The application relates to a track lamp, especially indicate a track lamp that can prevent to drop.
Background

According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp, the light source base has a pair of engaging portions at two sides thereof, and the lamp cover has a pair of engaging portions at two sides thereof, wherein the engaging portions are correspondingly engaged with the pair of engaging portions.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp, the elastic clip has a locking portion, and the locking portion is locked to the light source base.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above track lamp, two sides of the elastic clip are provided with an abutting portion, the top of the abutting portion contacts with the clamping portion of the track, and the bottom of the abutting portion contacts with the clamping portion of the light source base.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp, the light source base has a recess for mounting a power supply to the bottom of the resilient clip.
According to a preferable embodiment of the track lamp, a distance between the hooks at two sides of the elastic clip is greater than a distance between the clamping parts at two sides of the track.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp, the distance between the hooks on both sides of the elastic clip is greater than the distance between the buckling parts on both sides of the elastic clip.
According to a preferable embodiment of the track lamp, the two hooks at two sides of the elastic clip are respectively located at the tail ends of the two elastic arms.
According to a preferable embodiment of the track lamp, the two buckling parts at two sides of the elastic clamp are respectively located on the two elastic arms and adjacent to the light source base.
To sum up, the track lamp of an embodiment of this application does not have outside button itself and influences the outward appearance, and the track lamp uses the elasticity clamping to dock track and lamps and lanterns, and the elasticity clamping is installed inside the track and is not influenced the outward appearance to guarantee the installation of track lamp and the convenience of dismantlement, possess simultaneously and prevent the function that drops.

The application relates to a track lamp, which comprises a track 1, a lamp and an elastic clamp 5. The track lamp can be applied to key illumination places such as shopping malls, automobile displays, jewelry, star hotels, brand clothing, high-grade clubs, museum and cultural exhibition halls, chain markets, brand business halls, professional show windows, counters and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 2 is an external view of an embodiment of the present application, without showing the rail 1 to clearly see the elastic clip 5, and fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the track 1 has two side walls 11, one end of each of the two side walls 11 is bent inward and obliquely relative to the other end of the two side walls 11 to form a fastening portion 111, and the fastening portion 111 is configured as an barb.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the lamp has a light source base 2 and a lampshade 4 covering the light source base.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the light source base 2 has two opposite clamping portions 21 at two sides thereof, and the light source plate 3 is combined at the bottom of the light source base 2. The light source base 2 is an aluminum profile.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the lampshade 4 covers the light source base 2, two sides of the lampshade 4 have engaging portions 41, and the engaging portions 41 are correspondingly engaged with the engaging portions 21.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the elastic clip 5 is located between the rail 1 and the lamp, the elastic clip 5 is locked on the light source base 2, and the elastic clip 5 is located on the top of the light source base 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the elastic clip 5 has elastic arms 51 extending upward from two sides, the tops of the elastic arms 51 are provided with hooks 511 facing outward, the elastic arms 51 protrude outward to form a buckling portion 52, the elastic clip 5 has a locking portion 54, and the locking portion 54 is locked on the light source base 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in some embodiments, two sides of the elastic clip 5 are provided with an abutting portion 55, a top of the abutting portion 55 contacts the fastening portion 111 of the rail 1, and a bottom of the abutting portion 55 contacts the opposite fastening portion 21 of the light source base 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the two hooks 511 at two sides of the elastic clip 5 are respectively located at the ends of the two elastic arms 51.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in some embodiments, two buckling portions 52 on two sides of the elastic clip 5 are respectively located on two elastic arms 51 and adjacent to the light source base 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the light source base 2 has a concave portion 22, the concave portion 22 is used for installing the power supply 6 and the bottom of the elastic clip 5, and the power supply 6 is connected with an AC line, an AC line terminal and a ground line terminal.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application, in which a track 1 is embedded. In some embodiments, the track 1 is pre-embedded in a groove, such as a groove on a wall surface or a groove of a ceiling lamp holder, etc., during installation.
Fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, in a state ready to press the elastic clip 5. In some embodiments, the distance between the hooks 511 on both sides of the elastic clip 5 is greater than the distance between the trim parts 111 (barbs) on both sides of the rail 1. When the elastic clip 51 is mounted on the track 1, the side walls 11 on both sides of the elastic clip 51 are pinched, so that the side walls 11 elastically swing relative to each other, and the distance between the hooks 511 on both sides of the elastic clip 5 is slightly equal to the distance between the fastening parts 111 (barbs) on both sides of the track 1.
Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application, in preparation for a state of pushing the lamp, as shown in fig. 6. In some embodiments, in the continuous installation process, the lamp is pushed upward against the rail 1, so that the hooks 511 at two sides of the elastic clip 5 are fastened into the fastening portions 111 (barbs) at two sides of the rail 1, and the lamp can be pre-hung on the rail 1 by the elastic clip 5.
As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application, in which the locking portion 52 and the locking portion 111 are locked. In some embodiments, in the continuous installation process, the lamp is pushed upward against the rail 1, so that the fastening portions 52 on both sides of the elastic clip 5 are fastened into the rail 1, and the fastening portions 52 on both sides of the elastic clip 5 are fastened with the fastening portions 111 (barbs) on both sides of the rail 1, thereby completing the installation process of assembling the lamp on the rail 1.
As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the present application, in which a hook 511 and a fastening portion 111 are fastened. In some embodiments, the distance between the side hooks 511 of the elastic clip 5 is greater than the distance between the side catching portions 52 of the elastic clip 5. If the buckling part 52 at the lower part of the spring clamp fails accidentally due to earthquake or other factors, the hook 511 at the upper part of the spring clamp can play a role in safety protection to prevent the lamp from falling.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the two side latching portions 52 of the elastic clip 5 respectively protrude at the bending portions of the elastic arms 51, each latching portion 52 has a first inclined surface 521 and a second inclined surface 522, and the first inclined surface 521 and the latching portion 111 (barb) are inclined in the same direction to provide a forward installation guiding function; the second inclined surface 522 and the clamping part 111 (barb) incline in different directions to provide a positioning function against the clamping.
In some embodiments, the hooks 511 at two sides of the elastic clip 5 play a role of falling prevention and also play a role of temporary hooking, the hooks 511 at two sides are firstly clipped in the track 1, a space is arranged below the hooks 511 at two sides exposed outside the track 1 for wiring, and the wiring is directly pushed upwards to complete the assembly of the lamp.
In some embodiments, the track lamp does not have outside button and influence the outward appearance itself, and the track lamp uses the elasticity clamping to dock track and lamps and lanterns, and the elasticity clamping is installed inside the track and is not influenced the outward appearance to guarantee the installation of track lamp and the convenience of dismantlement, possess simultaneously and prevent the function that drops.

