4. Archive management system according to claim 1, characterized in that each sub-cabinet of the archive cabinet is provided with an RFID antenna.

The file management system according to claim 4, wherein the RFID antenna is configured to scan RFID tags on files in corresponding sub-cabinets, and send the scanned information to the cabinet control terminal, and the cabinet control terminal is configured to determine whether weight and size information of a current file are consistent with weight and size information of a file to be warehoused, and if so, determine that warehousing is correct; otherwise, alarm information is output.
6. The file management system according to claim 1, wherein a sealing means is provided at the door of each sub-cabinet of the file cabinet.
