wherein the third degree of matching is less than the first degree of matching.
When the matching degree of the client information is low, the client information is destroyed, the safety of the client information is protected, and when the destroying degree of the client information is low, the client information can be recovered, so that the flexibility of the client information is ensured.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the client information is managed according to the organization architecture information to obtain the management information, and the client information is managed and corrected according to the management information; comprising the following steps:
acquiring customer basic information, business transaction information and customer authorization information, and generating production plan information according to the customer basic information, the business transaction information and the customer authorization information;

if the search keyword is smaller than the preset search keyword, establishing a search database.
It should be noted that, the client data is searched by the search keywords, and the search keywords are adjusted and optimized within the scope of the functional authority of the client, so as to improve the searching precision.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a search keyword is established, and the function authority and the data authority of a client are obtained; comprising the following steps:
acquiring the function authority of a client;
comparing the functional authority of the client with a preset authority threshold to obtain the authority threshold;
judging whether the authority threshold is larger than or equal to a preset authority value;
if the client information is greater than or equal to the client information, generating a first client management authority, and managing the client information according to the first client management authority;
and if the client information is smaller than the first client management authority, generating a second client management authority, and managing the client information according to the second client management authority.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
acquiring user requirements, establishing an ERP system architecture according to the user requirements, and generating architecture information;
comparing the architecture information with preset architecture information to obtain a deviation rate;
if the deviation rate is greater than a preset deviation rate threshold value, adjusting the system architecture;
if the data is smaller than the preset value, generating the architecture data, and uniformly managing the architecture data.
It should be noted that, according to the user requirement, an ERP system architecture is established, and the architecture information is produced, and the preset deviation rate is set by a person skilled in the art according to the actual requirement.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
extracting keywords in the user demands;
and classifying the clients based on the keywords in the user demands, and storing the classified clients.
It should be noted that, the user is classified according to the keywords in the user demand information, and classified storage is performed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
extracting characteristic values in the keywords;
comparing and analyzing the feature values in the keywords to obtain feature difference values;
judging whether the characteristic difference value is smaller than a preset characteristic difference threshold value, if so, setting the two corresponding keywords as the same type of keywords;
and merging and storing clients corresponding to the same type of keywords.
It should be noted that, when the feature values of the two keywords are calculated by difference, a feature difference is obtained, and if the feature difference is smaller than a preset feature difference threshold, it is explained that the two corresponding keywords belong to the same type of keywords, and clients corresponding to the same type of keywords are merged and stored.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
extracting the number value of clients corresponding to the same type of keywords;
judging whether the number value of the clients corresponding to the same type of keywords is smaller than a preset number threshold value, and if yes, triggering warning information;
and sending the keywords of the corresponding types to a preset management terminal for prompting.
It should be noted that, when the number value of the clients corresponding to the same type of keywords is lower than a preset number threshold, triggering the warning information; for example, if the preset number threshold is 5, the number of clients corresponding to the same type of keywords cannot be less than 5, otherwise, the warning information is triggered to prompt the preset management terminal to increase the number of users corresponding to the type of keywords.
A third aspect of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium, the readable storage medium including a user-demand based client ERP system management method program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the user-demand based client ERP system management method as in any one of the above.
The invention discloses a client ERP system management method, a system and a medium based on user requirements, which are characterized in that client identity authentication information is obtained to match with preset authentication information, so as to obtain authentication matching degree; judging whether the authentication matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value; if the matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, the client identity authentication is successful, and the organization architecture information is obtained; managing the client information according to the organization architecture information to obtain management information, and managing and correcting the client information according to the management information; if the matching degree is smaller than the preset matching degree threshold value, the identity authentication fails; by authenticating the identity of the client, the system organization architecture can be managed and operated only after the authentication is successful, so that the safety of the system is ensured, and meanwhile, the client information can be adjusted through the management information, so that the accuracy of the client information is ensured.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above described device embodiments are only illustrative, e.g. the division of units is only one logical function division, and there may be other divisions in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. In addition, each functional unit in each embodiment of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may be separately used as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit; the integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in hardware plus software functional units.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the foregoing program may be stored in a readable storage medium, where the program, when executed, performs steps including the above method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or the like, which can store program codes.
Alternatively, the above-described integrated units of the present invention may be stored in a readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, or other medium capable of storing program code.

Claims (5)

