Abstract
The invention provides a track lamp with a line hiding function, which comprises a track group, a first clamping part and a second clamping part, wherein the track group comprises a mounting seat, a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall is bent and extended from one side of the mounting seat, the second side wall is bent and extended from the other side of the mounting seat, and corresponds to the first side wall; the light source base comprises a heat radiating seat and a cover body, the heat radiating seat is arranged in the cover body, a first pair of clamping parts fixed with the first clamping parts and a second pair of clamping parts fixed with the second clamping parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the cover body, and the heat radiating seat further comprises a groove; and the light source module is arranged on the radiating seat, comprises a lamp panel and is positioned on the groove, and a wire hiding space is defined between the lamp panel and the groove.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a track lamp, in particular to a track lamp with a wire hiding function.
Background
The common track lamp major structure that possesses hidden line function is including track group and light source base, installs at track group when light source base, and its structure is complicated, and the electricity is walked the line many and in a jumble, and the arrangement, accomodate difficultly, except influencing pleasing to the eye, the exposed line of walking also probably has the risk of offending safety.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a track lamp with a wire hiding function, which is characterized by comprising a light source base located below the track set, the light source base comprising a heat dissipation seat and a cover body, the heat dissipation seat being disposed in the cover body, the heat dissipation seat comprising a groove; and the light source module is arranged on the heat dissipation seat, the light source module comprises a lamp panel and is positioned on the groove, and a wire hiding space is defined between the lamp panel and the groove.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, a bottom plate of the groove is provided with at least one through hole.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the track lamp further comprises a power module located outside the groove and on the bottom plate, wherein the power module comprises a plurality of wires, and the wires are accommodated in the wire hiding space through the at least one through hole.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above track lamp with the line hiding function, the opposite side in the cover body is provided with a first clamping portion, the heat radiating seat is provided with two second clamping portions corresponding to the first clamping portion, and the first clamping portion is clamped with the second clamping portions.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the track lamp further comprises a track set, wherein the track set comprises a mounting seat, a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting seat, one end of the first side wall defines a first clamping portion, and one end of the second side wall defines a second clamping portion; the two sides of the cover body are respectively provided with a first pair of clamping parts fixed with the first clamping part and a second pair of clamping parts fixed with the second clamping part.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the track lamp further includes a limiting member, the limiting member extends toward the second fastening portion at a position close to the mounting base, and the second sidewall is defined as a limiting portion corresponding to the limiting member, and a limiting space is defined between the limiting member and the limiting portion; and a limiting structure extending near the second pair of clamping parts and inserted into the limiting space, wherein the limiting structure at least comprises a first positioning part arranged corresponding to the limiting part and a second positioning part arranged corresponding to the limiting part.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the end of the limiting member is adjacent to the first positioning portion.
According to a preferable embodiment of the track lamp with the line hiding function, the first positioning portion is parallel to the end of the limiting member.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, a hanging buckle slot is defined between the first contraposition portion and the second contraposition portion.
According to a preferable embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the second sidewall is provided with a hanging buckle structure near the second clamping portion for the hanging buckle of the hanging buckle groove.
According to a preferred embodiment of the track lamp with the wire hiding function, the suspension buckle structure comprises an extension wall extending transversely from the second side wall and a suspension wall extending from the extension wall towards the limiting member.
In summary, according to the track lamp with the wire hiding function in the embodiment of the invention, the wire hiding space is formed between the groove and the lamp panel, so that a user can utilize the wire hiding space to store the wires therein, thereby not only beautifying the appearance of the track lamp, but also avoiding risks, such as incapability or fire risks, caused by exposed wires.

Fig. 2 is a partially exploded schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an external view of the light source base and the track set in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4 is a partially exploded schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 5 is a partially assembled view of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, with the cover omitted. Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the embodiment of fig. 1.
The invention relates to a track lamp with a wire hiding function, in the embodiment, a track lamp 1 with the wire hiding function comprises a track group 10, a light source base 12 and a light source module 14.
The track set 10 includes a mounting base 100, a first side wall 101 extending from one side of the mounting base 100, and a second side wall 102 extending from the other side of the mounting base 100 and corresponding to the first side wall 101, wherein one end of the first side wall 101 defines a first fastening portion 1010, and one end of the second side wall 102 defines a second fastening portion 1020.
The light source base 12 includes a heat sink 126 and a cover 128, the heat sink 126 is disposed in the cover 128, a first pair of fastening portions 120 fixed to the first fastening portion 1010 and a second pair of fastening portions 122 fixed to the second fastening portion 1020 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cover 128, and the heat sink 126 further includes a groove 1261.
As shown in fig. 6, the track lamp 1 with the wire hiding function further includes a power module 15 disposed between the mounting base 100 and the heat sink 126, located outside the groove 1261 and on the bottom plate 141, where the power module 15 includes a plurality of wires 151, and the wires 151 are received in the wire hiding space S through the at least one through hole 12621.
In addition, in this embodiment, a first clamping portion 1281 is disposed on an opposite side in the cover 128, two second clamping portions 1263 are disposed on the heat sink 126 corresponding to the first clamping portion 1281, and the first clamping portion 1281 and the second clamping portions 1263 are clamped to each other, so as to achieve the fixing effect.
As shown in fig. 6, a position of the second sidewall 102 near the mounting base 100 extends toward the second fastening portion 1020 to form a limiting member 1022, and a position of the second sidewall 102 corresponding to the limiting member 1022 is defined as a limiting portion 1024, and a limiting space 1026 is defined between the limiting member 1022 and the limiting portion 1024. In addition, a position-limiting structure 124 is extended near the second pair of engaging portions 122 for being inserted into the position-limiting space 1026, and the position-limiting structure 124 at least includes a first positioning portion 1240 corresponding to the position-limiting member 1022 and a second positioning portion 1242 corresponding to the position-limiting member 1024.
