That is, after the material is received by the material receiving party, the storage server can record the actual material receiving information in the material receiving process, store the actual material receiving information into the storage database of the storage server, and then synchronize the actual material receiving information with the SAP database of the SAP server; the actual material getting information includes, but is not limited to, information of material getting personnel, material getting quantity, material getting type, material getting position, material getting date, material sending personnel, material sending voucher, etc. so as to trace the material getting process. Understandably, nuclear power plant materials are stored in a safe area (for example, a second area or a third area, due to the special administration regulation of the nuclear power plant, the third area or the second area is watched and checked by armed police personnel, so that the nuclear power plant materials are generally not counterfeited and taken by other personnel), therefore, when a material taking party takes the materials to be taken according to the material taking list, the materials can be taken only by swiping a corresponding employee card or an identity card, and more verification programs are not required to be set, so that the material taking process is simplified; of course, different verification procedures can be set for the nuclear power plant materials which are particularly important, for example, the materials are taken by the aid of verification means such as irises and voiceprints, so that the safety of material taking is ensured.
The method has the advantages that the operation of the material receiving process is simple and convenient, different examination and approval operations are executed aiming at the special materials of the nuclear power station, so that the final processing result of the material receiving data is accurate and effective, and errors in the examination and approval and receiving processes of the materials of the nuclear power station are avoided; meanwhile, the material receiving of the nuclear power station materials can be completed at one time, repeated operation is not needed, the situations such as construction period delay and the like are avoided, and the safety of the nuclear power station is further guaranteed.
In an embodiment, in the step S20, the determining whether the material to be picked up is cross-base material picking according to the material picking application information further includes:
when the storage server determines that the material to be received is a nuclear supervision material according to the material receiving application information, judging whether the material receiving application information contains a nuclear supervision filing material of the material to be received; that is, for the nuclear supervision material, the material can be retrieved after the material must be recorded first, and therefore, it is necessary to detect whether the nuclear supervision recorded material is included in the retrieval application information.
If the nuclear supervision filing materials of the materials to be received are not contained, extracting the information to be filed of the materials to be received in the material taking application information, sending the information to be filed to a pre-equipment filing party of a nuclear supervision filing server, and after receiving filing completion information fed back by the nuclear supervision filing server, determining whether the materials to be received are cross-base materials according to the material taking application information; that is, if the material receiving application information does not include the nuclear supervision filing material, it may be determined whether the material receiving application information has the information to be filed or not, and if not, the material receiving party is prompted to carry out filing or/and upload the information to be filed on the nuclear supervision material; and if so, sending the information to be recorded to a preset recording party of the nuclear supervision recording server for recording. And after the filing is finished, confirming whether the material to be received is cross-base material receiving according to the material receiving application information, if the filing is not passed, informing a material receiving party of filing failure information, and prompting to handle nuclear supervision filing materials by self.
And if the nuclear supervision filing material of the material to be received is contained, determining whether the material to be received is cross-base material receiving or not according to the material receiving application information. That is, if the material-taking application information includes the nuclear supervision filing material, it is sufficient to directly confirm whether the material to be taken is the cross-base material-taking according to the material-taking application information.
In an embodiment, after the step S10, that is, after the warehousing server receives the request for approval of the material containing the material application information sent by the material receiving party, the method further includes:
when the materials to be received corresponding to the material getting application information are determined not to be special materials of the nuclear power station according to the material getting application information, the storage server determines an auditing party corresponding to the material value of the materials to be received according to a preset value-auditing party matching list, and sends the material getting application information to the auditing party of the SAP server. Then, step S50 and the following steps are performed, specifically, when approval pass information of the material receiving application information fed back by the auditor of the SAP server is received, the storage server automatically recommends a material batch for the material to be received according to a preset recommendation rule, and generates material recommendation information; generating a material getting list according to the material getting application information, the approval passing information and the material recommendation information; after the material receiving party receives the materials to be received according to the material receiving list, the storage server records actual material receiving information, stores the actual material receiving information into a storage database of the storage server and then synchronizes the actual material receiving information to an SAP database of the SAP server. The specific process is not described herein again, that is, when the material to be received is not a special material of the nuclear power plant, a special treatment method for the special material of the nuclear power plant does not need to be considered.
In an embodiment, in step S30, after the step of determining, by the repository server, whether the material to be received is a cross-station material and whether the material attribute of the material to be received includes a material attribute that does not allow the cross-station material, the method further includes:
when the material to be received is cross-power-station material and the material attribute of the material to be received comprises the material attribute which does not allow cross-power-station material receiving, the storage server prompts the violation of the material receiving at a material receiving terminal corresponding to a material receiving party, and sends a refuting notice of refuting the examination and approval request of the material receiving party in a preset mode. That is, if the material receiving approval request of the material to be received is a cross-station material receiving request, but the material attribute of the material to be received includes a material attribute which does not allow the cross-station material receiving, at this time, the cross-station material receiving is not allowed, and therefore the material receiving approval request needs to be refuted. Preferably, the refund notification includes a description of a case where the material supply of the inter-power plant does not match the material supply requirement of the prohibited inter-power plant of the nuclear power plant specific material.
In an embodiment, in step S30, after the step of determining, by the repository server, whether the material to be received is a cross-station material and whether the material attribute of the material to be received includes a material attribute that does not allow the cross-station material, the method further includes:
and when the material to be received is not the cross-power-station material receiving, the storage server determines an auditing party corresponding to the material value of the material to be received according to a preset value-auditing party matching list, and sends the material receiving application information to an auditing party of the SAP server. That is, when the material to be received is not a cross-power-station material, whether the material attribute of the material to be received includes a material attribute that does not allow the cross-power-station material to be sent or not, the material attribute can be approved in this step, and then the process of determining the material value of the material to be received is entered, so as to notify an approver corresponding to the material value of the material to be received in the material approval request to approve the material approval request.
In an embodiment, in step S40, the determining, according to a preset value-reviewer matching list, a reviewer corresponding to the material value of the material to be received includes:
when the material value of the material to be received is determined to exceed one ten thousand yuan, the storage server sends the material receiving application information to a first-level auditor;
and when the material value of the material to be received is determined not to exceed one ten thousand yuan, sending the material receiving application information to a second-level auditor, wherein the audit authority of the second-level auditor is higher than that of the first-level auditor.
In the invention, whether the value of the material to be received exceeds a preset value threshold (in the embodiment, the value threshold is ten thousand yuan, but the value threshold can be set as other specific values) can be judged, and then according to the comparison between the value threshold and the material value of the material to be received, the approval party corresponding to the material value of the material to be received is determined to approve the material receiving approval request. Understandably, the higher the material value of the material to be received is, the greater the audit authority of the approver corresponding to the material to be received needs to be.
In an embodiment, in step S60, the generating, by the repository server, a material requisition form according to the material requisition information, the approval pass information, and the material recommendation information includes:
the storage server sends the material recommendation information to the material receiving party and judges whether feedback information of the material receiving party to the material recommendation information is received within a preset time length;
when feedback information of the material receiving party on the material recommendation information is received within a preset time length, the warehousing server determines whether the feedback information contains replacement recommendation batch information or not, wherein the replacement recommendation batch information comprises a request for replacing a batch and a replacement reason;
if the recommended batch replacement information is not contained, the warehousing server generates a material getting list according to the material getting application information, the approval passing information and the material recommendation information; in the above embodiment, the warehousing server may send the material recommendation information to the material receiving party for confirmation, and if the material receiving party confirms that there is no error, a material receiving list is generated according to the material receiving application information, the approval pass information, and the material recommendation information.
If the information comprises the replacement recommended batch information, the warehousing server extracts key information in the replacement reason, generates new material recommendation information according to the replacement batch after confirming that the key information is successfully matched with a preset replacement reason allowed, and generates a material requisition list according to the material requisition information, the approval recommendation passing information and the new material recommendation information. That is, if the material receiver wants to update the recommended batch in the material recommendation information to another replacement batch, at this time, the feedback information may be used to feed back the replacement recommended batch information (including the request replacement batch and the replacement reason) to the warehousing server, the warehousing server may automatically extract the key information in the replacement reason, for example, the reason such as the distance of the geographic location needs to be considered preferentially, at this time, the server may store some allowable replacement reasons for the allowable replacement batch in the database in advance, and if the extracted key information matches the preset allowable replacement reason, the server may automatically pass through the current replacement batch, and then generate a new material recommendation information according to the replacement batch, and then generate a material list according to the material requisition information, the approval recommendation pass information, and the new material recommendation information. Understandably, if the key information fails to be matched with a preset replacement permission reason, directly informing the material receiver that the batch replacement is not allowed at the time; if the material receiver still needs to change the batch for other reasons except the preset reason for allowing the batch to be changed, a request for changing the batch can be sent to a preset batch changing and approving party, and then the manual batch changing and approving process is entered.
