Specifically, if receiving the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal, in order to supervise the test personnel to receive the test materials, prompt information for receiving the test materials needs to be sent to the material manager terminal and the test personnel terminal respectively, the prompt information can be sent by mails or other communication tools, at this time, the material manager and the tester can both receive the prompt information of getting the test material, based on the prompt information of getting the test material, the tester gets the test material to the corresponding storage position of the laboratory, meanwhile, a material manager supervises the testers to take the test materials, prevents the testers from getting the test materials more or wrong, fills corresponding information in material labels stuck on the test materials after the testers take the test materials, i.e., filling in the tester name under the current user heading, filling in the borrowing under the current status heading, filling in specific use time under the use time title item, so that other testers check the current state of the test material, when the testing personnel returns the testing materials, the information filled by the testing personnel in the label is erased, the testing materials are returned to the position before borrowing, simultaneously logging in the material management system to carry out the returning operation of the corresponding material, generating returning prompt information based on the returning operation, and after receiving the returned prompt information, the material management personnel checks various information corresponding to the returned test materials, including returned position information, whether the test materials are damaged or not and the like, and agrees to the returning operation of the test materials in the material management system after confirming that the test materials are correct.
Further, after receiving the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal, in order to avoid repeated getting of the test materials, the method further includes: changing the material state information corresponding to the test material in the preset material information table into occupied material state information based on the audit passing information; when receiving an acquisition request for occupied test materials sent by other tester terminals, feeding back prompt information for forbidding to take the occupied test materials to the other tester terminals.
Specifically, after the audit is passed, the material state information corresponding to the test material in the preset material information table of the material management system is changed into occupied, other testers log in the material management system to see corresponding occupied information, if other testers want to receive the test material based on the occupied information, the material management system feeds back prompt information for prohibiting receiving the occupied test material to other testers when receiving an acquisition request for the occupied test material sent by other testers, and it needs to be noted that the prompt information may be character information such as NO, and the like, or other prompt information, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
Further, after the approval sheet is sent to an auditor for auditing, if the auditor fails to audit, the method further includes: and if receiving the audit failure information fed back by the audit staff terminal, respectively sending prompt information for forbidding to receive the test materials to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, so that the material manager forbids the tester to receive the test materials privately based on the prompt information for forbidding to receive the test materials.
Specifically, if receiving the non-approved audit information fed back by the auditor terminal, in order to prohibit the tester from getting the test material, prompt information for prohibiting getting the test material needs to be sent to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, respectively, and the prompt information may be sent through a mail or other communication tools, at this time, both the material manager and the tester may receive the prompt information for prohibiting getting the test material, and based on the prompt information for prohibiting getting the test material, if the tester gets the test material, the material manager may prohibit the tester from getting the test material.
According to another test material management method provided by the invention, compared with the mode that a tester manages test materials in a document at present, the method receives an acquisition request of the test materials, wherein the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test materials; generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information; then, acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template; meanwhile, generating a material examination and approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and sending the material examination and approval sheet to an auditor for auditing; finally, if audit passing information fed back by the audit staff terminal is received, sending prompt information for getting the test materials to the tester terminal, generating a test template corresponding to the test materials based on identification information of the test materials carried in an acquisition request of the tester, obtaining material information filled in the test template by the tester, generating an approval sheet corresponding to the test materials based on the material information, and sending the approval sheet to the audit staff terminal, and finally prompting the tester to get the test materials based on the audit passing information fed back by the audit staff terminal.
Further, as a specific implementation of fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a management apparatus for testing materials, and as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a receiving unit 31, a first generating unit 32, an acquiring unit 33, a second generating unit 34, and a transmitting unit 35.
The receiving unit 31 may be configured to receive an obtaining request of a test material, where the obtaining request includes identification information corresponding to the test material.
The first generating unit 32 may be configured to generate a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information.
The obtaining unit 33 may be configured to obtain material information, which is filled in by a tester for the test material, by using the material template.
The second generating unit 34 may be configured to generate a material approval list corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and send the material approval list to an auditor for auditing.
The sending unit 35 may be configured to send, to the tester terminal, prompt information for obtaining the test material if audit pass information fed back by the auditor terminal is received.
In a specific application scenario, in order to generate a material template corresponding to the test material, as shown in fig. 4, the first generating unit 32 includes a determining module 321 and a first generating module 322.
The determining module 321 may be configured to query a preset material information table according to the identification information, and determine material attribute information, material storage location information, and material state information corresponding to the test material.
The first generating module 322 may be configured to generate a material template corresponding to the test material based on the material attribute information, the material storage location information, and the material state information corresponding to the test material, and the target field that needs to be filled by the tester.
In a specific application scenario, in order to obtain the material information that the tester fills in for the test material, the obtaining unit 33 may be specifically configured to obtain the material usage duration, the material usage amount, and the material usage intention that the tester fills in for the test material based on the target field in the material template.
In a specific application scenario, in order to send the material approval document to the auditor, the second generating unit 34 includes a second generating module 341 and a sending module 342.
The second generating module 341 may be configured to generate an obtaining notification corresponding to the test material based on the material approval sheet corresponding to the test material.
The sending module 342 may be configured to call a preset communication tool interface, and send the acquisition notification to the auditor terminal, so that the auditor checks the material approval sheet based on the acquisition notification, and audits the material approval sheet.
