71), and the right end of the right flap (52) is connected to the right side of the first end of the lower flap (53) by a right link (72).

The water tank assembly of electric home appliances as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end of the lower baffle (53) is a rear end of the lower baffle (53), and the weight (6) is suspended at a front end of the lower baffle (53), and the lower baffle (53) is inclined forward from front to rear and is positioned at a lower front side of the left baffle (51) and the right baffle (52) in a state that the water tank (31) is moved out of the tank seat (32).

The water tank assembly of a home appliance according to claim 4~6, wherein said left side of said water tank holder (32) is provided with a left roller (61), said left roller (61) rotates left and right about a left rotation shaft (611) extending forward and backward, a hanging string (60) of said weight member (6) on said front shaft (531) of said side is wound on said left roller (61),
a right roller (62) is arranged on the right side of the water tank seat (32), the right roller (62) rotates left and right by taking a right rotating shaft (621) extending back and forth as a center, and a suspension rope (60) of a counterweight (6) on a front shaft (531) on the side is wound on the right roller (62).