Claims (9)
1. A track light, comprising:
the track is provided with two side walls, and one end of each side wall is bent inwards relatively to form a clamping part;
the lamp is provided with a light source base and a lampshade covering the light source base, and a light source plate is combined at the bottom of the light source base; and
the elastic clamp is positioned between the track and the lamp, two elastic arms extend from two sides of the elastic clamp, the two elastic arms are provided with a clamping hook and a clamping part, and the two clamping hooks and the two clamping parts are respectively clamped with the two clamping parts of the track.
2. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the lamp shade is provided with a lamp shade, a pair of clamping parts are arranged on two sides of the light source base, and the clamping parts are correspondingly clamped on the pair of clamping parts.
3. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the elastic clamp is provided with a locking part which is locked on the light source base.
4. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the elastic clamp is characterized in that abutting parts are arranged on two sides of the elastic clamp, the tops of the abutting parts are in contact with the clamping parts of the rails, and the bottoms of the abutting parts are in contact with the clamping parts of the light source base.
5. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the light source base is provided with a concave part, and a power supply is arranged in the concave part and is connected with the bottom of the elastic clamp.
6. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the distance between the clamping hooks on the two sides of the elastic clamp is greater than the distance between the clamping parts on the two sides of the track.
7. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the distance between the clamping hooks on the two sides of the elastic clamp is larger than the distance between the clamping parts on the two sides of the elastic clamp.
8. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the two hooks on two sides of the elastic clamp are respectively positioned at the tail ends of the two elastic arms.
9. The track light of claim 1, wherein: the two buckling parts on two sides of the elastic clamp are respectively positioned on the two elastic arms and are adjacent to the light source base.