In an embodiment, after the determining whether the feedback information of the material obtaining party to the material recommendation information is received within a preset time period, the method further includes:
and when the feedback information of the material receiving party on the material recommendation information is not received within the preset time length, the warehousing server returns the material receiving party after marking the material receiving approval request as an interruption request.
That is, in this embodiment, if the feedback information of the material receiving party is not received within the preset time period (one or more times of reminding may be performed within the preset time period), it is considered that the material receiving party' S material receiving approval request is interrupted, at this time, the material receiving party marks the material receiving approval request as an interruption request, and then recommends the material receiving party, and after receiving the returned material receiving approval request, the material receiving party may reinitiate a new material receiving approval request, or reinitiate the material receiving approval request from step S10.
In one embodiment, a nuclear power plant material getting system is provided, which includes a warehousing server including a memory, a processor, and computer readable instructions stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements a nuclear power plant material getting method when executing the computer readable instructions. In this embodiment, the warehouse server is a computer device, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 2. The warehouse server comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface and a database which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the warehouse server is used to provide computing and control capabilities. The storage of the warehouse server comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal storage. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer readable instructions, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and execution of computer-readable instructions in the non-volatile storage medium. The computer readable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement a method for nuclear power plant material picking. In the invention, the material taking system of the nuclear power station material corresponds to the material taking method of the nuclear power station material in the embodiment one by one. For specific limitations of the nuclear power plant material feeding system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the nuclear power plant material feeding method, and details are not repeated here.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having computer readable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement a method for material handling in nuclear power plant materials.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware associated with computer readable instructions, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and when executed, can include processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, databases, or other media used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), Direct Rambus Dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and Rambus Dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of each functional unit or module is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units or modules according to requirements, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (12)

1. A material receiving method for nuclear power station materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a warehousing server receives a material receiving approval request containing material receiving application information sent by a material receiving party;
when the storage server determines that the material to be received corresponding to the material getting application information is the special material of the nuclear power station according to the material getting application information, whether the material to be received is the cross-base material getting is determined according to the material getting application information;
when confirming that the materials are not cross-base materials, the warehousing server determines whether the materials to be received are cross-station materials and whether the material attributes of the materials to be received contain material attributes which do not allow the cross-station materials to be received according to the material application information;
when the material to be received is a cross-power-station material and the material attribute of the material to be received does not contain the material attribute which does not allow the cross-power-station material to be received, the storage server determines an auditing party corresponding to the material value of the material to be received according to a preset value-auditing party matching list, and sends the material receiving application information to an auditing party of the SAP server;
when approval passing information of the material receiving application information fed back by an auditor of the SAP server is received, the storage server automatically recommends material batches for the material to be received according to a preset recommendation rule and generates material recommendation information;
the warehousing server generates a material getting list according to the material getting application information, the approval passing information and the material recommendation information;
after the material receiving party receives the materials to be received according to the material receiving list, the storage server records actual material receiving information, stores the actual material receiving information into a storage database of the storage server and then synchronizes the actual material receiving information to an SAP database of the SAP server.
2. The method for nuclear power plant material Take in claim 1, wherein the nuclear power plant special materials include 3C-free materials, controlled materials, nuclear regulatory materials and tax-free materials; the material properties that do not allow for material pickup across the power station include controlled properties of controlled materials and duty free properties of duty free materials.

and when the cross-base material receiving is confirmed, the warehousing server prompts the violation of the material receiving at a material receiving terminal corresponding to the material receiving party, and sends a refute notification of refuting the approval request of the material receiving party in a preset mode.
4. The method for receiving nuclear power plant material as recited in claim 1, wherein the determining whether the material to be received is cross-base material based on the material receiving application information further comprises:
when the storage server determines that the material to be received is a nuclear supervision material according to the material receiving application information, judging whether the material receiving application information contains a nuclear supervision filing material of the material to be received;
if the nuclear supervision filing materials of the materials to be received are not contained, extracting the information to be filed of the materials to be received in the material taking application information, sending the information to be filed to a pre-equipment filing party of a nuclear supervision filing server, and after receiving filing completion information fed back by the nuclear supervision filing server, determining whether the materials to be received are cross-base materials according to the material taking application information;
and if the nuclear supervision filing material of the material to be received is contained, determining whether the material to be received is cross-base material receiving or not according to the material receiving application information.
5. The method for nuclear power plant material getting as claimed in claim 1, wherein after receiving the request for getting approval including the information of the material getting application from the material getting party, the warehousing server further comprises:
when the materials to be received corresponding to the material getting application information are determined not to be special materials of the nuclear power station according to the material getting application information, the storage server determines an auditing party corresponding to the material value of the materials to be received according to a preset value-auditing party matching list, and sends the material getting application information to the auditing party of the SAP server.

The method for receiving the nuclear power plant materials according to claim 1, wherein after the warehousing server determines whether the materials to be received are cross-station materials and whether the material attributes of the materials to be received include material attributes that do not allow cross-station materials reception according to the material request information, the method further comprises:
when the material to be received is cross-power-station material and the material attribute of the material to be received comprises the material attribute which does not allow cross-power-station material receiving, the storage server prompts the violation of the material receiving at a material receiving terminal corresponding to a material receiving party, and sends a refuting notice of refuting the examination and approval request of the material receiving party in a preset mode.

The method for receiving the nuclear power plant materials according to claim 1, wherein after the warehousing server determines whether the materials to be received are cross-station materials and whether the material attributes of the materials to be received include material attributes that do not allow cross-station materials reception according to the material request information, the method further comprises:
and when the material to be received is not the cross-power-station material receiving, the storage server determines an auditing party corresponding to the material value of the material to be received according to a preset value-auditing party matching list, and sends the material receiving application information to an auditing party of the SAP server.
8. The method for receiving the nuclear power plant material as recited in claim 1, wherein the determining the reviewer corresponding to the material value of the material to be received according to a preset value-reviewer matching list includes:
when the material value of the material to be received is determined to exceed one ten thousand yuan, the storage server sends the material receiving application information to a first-level auditor;
and when the material value of the material to be received is determined not to exceed one ten thousand yuan, sending the material receiving application information to a second-level auditor, wherein the audit authority of the second-level auditor is higher than that of the first-level auditor.
9. The nuclear power plant material getting method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warehousing server generates a getting list according to the getting application information, the approval pass information and the material recommendation information, and comprises:
the storage server sends the material recommendation information to the material receiving party and judges whether feedback information of the material receiving party to the material recommendation information is received within a preset time length;
when feedback information of the material receiving party on the material recommendation information is received within a preset time length, the warehousing server determines whether the feedback information contains replacement recommendation batch information or not, wherein the replacement recommendation batch information comprises a request for replacing a batch and a replacement reason;
if the recommended batch replacement information is not contained, the warehousing server generates a material getting list according to the material getting application information, the approval passing information and the material recommendation information;
if the information comprises the replacement recommended batch information, the warehousing server extracts key information in the replacement reason, generates new material recommendation information according to the replacement batch after confirming that the key information is successfully matched with a preset replacement reason allowed, and generates a material requisition list according to the material requisition information, the approval recommendation passing information and the new material recommendation information.
10. The method for receiving the material from the nuclear power plant as recited in claim 9, wherein after determining whether the feedback information of the material receiver on the material recommendation information is received within a preset time period, the method further comprises:
and when the feedback information of the material receiving party on the material recommendation information is not received within the preset time length, the warehousing server returns the material receiving party after marking the material receiving approval request as an interruption request.
11. A material handling system for nuclear power plant material, comprising a warehouse server, wherein the warehouse server comprises a memory, a processor and computer readable instructions stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor executes the computer readable instructions to implement the material handling method for nuclear power plant material according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. A computer readable storage medium storing computer readable instructions, wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement a method for nuclear power plant material procurement as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10.