The end of the position-limiting member 1022 is adjacent to the first positioning portion 1240. The first positioning portion 1240 is parallel to the end of the positioning member. The spacing structure 124 has spacing effect inserting into the spacing space 1026, and meanwhile, the structure can be prevented from being damaged.
A buckle slot 1244 is defined between the first positioning portion 1240 and the second positioning portion 1242, and a buckle structure 1021 for buckling the buckle slot 1244 extends from the second side wall 102 near the second fastening portion 1020. The suspension structure 1021 includes an extension wall 1021a extending from the second sidewall 102 in the transverse direction, and a hanging wall 1021b extending from the extension wall 1021a toward the position-limiting member 1022.
Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment shown, during installation, the track set 10 is fixed on a wall, and then the light source base 12 is directly assembled on the track set 10, specifically, the light source base 12 is to insert the limiting structure 124 extending from the second pair of clamping portions 122 into the limiting space 1026, and then the first clamping portion 1010 and the second clamping portion 1020 on the track set 10 are respectively used for fixing the first pair of clamping portions 120 and the second pair of clamping portions 122 on the light source base 12.
When the first engaging portion 1010 on one side is disengaged from the first pair of engaging portions 120, the light source base 12 is inclined toward the direction in which the first engaging portion 1010 is disengaged from the first pair of engaging portions 120, so that the first positioning portion 1240 on the position-limiting structure 124 is abutted against the position-limiting member 1022 on the track set 10, and the risk of falling caused by the separation of the track set from the light source base can be avoided through the structural arrangement of the first positioning portion 1240 and the position-limiting member 1022.
On the contrary, when the second fastening portion 1020 on the track set 10 is unhooked from the second pair of fastening portions 122 on the light source base 12, the light source base 12 is inclined toward the direction in which the second fastening portion 1020 is unhooked from the second pair of fastening portions 122 (the arrow direction is an inclined direction), so the second positioning portion 1242 on the limiting structure 124 is abutted against the limiting portion 1024 on the track set 10, and the risk of falling caused by the separation of the track set from the light source base can be avoided through the structural arrangement of the second positioning portion 1242 and the limiting portion 1024.
Further, the suspension slot 1244 disposed on the position-limiting structure 124 of the light source base 12 corresponds to the suspension structure 1021 of the second sidewall 102 near the second fastening portion 1020, and when the track set 10 and the light source base 12 are completely unhooked, that is, the first fastening portion 1010 and the second fastening portion 1020 on the track set 10 and the first fastening portion 120 and the second fastening portion 122 on the light source base 12 are not fixed to each other, the suspension structure 1021 extending near the second fastening portion 1020 through the suspension slot 1244 and the second sidewall 102 is suspended, so that the track set and the light source base can be prevented from being separated and falling to cause danger.
According to the track lamp with the wire hiding function, due to the fact that the wire hiding space is formed between the groove and the lamp panel, a user can utilize the wire hiding space to store the wires, the appearance of the track lamp can be attractive, and risks such as incapability or fire risks caused by exposed wires can be avoided.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, based on the innovative concepts of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields by making changes and modifications to the embodiments described herein, or by using equivalent structures or equivalent processes performed in the content of the present specification and the attached drawings, which are included in the scope of the present patent.
Claims (10)
1. A track lamp with a wire hiding function is characterized by comprising:
the light source base is positioned below the track set and comprises a heat dissipation seat and a cover body, the heat dissipation seat is arranged in the cover body, and the heat dissipation seat comprises a groove; and
the light source module is arranged on the heat dissipation seat and comprises a lamp panel and is positioned on the groove, and a wire hiding space is defined between the lamp panel and the groove.
2. The track lamp with the line hiding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: at least one through hole is formed in a bottom plate of the groove.
3. The track lamp with the wire hiding function as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the power module is positioned outside the groove and on the bottom plate and comprises a plurality of wires, and the wires are accommodated in the wire hiding space through the at least one through hole.
4. The track lamp with the line hiding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the internal opposite side of cover is provided with a first joint portion, the radiating seat corresponds to first joint portion is provided with two second joint portions, first joint portion with the mutual joint of second joint portion.
5. The track lamp with the line hiding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the track set comprises a mounting seat, a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the first side wall and the second side wall are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the mounting seat, one end of the first side wall defines a first clamping part, and one end of the second side wall defines a second clamping part; the two sides of the cover body are respectively provided with a first pair of clamping parts fixed with the first clamping part and a second pair of clamping parts fixed with the second clamping part.
6. The track lamp with the line hiding function as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the position of the limiting piece close to the mounting base extends towards the second clamping part, the position of the second side wall corresponding to the limiting piece is defined as a limiting part, and a limiting space is defined between the limiting piece and the limiting part; and a limiting structure extending near the second pair of clamping parts and inserted into the limiting space, wherein the limiting structure at least comprises a first positioning part arranged corresponding to the limiting part and a second positioning part arranged corresponding to the limiting part.
7. The track lamp with the wire hiding function as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the end of the limiting part is adjacent to the first positioning part.
8. The track lamp with the wire hiding function as claimed in claim 6, wherein: a hanging buckle slot is defined between the first contraposition part and the second contraposition part.
9. The track lamp with the wire hiding function as claimed in claim 6, wherein: and the second side wall is close to the second clamping part and extends to form a suspension buckle structure of the suspension buckle slot suspension buckle.
10. The track lamp with the wire hiding function as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the suspension buckle structure comprises an extension wall and a suspension wall, wherein the extension wall extends transversely from the second side wall, and the suspension wall extends from the extension wall towards the limiting piece.