In a specific application scenario, if receiving the audit failure information fed back by the audit staff terminal, in order to prohibit the tester from receiving the test material, the sending unit 35 may be further configured to send, to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, prompt information for prohibiting receiving the test material, respectively, if receiving the audit failure information fed back by the audit staff terminal, so that the material manager prohibits the tester from receiving the test material privately based on the prompt information for prohibiting receiving the test material.
In a specific application scenario, if receiving the audit pass information fed back by the auditor terminal, in order to send the prompt information for getting the test material to the tester terminal, the sending unit 35 may be specifically configured to send the prompt information for getting the test material to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, respectively, if receiving the audit pass information fed back by the auditor terminal, so that the material manager supervises the tester to get the test material based on the prompt information for getting the test material.
In a specific application scenario, in order to prohibit other testers from acquiring the borrowed test material, the apparatus further includes a modification unit 36 and a feedback unit 37.
The changing unit 36 may be configured to change the material state information corresponding to the test material in the preset material information table to be occupied based on the audit pass information.
The feedback unit 37 may be configured to, when receiving an acquisition request for an occupied test material sent by another tester terminal, feed back, to the other tester terminal, a prompt message prohibiting to retrieve the occupied test material.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional modules related to the management apparatus for testing materials provided in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding description of the method shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
Based on the method shown in fig. 1, correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the following steps: receiving an acquisition request of a test material, wherein the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test material; generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information; acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template; generating a material examination and approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and sending the material examination and approval sheet to an auditor for auditing; and if the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal is received, sending prompt information for getting the test materials to the tester terminal.
Based on the above embodiments of the method shown in fig. 1 and the apparatus shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an entity structure diagram of a computer device, as shown in fig. 5, where the computer device includes: a processor 41, a memory 42, and a computer program stored on the memory 42 and executable on the processor, wherein the memory 42 and the processor 41 are both arranged on a bus 43 such that when the processor 41 executes the program, the following steps are performed: receiving an acquisition request of a test material, wherein the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test material; generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information; acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template; generating a material examination and approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and sending the material examination and approval sheet to an auditor for auditing; and if the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal is received, sending prompt information for getting the test material to the tester terminal.
According to the technical scheme, the test material acquisition method comprises the steps of receiving an acquisition request of a test material, wherein the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test material; generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information; then, acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template; meanwhile, generating a material examination and approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and sending the material examination and approval sheet to an auditor for auditing; finally, if audit passing information fed back by the audit staff terminal is received, sending prompt information for getting the test materials to the tester terminal, generating a test template corresponding to the test materials based on identification information of the test materials carried in an acquisition request of the tester, obtaining material information filled in the test template by the tester, generating an approval sheet corresponding to the test materials based on the material information, and sending the approval sheet to the audit staff terminal, and finally prompting the tester to get the test materials based on the audit passing information fed back by the audit staff terminal.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A management method for test materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an acquisition request of a test material, wherein the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test material;
generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information;
acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template;
generating a material approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information, and sending the material approval sheet to an auditor for auditing;
if receiving the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal, sending prompt information for getting the test materials to the tester terminal;
wherein, the generating of the material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information includes:
inquiring a preset material information table according to the identification information, and determining material attribute information, material storage position information and material state information corresponding to the test material;
and generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the material attribute information, the material storage position information and the material state information corresponding to the test material and the target field to be filled by the tester.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining material information filled in by a tester for the test material by using the material template comprises:
and acquiring the material use duration, the material use quantity and the material use intention of the testers for the test materials based on the target fields in the material template.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the material approval form to an auditor for auditing comprises:
generating an acquisition notice corresponding to the test material based on the material approval sheet corresponding to the test material;
and calling a preset communication tool interface, and sending the acquisition notice to the auditor terminal so that the auditor can check the material approval list based on the acquisition notice and audit the material approval list.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the material approval form to an auditor for audit, the method further comprises:
and if receiving the verification failure information fed back by the verifier terminal, respectively sending prompt information for forbidding to take the test material to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, so that the material manager forbids the tester to take the test material privately based on the prompt information for forbidding to take the test material.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein if receiving the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal, sending a prompt message for getting the test material to the tester terminal, includes:
and if the verification passing information fed back by the verifier terminal is received, respectively sending prompt information for getting the test material to the material manager terminal and the tester terminal, so that the material manager supervises the tester to get the test material based on the prompt information for getting the test material.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the audit pass information fed back by the auditor terminal, the method further comprises:
changing the material state information corresponding to the test material in the preset material information table into occupied material state information based on the audit passing information;
when receiving an acquisition request aiming at occupied test materials sent by other test personnel terminals, feeding back prompt information for forbidding to take the occupied test materials to the other test personnel terminals.
7. A management device for test materials, comprising:
the device comprises a receiving unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving an acquisition request of a test material, and the acquisition request comprises identification information corresponding to the test material;
the first generating unit is used for generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information; wherein, the generating of the material template corresponding to the test material based on the identification information includes: inquiring a preset material information table according to the identification information, and determining material attribute information, material storage position information and material state information corresponding to the test material; generating a material template corresponding to the test material based on material attribute information, material storage position information and material state information corresponding to the test material and a target field to be filled by a tester;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring material information filled by a tester aiming at the test material by using the material template;
the second generation unit is used for generating a material examination and approval sheet corresponding to the test material based on the material information and sending the material examination and approval sheet to an auditor for auditing;
and the sending unit is used for sending prompt information for getting the test materials to the tester terminal if the audit passing information fed back by the auditor terminal is received.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by the processor.