1. A method for managing a customer ERP system based on user requirements, comprising:
the client identity authentication information is obtained and,
matching the client identity authentication information with preset authentication information to obtain authentication matching degree;
judging whether the authentication matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value;
if the matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, the client identity authentication is successful, and the organization architecture information is obtained;
managing the client information according to the organization architecture information to obtain management information, and managing and correcting the client information according to the management information;
if the matching degree is smaller than the preset matching degree threshold value, the identity authentication fails;
the client identity authentication information is obtained, and the client identity authentication information is matched with preset authentication information to obtain authentication matching degree; comprising the following steps:
acquiring client identity authentication information and judging the authentication matching degree of the client identity authentication information;
if the authentication matching degree is larger than a first threshold value and smaller than a second threshold value, generating first management information, and correcting the client information according to a first adjustment mode through the first management information;
if the authentication matching degree is smaller than a first threshold value, locking information is generated, the client information is locked through the locking information, and locking information is generated;
matching the locking information with the unlocking information to obtain unlocking matching degree;
judging whether the unlocking matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset unlocking threshold value;
if the locking information is greater than or equal to the locking information, generating an unlocking secret key, and unlocking the locking information through the unlocking secret key;
the first threshold is less than the second threshold;
if the authentication matching degree is smaller than a first threshold, generating locking information, locking the client information through the locking information, and generating locking information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the authentication matching degree is much smaller than a third matching degree,
if the matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree, generating a destroying program, and destroying the client information through the destroying program;
acquiring client information recovery information, and acquiring the destruction degree of the client information when the client information is required to be replied;
judging whether the destroying degree is larger than a preset destroying degree threshold value or not;
if the client information is larger than the client information, judging that the client information cannot be recovered;
if the client information is smaller than or equal to the client information, generating a recovery program, and recovering the client information through the recovery degree;
wherein the third matching degree is smaller than the first matching degree;
the client information is managed according to the organization architecture information to obtain management information, and management correction is carried out on the client information according to the management information; comprising the following steps:
acquiring customer basic information, business transaction information and customer authorization information, and generating production plan information according to the customer basic information, the business transaction information and the customer authorization information;
comparing the production plan information with preset plan information to obtain a deviation rate;
judging whether the deviation rate is larger than or equal to a preset deviation rate threshold value;
if the production plan information is greater than or equal to the production plan information, generating adjustment information, and adjusting the production plan information through the adjustment information;
if the information is smaller than the preset value, collecting and storing the basic information of the client and business transaction information;
further comprises:
extracting keywords in the user demands;
classifying clients based on keywords in the user demands, and classifying and storing the clients;
further comprises:
extracting the number value of clients corresponding to the same type of keywords;
judging whether the number value of the clients corresponding to the same type of keywords is smaller than a preset number threshold value, and if yes, triggering warning information;
and sending the keywords of the corresponding types to a preset management terminal for prompting.
2. The user-demand-based client ERP system management method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the client identity authentication information comprises:
establishing a search keyword, and acquiring the function authority and the data authority of a client;
searching data matched with the search keywords according to the functional authority and the data authority range of the client, and outputting the searched client data;
comparing the client data with preset client data to obtain a search deviation rate;
judging whether the search deviation rate is larger than a preset deviation rate threshold value or not;
if the key word combination information is larger than the preset key word combination information, generating key word combination information, and carrying out combination adjustment on the key words according to the key word combination information;
if the search keyword is smaller than the preset search keyword, establishing a search database.
3. The user demand-based client ERP system management method of claim 2, wherein the establishing a search keyword obtains a function right and a data right of a client; comprising the following steps:
acquiring the function authority of a client;
comparing the functional authority of the client with a preset authority threshold to obtain the authority threshold;
judging whether the authority threshold is larger than or equal to a preset authority value;
if the client information is greater than or equal to the client information, generating a first client management authority, and managing the client information according to the first client management authority;
and if the client information is smaller than the first client management authority, generating a second client management authority, and managing the client information according to the second client management authority.

A customer ERP system management system based on user demand, the system comprising: the system comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory comprises a program of a client ERP system management method based on user requirements, and the program of the client ERP system management method based on the user requirements realizes the following steps when being executed by the processor:
the client identity authentication information is obtained and,
matching the client identity authentication information with preset authentication information to obtain authentication matching degree;
judging whether the authentication matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value;
if the matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, the client identity authentication is successful, and the organization architecture information is obtained;
managing the client information according to the organization architecture information to obtain management information, and managing and correcting the client information according to the management information;
if the matching degree is smaller than the preset matching degree threshold value, the identity authentication fails;
the client identity authentication information is obtained, and the client identity authentication information is matched with preset authentication information to obtain authentication matching degree; comprising the following steps:
acquiring client identity authentication information and judging the authentication matching degree of the client identity authentication information;
if the authentication matching degree is larger than a first threshold value and smaller than a second threshold value, generating first management information, and correcting the client information according to a first adjustment mode through the first management information;
if the authentication matching degree is smaller than a first threshold value, locking information is generated, the client information is locked through the locking information, and locking information is generated;
matching the locking information with the unlocking information to obtain unlocking matching degree;
judging whether the unlocking matching degree is larger than or equal to a preset unlocking threshold value;
if the locking information is greater than or equal to the locking information, generating an unlocking secret key, and unlocking the locking information through the unlocking secret key;
the first threshold is less than the second threshold;
if the authentication matching degree is smaller than a first threshold, generating locking information, locking the client information through the locking information, and generating locking information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the authentication matching degree is much smaller than a third matching degree,
if the matching degree is smaller than the third matching degree, generating a destroying program, and destroying the client information through the destroying program;
acquiring client information recovery information, and acquiring the destruction degree of the client information when the client information is required to be replied;
judging whether the destroying degree is larger than a preset destroying degree threshold value or not;
if the client information is larger than the client information, judging that the client information cannot be recovered;
if the client information is smaller than or equal to the client information, generating a recovery program, and recovering the client information through the recovery degree;
wherein the third matching degree is smaller than the first matching degree;
the client information is managed according to the organization architecture information to obtain management information, and management correction is carried out on the client information according to the management information; comprising the following steps:
