Further, "at least one" or "a plurality" means two or more. The terms "first", "second", and the like do not necessarily limit the number and execution order, and the terms "first", "second", and the like do not necessarily limit the difference.
The invention concept of the air conditioner water control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is introduced as follows:
along with the technological progress, the living standard of residents is continuously improved, and the requirement of users on the thermal comfort of residential buildings is continuously improved, so that the service life of air conditioners in the residential buildings is increased day by day; the household air conditioner is used more and more frequently. The current working logic of the air conditioner is as follows: the outdoor unit operates at a constant flow rate (controlled by a bypass circuit), and the working frequency of the outdoor unit is adjusted by the indoor temperature (the working load of the indoor unit). And, the work load range of the outdoor unit can be controlled between 15% and 120% of the rated work frequency. The indoor temperature controller is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the electric two-way valve on the water return pipeline (the fan of the indoor unit is not stopped) to realize indoor temperature and humidity regulation; the default return water temperature of 12 ℃ (supply the general default of return water temperature 7/12 ℃) operation of off-premises station can be selected to the refrigeration operating mode down, and the room temperature setting value is general to select 24 ~ 26 ℃ (thermal comfort is higher), and under the summer refrigeration state, when the room temperature reached the settlement temperature, electronic two-way valve was closed, and room temperature lasts to rise, and the user can feel uncomfortable this moment, when electronic two-way valve opens the back once more, begins to adjust room temperature. During the refrigeration period, the electric two-way valve is continuously opened and closed, so that the comfort of a user is poor, and the use experience of the user is influenced.
Specifically, for the air conditioner, the control logic of refrigeration is as follows: the outdoor unit operates at a constant flow rate, the indoor unit operates at a variable flow rate, and the valve at the water inlet or the water outlet of the indoor unit is flexibly opened or closed according to the set indoor temperature, so that the energy consumption can be reduced through the frequency conversion of the outdoor unit. When the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, the valve at the water inlet or the water outlet of the indoor unit is controlled to be closed, but the cold load increased by the outer protective structure and the like is continuously increased, the indoor temperature can be continuously increased due to the closing of the valve at the water inlet or the water outlet of the indoor unit, and after the indoor temperature reaches a certain temperature (above the human body thermal comfort temperature, a user can feel uncomfortable), the valve at the water inlet or the water outlet of the indoor unit needs to be opened again to cool the indoor space. Causing the indoor temperature to be periodically agitated. In order to meet the thermal comfort of users and avoid the periodic surge of indoor temperature, the air-conditioning water machine is designed, so that the indoor thermal comfort can be met, the energy can be saved, and the aim of intelligent control can be fulfilled.
An air conditioner water control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an air-conditioning water machine control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is applied to an air-conditioning water machine, and the air-conditioning water machine includes: an air conditioner outdoor unit, an air conditioner indoor unit, a thermometer and a temperature control device, wherein the method comprises the following steps of S201-S203:
s201, in the process of adjusting the temperature of the indoor space through the air conditioner, obtaining a real-time temperature value of the indoor space through a thermometer.
As a possible implementation mode, the temperature value of the indoor space can be obtained in real time in the working process of the air-conditioning water machine, so that the air-conditioning water machine can be controlled to adjust the temperature of the indoor space in time when the temperature value of the indoor space changes.
S202, determining a target temperature value corresponding to target liquid required by the air conditioner indoor unit flowing from the air conditioner outdoor unit based on the real-time temperature value of the indoor space.
Wherein the target liquid is used to adjust the temperature of the indoor space.
As a possible implementation manner, according to the real-time temperature value of the indoor space and the preset temperature value of the indoor space set by the user, it is determined whether to increase the target temperature value corresponding to the target liquid required by the flow from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, or to decrease the target temperature value corresponding to the target liquid required by the flow from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Therefore, the temperature of the indoor space can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting the target temperature value corresponding to the target liquid required by the air conditioner indoor unit flowing from the air conditioner outdoor unit.
And S203, under the condition that the flow rate of the target liquid flowing into the air-conditioning indoor unit is a fixed value, adjusting the temperature of the target liquid flowing into the air-conditioning indoor unit from the air-conditioning outdoor unit in real time through the temperature control device according to the target temperature value.
