A yoghourt fermentation system capable of preparing yoghourt with various consistencies comprises a rack (1) provided with supporting legs and is characterized in that a circular groove (101) is arranged in the rack (1), a transfer cylinder (2) is rotationally connected in the circular groove (101), a plurality of transfer grooves (201) are formed in the transfer cylinder (2), a primary mixing block (3) is arranged on the upper side of the rack (1), a primary mixing groove (4) communicated with the transfer grooves (201) is formed in the primary mixing block (3), a primary mixing mechanism is arranged in the primary mixing groove (4), a main material box (5) and an auxiliary material box (6) are respectively arranged at the top of the primary mixing block (3), the main material box (5) and the auxiliary material box (6) are connected with the primary mixing mechanism, a fermentation tank (7) communicated with the transfer grooves (201) and used for yoghourt fermentation is arranged on the lower side of the rack (1), each fermentation tank (7) is internally provided with a stirring rod (701) for stirring the yoghourt, the fermentation tank (7) is provided with a discharge pipe (702), the rack (1) is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the stirring rod (701) to work, and the transfer cylinder (2) is connected with the driving mechanism through a transmission assembly.

The yogurt fermentation system capable of preparing yogurt of multiple consistencies according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a supporting plate (8) fixedly arranged on the frame (1), a driving motor (801) is arranged on the supporting plate (8), the output end of the driving motor (801) penetrates through the supporting plate (8) and is connected with a rotating shaft (802), first synchronizing wheels (9) are arranged on the rotating shaft (802) and the stirring rods (701), a first belt (901) is arranged between the two first synchronizing wheels (9), second synchronizing wheels (902) are arranged on two adjacent stirring rods (701), and a second belt (903) is arranged between the two second synchronizing wheels (902).

The yogurt fermentation system capable of preparing yogurt of multiple consistency according to claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a rotating rod (11) rotatably connected with the transfer cylinder (2), the rotating rod (11) is provided with a driven gear (111), the rotating shaft (802) is provided with a driving gear (8021) meshed with the driven gear (111), the transmission assembly further comprises a first gear (112) fixedly arranged on the rotating rod (11), the transfer cylinder (2) is fixedly provided with a gear ring (10), a second gear (121) is meshed between the gear ring (10) and the first gear (112), the second gear (121) is connected with an L-shaped plate (12) through a pin shaft, and the L-shaped plate (12) is fixedly connected with the frame (1).

The yogurt fermentation system capable of preparing yogurt of multiple consistencies according to claim 3, wherein a connecting plate (13) is arranged in the transfer tank (201), a stirring shaft (131) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the connecting plate (13), stirring blades (132) are arranged on the stirring shaft (131), driven bevel gears (133) are further arranged on the stirring shaft (131), and driving bevel gears (113) which are matched with the driven bevel gears (133) are arranged on the rotating rod (11).