The temperature control device is used for adjusting the temperature of target liquid flowing out of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Specifically, when the target temperature value is lower than a preset temperature value of the indoor space set by a user, the temperature of the target liquid flowing into the indoor unit of the air conditioner from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be increased through the temperature control device; or, when the target temperature value is higher than a preset temperature value of the indoor space set by the user, the temperature of the target liquid flowing into the indoor unit of the air conditioner from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be reduced through the temperature control device.
The invention provides an air conditioner water machine control method, which is applied to a scene of adjusting indoor temperature, wherein a temperature control device is arranged between an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit, so that a target temperature value corresponding to target liquid required by flowing into the air conditioner indoor unit from the air conditioner outdoor unit can be determined according to an acquired real-time temperature value of an indoor space in the process of adjusting the temperature of the indoor space by the air conditioner water machine; therefore, under the condition that the flow of the target liquid flowing into the indoor unit of the air conditioner is a fixed value, the temperature of the target liquid flowing into the indoor unit of the air conditioner from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is adjusted in real time through the temperature control device according to the target temperature value to control and adjust the indoor temperature, and the indoor temperature does not need to be adjusted by continuously controlling the opening and closing of the two-way valve, so that the indoor temperature is periodically oscillated. Therefore, the indoor temperature can be flexibly adjusted, the energy consumption of the air conditioner is reduced, and the thermal comfort of a user is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of an air-conditioning water machine provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit 10, an air conditioner indoor unit 20, a liquid pipeline 30 and a temperature control device 40.
Specifically, the outdoor unit 10 includes an outdoor unit water outlet and an outdoor unit water inlet, and the indoor unit 20 includes an indoor unit water outlet and an indoor unit water inlet. As shown in fig. 2, the outdoor unit 10 is connected to the indoor unit 20 through a liquid pipe 30 to form a closed loop; the water outlet of the outdoor unit is connected with the water inlet of the indoor unit through a liquid pipeline 30, and the water outlet of the indoor unit is connected with the water inlet of the outdoor unit through a liquid pipeline 30; the temperature control device 40 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the indoor unit; the temperature control device 40 is used to regulate the temperature of the liquid in the liquid line 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature control device 40 is disposed on the liquid pipeline 30 between the outdoor unit 10 and the indoor unit 20, and the temperature change of the liquid flowing into the indoor unit 20 can be controlled by adjusting the temperature control device 40, so that the operation frequency of the outdoor unit 10 is reduced to save energy without changing the flow rate of the supply water and the return water.
It should be noted that the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner includes a fan coil for cooling the indoor space; also, the liquid in the liquid line 30 may be condensed water; the specific examples are not limited.
It can be understood that when the temperature control device 40 corresponding to the indoor unit 20 controls the indoor temperature to reach the specified value, the workload of the indoor unit 20 is reduced. At this time, the temperature control device 40 adjusts the temperature of the liquid in the liquid pipeline 30 in real time according to the workload of the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner, and determines the temperature of the liquid in the liquid pipeline 30 in real time according to the formula i.
Q=GΔtCPFormula one
In formula one, Q is the cooling load in kW; g is the cooling water backwater flow (namely the liquid flow in the liquid pipeline 30), and the unit is kg/h; delta t is the temperature difference of supply water and return water, and the unit is; cpThe value was a fixed value, 4.2 kJ/(kg). By controlling the return water temperature, the increment of the indoor temperature is offset, and the indoor temperature is kept constant.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature control device 40 is added to adjust the temperature change of the cooling water flowing into the indoor air conditioner 20. And the real-time load change according to the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is calculated by formula one, and under the condition that the flow rate of the water outlet of the outdoor unit 10 of the air conditioner is not changed and the flow rate of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is not changed, the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is adjusted to offset the increment of the indoor cooling load.
In one implementation, a memory and a detection element may be further provided to adjust the temperature control device 40 according to the real-time load change of the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner, so as to control the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner.
Specifically, real-time load changes in the room can be input in advance, and coupling memory can be performed according to the operation condition of the equipment and the change of outdoor time-by-time temperature, so that advanced control can be performed in the next operation period.
In one implementation, when the indoor temperature reaches the set value, the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is adjusted by the temperature control device 40, so as to adjust the supply air temperature in the room to maintain the indoor temperature constant. And the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner can be coupled to maintain the indoor temperature according to the real-time indoor load change and the indoor temperature inputted in advance.
Furthermore, the operation of subsequent equipment is adjusted in a coupling mode according to the real-time outdoor temperature change and the actual flow change curve.
According to the control method of the air conditioner water machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the temperature control device is arranged on the liquid pipeline between the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit, so that the temperature of liquid in the liquid pipeline is adjusted through the temperature control device. Through using temperature control device, can adjust the liquid temperature in the liquid pipeline, come the control and adjust indoor temperature, and need not the opening and closing of continuous control two-way valve and adjust indoor temperature, cause indoor temperature periodic oscillation. Therefore, the thermal comfort of users can be improved, and the working frequency of the outdoor unit is adjusted to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning water machine further includes: an electrically powered two-way valve 41 and a thermometer 42. Wherein, the electric two-way valve 41 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the indoor unit; or the electric two-way valve 41 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the indoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit; the electric two-way valve is used for controlling whether liquid in the liquid pipeline circulates or not.
Optionally, the thermometer 42 is disposed on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the indoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit; the thermometer 42 is used to measure the temperature of the liquid in the liquid line 30.
It can be understood that the electric two-way valve 41 may be disposed at a water inlet of the air-conditioning indoor unit 20, or disposed at a water outlet of the air-conditioning indoor unit 20, and the specific setting position of the electric two-way valve 41 is not limited in this application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning water machine further includes: a first valve 50 and a second valve 60. Wherein, the first valve 50 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the indoor unit; the second valve 60 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the indoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit; the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 are used to control whether the liquid in the liquid line 30 is circulated.
It is understood that the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 are respectively disposed at the water inlet and the water outlet of the indoor air conditioner 20 to control whether the liquid in the liquid pipe 30 flows into the indoor air conditioner 20.
In one implementation, the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 may be manual adjusting valves, and the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 are used to control the liquid flow in the liquid pipeline 30 by closing the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 when the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is repaired or replaced, so as to facilitate the repair or replacement of the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner.
In one implementation, the first valve 50 is disposed on the liquid pipeline 30 between the outdoor unit water outlet and the temperature control device 40.
In another implementation, the first valve 50 is disposed on the fluid line 30 between the thermostat 40 and the inlet of the indoor unit.
It is understood that the first valve 50 may be disposed between the water outlet of the outdoor unit 10 and the water inlet of the indoor unit 20, and when there is also the temperature control device 40 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit 10 and the water inlet of the indoor unit 20, the installation sequence of the first valve 50 and the temperature control device 40 is not limited in this application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning water machine further includes: the first valve 50, the second valve 60, the third valve 70, and the fourth valve 80, and the indoor unit 20 includes: a first indoor unit 201 and a second indoor unit 202; wherein, the first indoor unit 201 and the second indoor unit 202 are connected in parallel; the first valve 50 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the first indoor unit; the second valve 60 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the first indoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit; the first valve 50 and the second valve 60 are used for controlling the liquid circulation in the liquid pipeline 30; the third valve 70 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the second indoor unit; the fourth valve 80 is arranged on the liquid pipeline 30 between the water outlet of the second indoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit; the third valve 70 and the fourth valve 80 are used to control whether the liquid in the liquid line 30 is circulated.
In an implementation manner, the outdoor unit 10 may correspond to a plurality of indoor units, that is, the plurality of indoor units are connected in series with the outdoor unit 10 in a parallel manner, so that one indoor unit drives the plurality of indoor units to operate. In the present application, an air conditioning indoor unit 20 includes: the first indoor unit 201 and the second indoor unit 202, two air-conditioning indoor units are taken as an example for explanation, and the specific number of the air-conditioning indoor units is not limited in the present application.
It is understood that in the case of including a plurality of air conditioning indoor units, one valve (e.g., the first valve 50 and the second valve 60) is required at the water inlet and the water outlet of the air conditioning indoor unit for each air conditioning indoor unit, and one temperature control device 40 is required at the water inlet of the air conditioning indoor unit.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning water machine further includes: a fifth valve 90; the fifth valve 90 is connected to the water outlet of the outdoor unit and the water inlet of the outdoor unit through the liquid pipeline 30, and the fifth valve 90 is connected in parallel to the first indoor unit 201 and the second indoor unit 202; the fifth valve 90 is an electric control valve for controlling the flow of the return water.
It can be understood that, when the number of the plurality of air conditioning indoor units that are turned on is different (that is, the total flow rate of the water inlets of the plurality of air conditioning indoor units is smaller than the flow rate of the water outlets of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10) when the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 is operated at a constant flow rate (that is, the flow rate of the water outlets of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 is a constant value), the excessive flow rate may be returned to the water inlets of the air conditioning outdoor unit 10 through the liquid pipe 30 (the water return pipe) corresponding to the fifth valve 90.

In one implementation mode, the air conditioning water machine can further comprise a control element, the indoor temperature measured by the indoor thermometer can be fed back to the control element when the indoor temperature is higher than the comfortable temperature, and the control element adjusts the water flow of the air conditioning system according to the indoor temperature to control the indoor air supply temperature, so that the indoor temperature is reduced, the energy is saved, and the indoor comfort level is guaranteed.
It can be understood that, according to the calculated unit new cooling load, the supply air temperature is precisely controlled (the temperature of the cooling water flowing into the indoor unit 20 of the air conditioner is adjusted by the temperature control device 40) under the condition that the supply air volume is constant, or the supply air temperature is increased while the supply air volume is reduced to offset the new indoor cooling load.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of another air-conditioning water machine provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the air-conditioning water machine further includes: an outdoor temperature detection device 91 and an indoor temperature detection device 92. Wherein, the outdoor temperature detection device 91 is arranged in the outdoor unit 10 of the air conditioner; the outdoor temperature detection device 91 is used for detecting and recording the outdoor temperature; the indoor temperature detection device 92 is arranged in the indoor air conditioner 20; the indoor temperature detecting device 92 is used for detecting and recording the indoor temperature.
In one implementation, the outdoor temperature detecting device 91 detects and records a real-time change of the outdoor temperature to obtain a change curve of the outdoor temperature, and when the similarity between the change curve of the outdoor temperature and the change curve of the historical outdoor temperature meets a preset similarity, the electric control valve 40 may be controlled to regulate the liquid flow in the liquid pipeline 30 with reference to the historical flow curve.
In one implementation, the real-time change of the indoor temperature is detected and recorded by the indoor temperature detecting device 92, so as to obtain a change curve of the indoor temperature, and when the air conditioner is turned off, the change curve of the indoor temperature (i.e. the unit increment of the indoor temperature when the air conditioner is turned off) after the air conditioner indoor unit 20 stops running is recorded, and thus the flow rate of the indoor unit at the same indoor temperature and the same outdoor temperature is actively coupled. Thereby actively coupling (regulating) the variation of the liquid flow in the liquid line 30 according to the same liquid flow when the outdoor temperature curves are similar.
The invention aims to solve the problem that the indoor comfort is poor due to frequent fluctuation of the indoor temperature because the electric two-way valve is frequently opened. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that a temperature control device 40 is additionally arranged between an air conditioner outdoor unit 10 and an air conditioner indoor unit 20, when the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, an electric two-way valve 41 is not closed, the temperature of cooling water flowing into the air conditioner indoor unit 20 is adjusted through the temperature control device 40, and the indoor air supply temperature difference is adjusted, so that the newly increased cold load of an outer enclosure structure is offset, and the influence on the indoor thermal comfort caused by large-range fluctuation of the indoor temperature is avoided. Meanwhile, the temperature of the supplied return water can be controlled under the condition of a certain air supply amount according to the unit new load, so that the air supply temperature is controlled, and the new cold load is accurately offset; utilize the indoor temperature that indoor thermometer measured, when indoor temperature is higher than comfortable temperature, the information feedback gives control element, and control element adjusts air conditioning system's rivers temperature according to indoor temperature again, controls indoor air supply temperature, and then reduces indoor temperature, reaches the energy saving, guarantees the purpose of indoor comfort level.
